Jumeirah Frankfurt Review

Food in the Grill Room was delicious, service could be a bit more professional. Skyline Suite very spacious with large bathroom with fantastic shower and great towels. The glass door to the bathroom is disturbing at night and the continuous mattress very hard. You can feel every movement from the partner. Breakfast service in the room was good and very rich. Big fruit plate, perfect pancakes and waffle. The sausage and cheese selection could be higher quality and the rolls were a bit dry.

Nearly perfect! We especially liked the tasteful rooms.

I cannot recommend this house. The food was simple and without imagination. But the worst part was the unfriendly male service. In every simple restaurant you are served more friendly and more complete as a woman than in this restaurant.

A very luxurious hotel with a wondrous location in the middle of Zell Street, the first shopping street and cafes in Frankfurt. It is the undisputed first hotel in Frankfurt in the five-star category in terms of luxury and location.
The dealings were very professional from the car door until I got to the room. The welcome to the start is wonderful and the speed of the Czechs goes through smoothly, passing through the concierge service, which I also saw is professional, from qualified people. An Arab crew is also very professional. It was a nice gesture from them ,, rooms are cleaned twice a day and water bottles and chocolates are added daily ,, I extend my sincere thanks especially to Brother Mahmoud and Shafiq for my help with the office of Europcar rotten ,, advice from Sixt even if it was more expensive and a deposit I have not seen in my life dirtier than Europcar Germany
In short, do not think of another hotel in Frankfurt, the drawback of which is the high price

nice hotel in Frankfurt, better than average, attentive staff, but a bit off the absolute top level. In the hotel-restaurant Max-on-one good food, but with tagliatelle for 29, - Euro even with truffle sprinkling marginal prizes. However, this provides for guest selection, which is probably wanted.

Reception in stress can speak german english .... staff lack ...

Had planned a romantic weekend with my husband. A Spa therapist (dark skin color) has always irritated my husband. Thanks a lot, too! The rest of the house is great.

Very nice rooms, breakfast is okay, lobby is small

Nice hotel with great views of Frankfurt rooms are clean and new, unfortunately just a few construction sites in the immediate vicinity. Service good breakfast is ok but could be more choice. 2 star deduction because for children the swimming pool is not accessible this belongs to a gym. This is noted on the official website but not on the various booking sites.

Trying to reach anybody through emails, Twitter, phone calls with no response to get the refund!!

Everything from the reception staff to the rooms were great. The highlight was the fact the hotel gym is a full fitness first. Amazing. Would stay again there in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Hotel was clean nice and cozy but...
Before housekeeping came my brother placed his towel in the sink when we came back from our walk we found his towel placed in the floor which is a sign of bad behavior.
I hope this never happens again.

When I got here, the hotel charged me 50 euros on the spot. They did this incase they see something wrong or that they didn't like and they wouldn't give you the money back no matter how much you complain. I booked through a 3rd party agency and paid 400$+ and didn't get breakfast for free, even though ON THE WEBSITE it says pay 309$ or more and you have free breakfast. They treated me horribly and the manager was just rude. She wouldn't compromise to any complaints or even take them into account. This hotel is just expensive and I didn't have a great time. 1 star definitely.

Good hotel in a central location. The view of Frankfurt is always nice. The rooms are modern and furnished to a high standard. The service is fantastic and helpful.

Hotel in the middle of the shopping area and still quiet. The front desk was very nice and helpful, great staff. Extravagant suites with free-standing bathtub, the bathroom is ingenious. Even in the other rooms, nothing is missing. The beds are even electrically adjustable several times! The room service is fast and the cocktails very good. The food, however, only gets enough. Nevertheless, I like to come back.
I visited the hotel a second time. This time in the Sky junior suite. Here are unfortunately only normal beds and no free-standing tub, but the bathroom is very nice. The view, however, is terrific. The food gets a very good one this time as well.

The hotel to be in Frankfurt. Good breakfast as well nice rooms. Excellent location. If you want an interesting view you will probably be happy to be here. The image of the skycraper next to your window will make you feel different than in many other European hotels. The comercial area next to the hotel it is as well very interesting. You can go everywhere in Frankfurt by foot just going out of hotel by yourself. And of course you have to love Frankfurt.:)

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are wonderful and the location is a fire

It was the most beautiful and nice hotel among the hotels I stayed for in my life.
There is no sense of tradition, but it is just a modern and beautiful hotel, and I would like to use it for my next stay in Frankfurt.
There is a department store's Galleria next to it, so it's not a problem for food. The S-Bahn station and the Christmas market are also nearby.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The Jumeirah Frankfurt is conveniently located right in the city center. The rooms are amazing and offer fantastic views of the city. They are equipped with everything you need. It's also great that the use of the minibar is free. The room also has a coffee maker that can be used for free though this is pretty much standard for a 5* hotel.

Even though the room was great and the location could not be better, I was not impressed with my overall experience. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming. It took the doorman 20 minutes to bring our luggage to the room. If I had know, I would have taken it myself. Also, don't have your hopes up to high that either the concierge or the front desk will pick up the phone when you call. We tried to call from our room multiple times but no one picked up the phone. I would certainly expect more from a hotel like Jumeirah.

I am not sure if the hotel was recently renovated, or just super well kept, but my room and the whole feel of the place was that it was just opened. I really enjoyed the location since it was easy to walk to many nice places to eat

Was at a conference at the Jumeirah Hotel in Frankfurt. Very nice and modern hotel in the middle of the city, but hidden in the "second" row.
Very nice and attentive reception as well as all other employees on the conference floor did a great job.
The food was fresh, varied and very tasty, as were the smaller bites at the beginning and during the coffee breaks.
The conference rooms are equipped with modern technology and meet the requirements. Additional equipment will be provided. All in all, one can say that a successful event was excellently accompanied and implemented by the hotel staff.

