I didn't stay at the hotel it seemed to be very nice though. I will also say that it's clean and not cluttered like other casino's and I have visited many casino's across the U.S. and have come across only a handful that were awful that includes this one. Tight tight tight. After playing $200 and walking out with $20 I decided that you are one of the most terrible casinos I have ever been to. I will NOT be returning. Oh and btw get a shuttle for your oversized lot at least you could provide a ride to the door if your going to just take our money.

This is a very clean place wonderful employees who are courteous and very helpful. Theyheave fun skit machines a nice hotel and great food.

Great time! My family and I always go here for vacation. The people are so nice and helpful. Great rooms, delicious buffet. Join the players club to get great deals for future visits. Everytime we go our room is covered by the hotel, because of our gambling habbits. Lol.

Worst hotel stay ever. The pool was out of order. The shower Drain was clogged. Decided to check out after only an hour and it took longer for them to refund me my Deposit then I spent in the room. For as much money as they make off of ripping people off in there casino, you would think they would have better service in there hotel. I give them zero stars.

Not really impressed, everything is way over priced and the staff is rude. We called ahead and were told we could check in at 3. That was not true, check in is at 4. With so many options for out of town travelers I just don't think this place is worth it. I know I will not be rushing back.

Jumer's is always fun! We lost and.....we won! Just a good time.

Have been here many times and the refrigerator in the rooms is never cold also they used to have coffee makers in the room and now I noticed they dont have those anymore :(

Worst casino ever! Non smoking; beer in 12 floz plastic cups ($4.00); no Wild Turkey 101; And all topped by state law: just one drink in front of you! Means: finish the whiskey, before you can have the beer - resume: get real drunk by law!

But the truck parking is a wonderful spot.

Too many new slot machines and their payout is terrible. I lost money on the penny, nickel and quarter slots. Not a winner in the bunch.

We were there for a short casino trip. We only spent time at the casino but no complaints. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. And we actually won some cash on the slots.

Great place to kill time and get out of the car while traveling. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant

Had fun at casino , but the food is not as good as it used to be . And there was food splattered on the wall of the booth we sat in.

Attended an event in the community room. Jumers always does a great job with food and table settings.

Could never get them to answer phone when we wanted to inquire about services. Took a chance and went anyway. Steakhouse was closed. Settled for the buffet. I've been to truck stops with better food. Everything was shoe leather dry and tough. Played BJ. Had a very annoying dealer. He flat couldn't shut up. I personally believe he was a frustrated stand up comic. His routine was obnoxious and distracting. Will not be going back .... EVER!

In general good customer service not at Poker room. Good food.

Food at the steakhouse was spectacular. The Beatles vs the Stones was entertaining..(The Stones killed it), and the room was clean and more than comfortable. Loved the lakeside view. And of course, loved the casino environment.

Was a great time. The dealers was fun and not zombies..

Great staff and clean environment. Always a welcoming visit. Free soda/coffee/tea throughout thr entire establishment.

Located off of 280 east, the rooms are beautiful, service is above standard, price wise is a given, maybe considered a little expensive

The buffet is decent and depending on when you go is decently priced. I've never walked out making any amount of money at the casino however.

Meh. Dirty rooms. Stained carpets, not well maintained. Customer service was good. Food was sucky. Bar was cool, lots of TVs.

Best buffet in the area. Nice bar with small shrimp cocktail for 99 cents!@

I've only been to a couple of casinos so I can't compare to others when it comes to payouts on the slots.

What did impress me was the cleanliness of both the room and the facility over all. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. The waitress that took care of us at the buffet early Sunday morning did take a while to get us our coffee but that might have been due to being understaffed. It appeared as if she might have been covering more than one area. The food at both the dinner and breakfast was not bad but was a bit of a let down after hearing some of my friends talk about how good it was. This was the reason for me not giving them 5 stars.

On the plus side the room was clean, neat, and the bed comfortable. Had one of the best pillows I've ever had at a hotel. Wonder if they would have missed one? LOL

The hotel was very clean and updated and the staff was professional. The buffet was decent and the main casino was decorated so as to be pleasing to the eye.

The event center was nicely decorated, the food was good, and the service was great.

The casino is ok rooms are descent but the customer service received from alisha white was horrible. She corrected her mistake after I asked for her name . She needs to be retrained on customer service being the first person that greets you welcoming you to the hotel she should always be courteous and professional she lacked both.

They need more employees in the restuart and on the casino floor. The service in restuart was slow. Food was of poor quality. Have to stop gambling to get something to drink or set there thirsty.

Buffet items could. Server behind beef station not friendly. Room was beautiful but bed comfort not good. Mattress needs replaced

My husband and I love Jumer's. The employees are always extremely friendly, the food is always top notch. We have a wonderful time everyone we are are there.

Bad bad food. Lots of slots. Liked the card tables alot tho.
Didn't understand why my license had to be scanned tho. Kinda creepy. Idk. Felt a little invaded n the membership card points n incensitives are extremely misleading.
Customer service wasn't bed but nothing stood out as exceptional either.
All around rating..... Hmmmm? 2 1/2 stars. (3 tops).

Everyone was very personable! The machines and tables are great! Fun way to spend money!

I was just at the casino gambling. Wasn't real busy didn't have a lot of people.

Worst casino ever. The guard at the front door is very rude. I tried asking where i could eat and he was rude about giving directions.
