The casino was very nice, clean, and we'll staffed. The table top game dealers are all friendly, and we're very helpful in explaining rules to other guests who have never played before. It was a very enjoyable visit.

For the price you pay for a room, there could at least be a microwave in the rooms, there is a mini fridge. The only food option is a deli/cafe that's serves basic food, and closes at 8. There is no shuttle so my husband and I had to grub hub for food. There is no drinking allowed at the table games, there is no direct access to the casino, you have to get a stamp on your hand and get back in line to enter casino. The one thing that impressed me, the lovely bathrooms

Hotel was very nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Issue for my husband and I was the $50 per night incidental hold out on our card at check-in. This put a wrench in a lot of our plans as we weren't expecting an extra $100 being tied up for our stay. I understand the need for having something like this but to be charged that much for a two night stay, it really ate at me. Had I of known about this proje to booking I would have at the least been prepared or found another place to stay.

Great casino compared to those on the Iowa side, clean and smoke free.
It would be nice if it was bigger, since it is smoke free the extra time being able to breath you could use the extra energy and cover more ground with more machines.
As far as the other places in Iowa, read below

+++++++IOWA CASINO'S RIGHT ACROSS THE RIVER++++++

Bring in your own oxygen, or at lease stick a filter on your mouth because the second hand smoke will leave you feeling like you had smoked a carton of cigarettes.
And bring fresh clothing to change into once your out of the cloud.
Smoke was so thick you have a hard time locating the gambling machines.
And goggles would be good as well.

Games are fun. Payouts are rare. Cocktail waitresses are few and far between. Slot & Floor personnel are much more interested in talking to each other than talking or mingling with the customers. Smoke free facility is a BIG plus.

Ok

Oh let's see, where do I start.....

Horrible! Never again! I left there shaking and angry.

Let's start with the worst first.

1. Went to check out and the casino was closed so I could not cash in my chips or voucher. So ya, went home with them. They have 4 employees standing there to make sure you can't get into the casino, but not one who can help you get your cash back. No signs, no nothing. Just all of them giving me the ..."Nope sorry, you have to wait until the casino opens. Too bad if you have to catch a flight." They even told me what time it opened. I guess I was suppose to cancel my flight to cash in my chips. I may have left a decent review because I never do this but that just sent me over the edge with this place so I am going to be brutally honest now. Hated it!!! One thing after another within six hours!

2. Had a 6:45am flight but had to wake up at 4:30 to check out at 5am because the shuttle only runs every hour on the hour. They did accommodate picking me up though so they will help you get there to spend money but don't expect same when you leave.

3. Came in from a late flight, 10:30pm. I booked this place knowing the drive was a little bit furthur but they had restaurants and room service. Well when I got there to check in, I asked what restaurants were open. Instead of just saying "sorry you are screwed" she proceeded to tell me about each restaurant one by one and finished with "but they are closed", then why even tell me about them!!!! Arrrgggh! You see I am here one night, Seriously? AND No room service? I am sorry but the girl at the font desk was horrible. I never say this about people but, so bad! She was trying hard to be professional and follow her rude rules, but instead she made the check in frustrating and awkward. I should have called the shuttle myself instead of letting her do it.

4. No free drinks when you play. They say "complimentary water" lol. You have to be kidding me? Have to pay for drinks fine but don't insult me by saying water is complimentary

5. As soon as I walked in the door, I walked toward a woman standing there only to be treated like I was a criminal and doing something wrong. She asked me what I wanted and then pointed me toward registration around the corner.. Come to find out, it's because I had a backpack and no bags are allowered into the casino area. So instead of greeting me nicely, more like I was about to be tackled. Whatever people!

6. The bartenders and waitresses asked me if I wanted "all my change back". Yes! I will tip but don't expect all the change. Waitress even asked me if I wanted my change back when I gave her a tip first because I was "playing" and didn't want to stiff her before she walked away.

Just awkward and uncorfortable all around. The employees don't even seem like they can be tipped with a chip if you don't have cash. It's so awkward!!!!!

It feels like even the employees are embarrassed about the rules at this place but some are fully proud to stand and give you the worst customer service ever. They do it nicely though. Gotta give em' that.

Bottom line, if you decide to stay here for the casino, don't bother. It's stuffy, too many rules, and if you don't cash in before you go to bed, don't expect to get your money if you have to check out early. Really wish someone would have told me that.

My shuttle drivers were very sweet guys and Anne in security who books the shuttle ahead of time is a Rock Star.

I will never go back. Stay at the Holiday Inn and save yourself the aggravation of this place. I was only there six hours and am this angry? I know there is more but that should be enough. I travel a ton and never leave a place feeling like this.

We have stayed a few times and the rooms are always clean. Low limits on table games but not many open early in the day. Restaurants are good food is decent. It doesn't get too busy even on Friday and Saturday nights. Which explains why half the tables are closed even on Friday and Saturday nights... If you sign up for a players card there are a ton of promos and giveaways. Free buffets and rooms!

Only there 2 1/2 hours. Down too much money in that length of time. Went to the buffet. Not impressed at all. I remember going to casino's, having fun, playing on their money for several hours and having a nice buffet. Very seldom walked out a winner, but had fun. Not so at Jumers.

Nothing like Vegas, overpriced hotel, food, very very tight slots
$184 for 1 night stay in Vegas I can stay for 3 or 4 nights for that price $21.99 for dinner is a joke for what you can chose from most buffets in Vegas will blow you away with tons of choices and great tastes and the average meal cost is $15. Stayed at one place in Vegas and buffet $27 was some of the best food i ever had. The slots are horrible here several machines playing max bets and go into a bonus round and I win $1 and another max bet was $5 on another machine won 20 free spins several times and never won a penny, wife and I spent over $500 in one evening and didnt see a win much more that $1 is pathetic not expected to win big but at least once a while a $10 or $20 win is nice and after talking with other players all experiencing the same no wins and bonuses not paying we turned in for the night of our basic room with a doorless shower worst $200 i ever spent for 1 night stay for that price dinner should of been free. You have been warned the other casinos in this area are not much better maybe a little looser slots. But hotel and food and prices are just not that great in this area.

Usually dreamers is pretty good here lately we haven't been able to win nothing I have never ever won a jackpot there you said maximum you can win is to 250 bucks if you win that you might as well leave cuz they will take it back

Stopped in for the Players buffet for "surf and turf". Found out at the register that they didn't have crab legs to my disappointment. Figured, well I waited this long might as well eat. Man was that a bad decision! Prime rib was tough, fish that was fried was either cold or soaked in grease, got the catfish, which had next to no meat on it and the fried shrimp were either too crispy and dry or soaked in grease and cold. On top if all that they raised their prices! I've been going here on and off for a couple years but I don't think I'll be going back again.

Love this place. My boyfriend and I come here often and it's by far the best one in the area. Super nice staff, very helpful and the rooms are absolutely amazing. The buffet is wonderful and out ranks the others.

We were passing through town and decided to stop. Of course we didn't have our player's cards with us. The line was really long, so we played but never got credit. Food at the cafe was delicious. Just need more help at the promo desk.