Exactly what you expect from a luxury, international hotel. Thoroughly recommend!

The receptionist was totally rude and even rude, which I never expected at a luxury hotel !! Never again Jumeirah Frankfurt !!

We had an event there and it was a very good experience. Catering was excellent, service was very good.
Fun-fact: they don't have toilets on the 3rd floor - you have to take the lift down to the 2nd floor...

Beautiful room, friendly atmosphere and they noticed it was my birthday and sent a personalized cake to my room.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. We ordered the breakfast in our room as it would cost in the restaurant 38 euros per person which is already expensive since we certainly would not have breakfast for 38 euros. On the first day we took the Jumeirah breakfast for two which was delicious. On the second day we did the same, but we did get something else it looked nice but it was significantly less than we could have said at check out that you could not do anything as they said we should have complained as soon as We got it, if you are under time pressure you do not want to lose more time and discuss the breakfast. Find it a pity how one reacted in this case. Otherwise I would go again because it was really nice.

Pure luxury as in every hotel in the chain. Super delicious food, but also some really "decent" prices.

On the website of the hotel, it says if you pay $309 or more, you get complimentary breakfast. We payed $389 and we didn't get breakfast! They said we booked through Expedia and they don't give complimentary breakfast to people who book through Expedia. On top of that, the manager was just inflexible. The hotel offers nothing good, just expensive. My experience at this hotel was none to share and I don't plan on returning.

Great location if it is not the greatest in Frankfurt, excellent room with direct access to the Ziel mall and fitness first gym (free).

Very good hotel, centrally located. Breakfast was also very good, my wife is a vegetarian, also for you much more choice at the breakfast than usual in hotels.

Staff are the best in room conditions. I would recommend it to all of you who are planning to stay in Frankfurt.

There is also no burden on parking because it will also allow car valet.

Room clean and also great. The only impudence was that we waited for our suitcases for over an hour until they were brought into the room (they could have taken them directly themselves) but the worst thing that has ever happened to us is that on sunday at least 40 mins in The queue waited until we were allowed to have breakfast, because all tables were full! Since I spend most of my time in 5-star hotels, I've never experienced anything like that, really outrageous the organization!

Perfect location, excellent service and the staff were really very welcoming , helpful and friendly specially Miriam the receptionist. My room was in the 25th floor , very spacious, clean and comfortable. I can say one of the best hotels in germany.

A place to be with a nice bar at ground level for a nice sundowner to take ( include Frankfurter Gin )

very good location right in the shopping area

i booked 2 skyline view rooms, the hotel was nice enough to contact me and tell me skyline rooms are not connected... BUT they forgot to mention there is 1 in each flour (so my kids would be in another floor!) i only found out about it when checking in.. they found me another room in the same floor but only reduced the price by 10 Euros even though the AC was working but it wasn't "powerful" enough to cool the skyline view room August heat... so if you like your room cool i don't skyline view rooms in the summer the breakfast restaurant had a long waiting line in any 5* hotel i ever been to (waited 30 minutes on weekdays). Weekends are better because the breakfast is served till 1pm

The best hotel location in Frankfurt. Few steps from the famous Zeil street. A shopping mall attached to the hotel and around a lot of restaurants and cafes.

literally i asked for their help and they shut the phone on me and when they finally answer they give me the wrong address and they didnt even let me speak and their pool is 18+ i brought my kids with me and they cant even swim there literally worst hotel ever

We got hold of a special offer and had a night for the anniversary. View was awesome. Equipment modern and leaves nothing to be desired.

State-of-the-art luxury hotel in the heart of Frankfurt.
Located near the Hauptwache in the center of Frankfurt and connected to the MyZeil shopping center.
Getting there by car is a bit difficult to find, the hotel entrance is inconspicuously behind the Palais Thurn und Taxis. One exit of the Hauptwache U- / S-Bahn station is almost directly at the hotel.
Very courteous check-in, generally the staff is incredibly hard-working and friendly.
The rooms are all located in the high-rise tower on floors 6-25.
Our DeLuxe room was on the 16th floor and despite the small (floor-to-ceiling) windows, it offered a great view of the Frankfurt skyline.
High-quality furnishings, great king-size bed, beautiful bathroom with rainforest shower and large bathtub.
Lots of technical bells and whistles, umpteen lighting settings, electric blinds on the outside windows and between the bathroom and living area. Very large flat screen TV with over 100 channels. Sound in bathroom and living area can be controlled separately.
One-time free-of-charge minibar (refillable on request for 18) with a good selection. Nespresso machine with a small selection in the room.
Well usable, quite generous work area.
Very fast WiFi throughout the hotel and in the room included in the price.
Bathrobes and umbrellas were available, but we missed a hairdryer which shouldn't be in this hotel category.
The room cleaning was on the whole okay, but the windows were quite dirty from the outside, the sink in the bathroom had water stains on the drain and the separation between the bedroom and work area was a bit dusty, which in a room which normally costs almost 300 per night costs a bit disappointing.
The hotel staff is extremely friendly and courteous, especially the reception. Top concierge service!
Breakfast at 32 per person already very ambitious.
All in all an absolutely great, very modern 5 star hotel with minimal weaknesses which are easily compensated for by the very courteous team.

Honestly, the reception of most of the Arab workers is impossible to live in Frankfurt

Arrival in underground car park complicated, because door despite bell was not to be opened. Call in the hotel and wait helped. Still unnecessary. Little things not thought through. Example: Light switch in the (!) Bedside table or no socket on the bathroom mirror.

Good hotel, I stayed there for only one day and the staff are very friendly and receptive. Modern and beautiful view of Frankfurt.
