Jeffery Flanders was our primary contact and a very professional individual. it was a pleasure to work with Jeffery and the entire team at Concept Companies.

I live in a residential area where Concept recently built a retail store. Out of consideration for the residents and their own funds they built a privacy fence around the perimeter of the lot to help mitigate noise and light from the parking lot and offer a barrier. For this company to make good on their word has prompted me to write this review. Concept displayed a high level of integrity and consideration during this project toward residents of the neighboring community and that deserves a perfect rating. If progress must occur, this is the company you want in charge of it. It is evident they care about their community and those of us who live in it. Thank you again for going above and beyond when you did not have to.

Concept companies theory construction does not pay its sub contractors. Have been waiting for 69 days for over $54,000 owed to us. Subs beware of this company!!!!!!!! Can not be trusted to pay.....
