I'm not big on gambling but I will say this is a very nice gambling establishment. I like to go have some drinks and watch people. Rooms are really nice and buffet is awesome

Best poker room in the area. Coffee on site, frequent service checks. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the director was a bit off-putting and uninterested. Not rude or anything, but didn't exactly seem very pleased to be there himself.

Nice place, games are great, bar is cheap, rooms are comfortable and the buffet is delicious. Overall I had a great experience

First time there and I had a good time. The blackjack dealer was friendly and helpful.

Did not like the masks and the confusion at the front door and one entrance. Not enough employees for friday night for table games, money exchange , drinks, hotel check in and the cafe. All the plastic at the tables limited playing and the amount of people. Hotel room was nice except the mold above the toilet in room 231.

Love going for an over night getaway. Staff is great. Food good. Hard to win there

Terrible they dont honor their word yes i know it was only $10 thats not the point i missed the buffet plus the hotel room for the first two weeks cause they wont honor their screw up but they let ppl play twice in aug. Cause they had those really??? and the staff is rude except a few dealers and you can hardly ever win a buck

Drove 6 hours to find out the hotel cancelled our reservation. We had made reservation 4 weeks prior. Drove to a marriot and got a room

You will walk out a loser 19 out of 20 times and 18 out of 20 times you will never have a chance to walk out ahead or even. They are HUNGRY because the other 2 local casino's are fresh and new. Jumer's is outdated and RIGGED! Stay away. Go to the Rhythm City or Isle of Capri.

Service in bar area rude and unfriendly!!!! Bartender was smart in tone, very condescending and ignored any thought of friendliness!!

We went for the casino and had a pretty good time. The music was alright but you can tell it's catered for the older generation.

Don't know if they will even post this. Already tried to post a review on here and it didn't show up. If this one does get posted. I would not recommend this place at all. I took $1,500 there with me knowing that I was just going for a fun. I don't really expect to win anything big at a place of chance but you expect to at least have fun for the money to lose by the play time you get for your money. This place is not one of those places. There open for just one purpose and that's to take your money as fast as possible. I put $200 in a penny machine and played max bet at a spin. I got maybe 15 minutes of play time for that and I maybe got one $15 two $10 S And a few $5. dollar wins not worth sitting down to lose $200 the lady next to me was in the same boat. I got up to look for a different machine and I could see everyone else on the floor was losing their money just as fast as me. So I decided to go somewhere else with my money. The people outside were saying the same thing. Save your money and go to Clinton Iowa. They are definitely not like this place. I can play all day on $200.00 not 20 minutes.

Visited to play craps. Had an enjoyable experience with great dealers and great employees!

Came mainly for the legs. Since when did they say how many legs you can have for a plate? The selection of food was very limited from what it used to be here. I'm going to have to really think hard about coming here again

One of the best casino's around. The weekend buffet is worth the trip alone.

Went to the show tonight, Ilumnate and it was a really good show. The hotel and casino was very nice and clean. I did not like how if you went to the bar that they have for the show and get a soda it is room temp and not iced at all, they didnt even give u a cup of ice with the soda. If you asked for a glass of ice it was a very small plastic cup so I had to go to the sports bar across the way to get a 16 oz plastic cup of ice. For this show you also want to see the whole stage,, the chairs they had were standard chairs so u couldnt even see everything if you were not in the first row. They really needed to do something better for this type of show. Even raise the stage a little or something.

If you plan on playing slots ..you would be better off at a town hall bingo... judging by the behavior of these slots .the random number generators are so calibrated so tight you could float to China .bet if the Illinois gaming board came in this place would light up...hrs I spent in here and not once did I see a machine pay out anything... absolute crooks. I'm willing to bet they're payout is way under the leagal limit they are supposed to. And on top of that the worst Buffet I've ever came across...food was nothing short of a soup kitchen.

Rooms are awesome, bed is very comfy. Clean hotel and all rooms. Casino games a a little outdated and very tight!

Overall very spaceous gaming floor. A lot of slot machines. Few card tables open for play, but I was there mid day. Free soda and coffee with waitresses circulating often for alcoholic beverages

I don't gamble so I went for the brunch buffet with friends. Good food, but over 21 dollars per person was absolutely NOT worth it. Not going back.

We used to come more often and stay but the quality of the business gets worse and worse. Your odds of winning are less than none. The rooms are decent quality but besides draining your money, the service is mediocre. The buffet isn't outstanding, they advertise crab legs but they might as well be twig legs. Foods often cold and unfresh. The staff are some of the worst I've ever seen. The waitress took 20 minutes into our meal to get us a drink, the lady next to us didn't receive her drink at all, didn't ask if I wanted a refill until I was leaving the table. And it's like that every time. Overall friendly and charismatic staff who are on top of their job are few. Wi-Fi is garbage and wouldn't connect and when it did it wasn't worth the hassle.

Good price. Nice rooms. Good food in the cafe. A little disappointed that the buffet wasn't available for kids. Overall nice place.

7 people were waiting to play craps and they wouldn t open a 2nd table. Thankfully there are 2 other casinos nearby to take our business to, 8 people is our group tonight. The two workers we talked to couldn t give us a reason why it would not be opened, they just said oh this happens a lot , very poor customer service.

Nice and clean. A little steep to get money from counter but not to bad. Only casino I like around here.

I been coming to jumars casino for the last couple of years and today i was going inside to gamble and the srop me cause i have a little pocket knife i been carring for 15 years and then i asked if i could leave at front desk they said no and i can garuntee atleast hapf the people in the casino carry a pocket knife its not big at all with the blade open it smaller then the palm of my hand never goong back

Went in there tonight haven't been since last year they changed it around quite a bit and took out my favorite game and I was very sad

Very beautiful place. Although I didn't gamble, I was awed at how shiny and clean everything was. I also loved that the patronage was very diverse.

Modern, clean, and well arranged. A great place to relax and unwind if you like casinos!

This casino has undergone deferent changes since my first visit in 2011, none of the changes has favored the patron from higher prices to tighter slots, you will leave with an deficit and not just monetary.

Turn at the second ramp of the exit. Instinct was to take the first. Cheap drinks!

Had a great time playing blackjack the staff was friendly only issue we had was they stop selling alcohol while they were still open

New casino. It's land based now, no longer on a riverboat. Fun to play. Clean hotel rooms.

Excellent poker tournament on Sunday. $100 rebuy and great blind structure. Soft field of players and friendly staff.

Nice spacious & roomy with plenty of action around each curve. Evening buffet was delicious.

Just got no luck on poker but the casino is beautiful and great staffs.

Hotel is very nice, loved the room, front desk girl very nice. Got a free room was going to gamble did not realize license was expired just had a birthday i am 30, would not let me in or use my foid card as identification and clearly have been here before with my players card. Person at id counter was kind of rude about it. Oh well free room and i got to keep my money.

Good food in both players buffet & Blue Square Cafe great late night food. Great prizes and games.
