Maybe I would have stayed longer if you let me keep my coffee it would have kept me awake but I fell asleep at your Casino boring zzzzzzzzzzz overpriced and the food sucks
Great Service but rules on the table constantly change! I went in one night and the next day rules here totally different. Table max changed, bonus bet changed, and dealer were constantly changing. Also I dislike the fact that they close at four
It's nice to go to a casino and come out not smelling like smoke.
Food is usually good, but way over priced. Casino is hit or miss. Often have to wait to get on a blackjack table.
OK bit tight with the slots.. food very good some time a long wait.. prices to hi on drinks.. I was back on April 26th had a room for the night was not impressed with the bed gas couldn't get comfortable.... Had the Thursday night Buffet very poor selection and everything was way over cooked.. a nice small salad bar and the ice cream was very good.... Slot machine still very tight can't win any money to play on. Had to take away a star..

Stayed one night after attending a ball game in the area. The room was recently updated and faced the lake. The room was really nice, didn't hear anything from the hall or rooms next door. Had the breakfast buffet in the morning. They had plenty of food options to satisfy most people. Definitely will stay here again.
Jumer's is a nice casino the room's are grate. Don't eat at the Buffet they leave the food sitting way to long. I have not found a good place to eat there. The people who work with food just don't care if it is good or not. The casino 5 star the food 1 star.

The hotel has some problems do to age and wear, and some problems due to guests. Enjoy the rooms and hot tub wish rooms were sound proofed a bit better cause you can hear phone conversation from neighbor rooms.
With them being closed for a while.. They are sure not letting anyone win.. Save your money for a while
Steak house didn't make steak right. Hotel was was very clean and nice.

game area was nice,we also ate the buffet,food couldve been better,some things were old.i had got a baked potato grabbed it off the rack and went to the condiments where the worker was standing and as i grab for the spoon of butter he mysteriously grabbed it to refill it and MADE ME WAIT TO GET BUTTER,AND HE TOOK HIS SWEET TIME.There was another dessert staff that i asked something and got "pointed in the direction with NO WORDS SPOKEN" and we did nkt have pur drinks refilled once and had to ask for them to be refilled.terrible service,just ok food

I fully understand the reasoning for masks and making sure they re all being worn properly, but when employees are YELLING at customers about it not being completely over their nose then that s a problem. Especially when MULTIPLE staff members were also wearing them incorrectly. Learn to confront customers RESPECTFULLY, then maybe I ll come back.
It's the worst casino I've ever been to. Went in both my husband and I got in a bonus, me plan .40 and won .15 in the bonus, my husband playing .30 got 16 free spins he won a .25.

Nice little casino, had a decent time. No so smoking inside which was a bummer as a smoker, but I'm sure some people will find it better if they don't smoke. Didn't seem to pay out well, but I went early and didn't play long. Good selection of slots.
Since we discovered this casino, we try to stop in whenever we travel through the area. The casino is always clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous. We always enjoy our visits.

Played a few slots and had dinner at the buffet. The food was good, although one of the chefs was coughing and hacking pretty bad so I did not try any food from his side. A little expensive but good.

I went to the coffee shop to get a few drinks for my family. There was only one person working and she seemed overwhelmed by my request. The service wasnt the best but I did get exactly what I ordered and and it was very reasonable price wise. I would be happy to go back again I just think there may need to be more people behind the counter at a time.

Clean and we'll appointed hotel and casino near the Mississippi River. Buffet is very well stocked with food, and all of the rooms are non smoking.
We had the New Years lobster buffet. The food was good, the only complaint was they had a hard time keeping up with replenishment.
