Payout isn't the greatest with slots. Buffet is decent.

Always a nice time but the closing time online is incorrect

Was very classy and clean. Two show girls showed up the event I was attending and we're super friendly. There was a creepy man harassing me however and he kept talking about the pool being full of people even though there wasn't supposed to me, so that's why I only gave 4 stars.

One of our favorite casinos, good buffet slots let you sit and play for awhile

Nice rooms. Biggest disappointment no microwave and no coffee pot in the room. After 10 p.m. unable to get free coffee unless you went on to the gaming floor. Had a room overlooking the lake fountain was never turned on nor was the fire pit on. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside around the fire pit. Machines are tight didn't win a dime. The staff are amazing really friendly really helpful.

I stayed in Jumers for five days for a business trip. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and very spacious. The buffet had a decent variety of food, but wasn't anything spectacular.

Workers at the casino put machines out of service with a repair tag in order to hold them for their feiends

Best casino along the upper Mississippi river bar none. Clean, pleasant workers and most of all no smoke. Look forward to my next trip.

Friendly staff. I play slots. Seemed to pay well, if i left when i was ahead. Rooms are always nice and clean.

Buffet was one of the best in town. $4 off senior buffer on mon and wed with players card. Very polite serving staff. A regular for us.

I would give 4 stars as the hotel is nice and clean. Room was perfect, lots of room BUT the pillows are HORRIBLE. If we were staying more than one night we would have went out and bought a couple they are that bad.

Jumers is a clean establishment, with very helpful associates, but I can't remember the last time that I carried any winnings out of there.

I am very happy with the new place I had not been to yet. Definitely a step up from the boat.

We really like it. Very clean bathrooms, decent payouts and they send lots of "free" hotel stays, buffets and more.

Casnio and rooms are very nice and workers were helpful.

Food at the Blue Square Cafe was good and won sum money, too. Yeah!!

We go occasionally to play the slots. Always clean, lots of options, and pleasant staff. Also we love that it is 100% smoke-free!

You're able to play longer for your money. The machines seem to be looser than some of the other casinos.

Only went to the casino and I have to say that the slot machines do not pay off at all. I'm not sure why anyone goes there to gamble.

Super nice clean room. Quiet. Friendly staff, especially the cleaning staff, they are so friendly and welcoming when you come across them in the hall.

Attended a wedding and reception there. Staff was cool, place looked great, drinks were measured and Tito's went for $6.50 a shot making it a pretty expensive night. Good times, good times

Do not rely on the casino if rules are in your favor and still lost. The most you will get is a "I'm sorry ". It has happened to me on several occasions.

Disappointed. Jumers had always been one of our in all of the Quad Cities. My wife and I had stayed there numerous times over the years, invited other couples to meet up for weekends and such. Just a fun fun place, with lots of glam. In fact we like Jumers so much that I held my retirement party there in 2016, rented a banquet room and invited a couple hundred friends. so last night me and my wife return to jumers for just a overnight get away. what a disappointment. while the room was still nice, modern and clean, we went to the Blue Square Cafe to eat dinner. The bartender was doing numerous other duties and could not focus on properly attending to us at the bar, which was my wife and I along with 4 other individuals. the bar was out of 3 different styles of beer, not fancy imports, the basics Bud, Busch Light and so on. the bartender did not understand wine at all serving my wife Chardonnay instead of Pino Grigio. just a bad over all experience. Then the Room. there are no longer coffee makers in the room, are you kidding me, even a holiday inn has coffee makers. there were no glasses in the room, ice bucket but no glasses. so I try and call the front desk???? no answer. ring, ring, ring. all inexcusable. "Vegas without the flight "???? I don't think so. been to Vegas before, and even the cheaper hotel casinos bend over backwards to provide you with the basics. it saddens me that Jumers is losing the QC market share. its competitors across the river will be taking over my business and all of that in the QC before long if Jumers doesn't get after it and step up their game.

1st room was unacceptable. They did change rooms. 2nd room not cleaned on 1st day of 2 night stay even though we vacated at noon and returned very tired at 4:30.

They've tried too hard to have the look and feel of 1970's Las Vegas. It's just not worth the drive.

It's a very busy place, but had no problems with service or staff or machines. I would make the 2 hour drive again

Use to go to the buffet all the time a couple of years ago. Went for the 1st time yesterday in a while and was not impressed.
