Very bad experience in Jumeirah Frankfurt.
Reported many times that tv , AC is not broken yet no action during my stay. Operator doesn t pick the phone . Very bad housekeeping. Never full fill ur request. Food is tasteless

Pros: good assortment and everything was ordered was nice and fresh and only good on temperature and taste. The service was very friendly. It was very busy but that also says something about the trust people have in this company. We found the price reasonable. And it is really super well located right in the center. Negatives of roads the crowds we were near the door and because there was no between portal it was very drafty

Food, service and general quality of the hotel at the highest level. The reception and the competence of Mr. Raafat was great. 10/10 would recommend

Underground car park also public and very further away.
In the future at the Roomers, the Jumeirah was not worth the try at a hotel change

So far our best hotel stay in Frankfurt. This was especially due to a very nice and competent staff. Not to be neglected are the high-quality rooms and the really good breakfast. All around, we were very pleased with the service, which was offered to us there.

My favorite hotel in Frankfurt. Modern and nicely furnished, friendly and unobtrusive service. I come here a lot on business trips and always feel good. Breakfast is also recommended.

Like the bar downstairs here. Relaxing place if you don't want the hustle of bars in the city. Very service oriented and pleasant staff. Drinks have hotel prices, but if you want to treat yourself it's a nice refugium ..... and they make their own potato chips which they serve with your favourite cocktail.

Great hotel in the best location. There is a star deduction, as the drink prices in the bar are very excessive. 19 for an Aperol Spritz, 25 for a glass of Riesling doesn't have to be.

Fine hotel. Good food. Friendly. Slightlt odd spot (geography-wise!).

The reception tries to unnecessarily force you to leave a bail.
It is also without, if one explains that one has no cash and no card with it.
Partly no or only faulty German is spoken.
Unfortunately no feel-good atmosphere!

I tried many hotels in German but nothing like jumairah. location is waking distance to zail shopping area.

11/26 check-in, counter female staff, very unfriendly, rude, ordered two single beds before check-in, but actually a double bed, communicate for a long time, then ask the room staff to replace the two single beds, Attached to the two bottles of high-grade bottled water and a piece of chocolate, the ohm egg that was served by the breakfast colleague in the restaurant the next day, was added a very spicy seasoning in a certain range, and strongly protested to the customer service staff on the spot. Although the promise is to be renewed immediately, but who dares to order again, the catering is continental self-contained, there is an unlimited number of meals, 38 euros per person, although expensive for the world's well-known restaurants, but others dare not learn.

My regular hotel in Frankfurt. The service and the rooms are second to none. I highly recommend it!

Describing it as a very nice Hotel would be an understatement.

Still things to improve, but that is just in the small details. Details like: in one bathroom washcloths, the other not. In one room and bottle of water on the desk, the other not, but again these are small things...

Reception was once beautiful and elegant and the place of the hotel is sweet once the hotel is open to a commercial complex and a supermarket Valdor ground floor and an Arab restaurant and coffee also

It is incomprehensible how more positive reviews can be here. Those who pay for suites will not leave a positive rating here. We booked there every week. Breakfast for 42 has always been a cheek. Not recommended for allergy sufferers. Lack of staff who actually understand German or English is not feasible. The suites are just "slumped! The beds are partly sloppily covered. Mirrors and surfaces are dusty. The air is unbearable in the room after showering or bathing, despite the air conditioning. There are also savings at every corner because of" Corona ". Starts at the entrance and ends Not. The prices remain as before Corona. That is why our company has decided to reorient itself. We also don't want to pay for people who come to the hotel for the cheapest and then write good reviews. 5 stars have never been but now it is worse.

Modern hotel, luxurious. The room is cozy. In winter, the view from the window is not as bright as in summer, there is a grayness of the city and fog at the top of the skyscrapers.

Very nice and breathtaking hotel.

The suite was great. A view from the 23 floor directly of the Frankfurt skyscraper skyline.
It was also good that on the first visit, all drinks were on the house.
The bed was very, very wide. I've seen a lot of hotels, but this double bed was really super wide and very soft. Just right for my back.
There was also cube base on the bedside table. With it you can charge all cell phones and tablets at the same time.

You could see the skyline directly from the bathroom, as the wall was transparent on one side.
Breakfast in the morning was the stunner.

You could tell the Arab influence, as there were also many Arabs in "Arab costume" to be seen there.
Breakfast was wonderful, large selection of freshly squeezed juices, fruits, fruit, laughs and also various omelets and other oriental dishes.

Was served to the table on request.

I would love to come back here.

Great hotel - great view! Whatever needs to be mentioned - finally fast inet in a hotel 250,000 up / down

Business trip 2 nights with great service. Very courteous, our car would quickly drive out of the garage, our dog was greeted very friendly and got an extra bed. The suite on the 23rd floor had a great view, nicely decorated with a very large bathroom. And an extra dressing room. Minus point, the sofa had stains and the sideboard was damaged. The breakfast just perfect even the snake in the evening tasted. I think every euro is worth staying here.

With the best hotel in Frankfurt. Top service, everything was perfect. The waiting time at check-in could be better.

Breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. I will refrain from sharing my favorite dish in hopes that the next time I'm there it is not emptied out! (Oatmeal with berries mix). Staff were sweet and hotel location is great. Only negative comment is regarding the room towels not getting cleaned properly and smelling.

Perfectly situated, central and excellent service. Staff were friendly and professional, and whilst they take their jobs seriously they are also down to earth, attentive and very pleasant to deal with. The complimentary minibar is a unique, surprising but very welcome touch, and the breakfast buffet and menus were brilliant.

Finally the complimentary breakfast offer and the breakfast hours were excellent, with the restaurant being open for breakfast on weekends until 1pm.

Location is fantastic. 1 night stay and my first for this Jumeirah Hotel. As with other Jumeirah Hotels I've stayed in this was also great. Reception staff excellent. The room spacious comfy with all amenities you may need. The Ember Lounge is a bit small but it's nice and cosy. Breakfast also excellent and service including evening turn down service. Only criticism would be the slippers that they offer which aren't on the same level as their sister hotels in the UAE. Apart from this great

The Jumeirah is nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, without overdoing it. Room and the view - with me from the 19th floor - were very fine. The minibar was free. Technically, the deluxe room is equipped with all connections, hair dryer and ironing board. Always a bit annoying with this type of building: you can not open the windows. All in all a 5 star stay.

An exquisite boutique hotel with exception service!
On my stay every interaction with staff members exceeded my expectations:
At the check in counter, Mohammed made me feel like family as he walked me through the features of the hotel. At the concierge desk, Marcel had solutions to all of my queries and did so with good humour and understanding.
At the breakfast buffet, the team took every measure to ensure my comfort and that we were taking full advantage of all the options available. The food at the buffet was extensive and quality.
The room itself was well maintained, stylish and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Frankfurt.

A special hotel for special occasions. Everything was perfect .... But anyone who has ever been to the Jumeirah Hotel Mallorca is already convinced of this name. Overwhelming.

Excellent, fast service, great room, and location, perfect. unfortunately, a sufficiently large luggage rack is missing, in this respect, it is more of a business hotel. Restaurant good, wine list very attractive. The kitchen could but the recipe for the sauce hollandaise again, was m. E. something wrong . Otherwise really good.

However, as stated below by another gentleman, we'd hoped for better darkness in the room. So much Hightech, yet the light bleeds heavily into the room.

The doors slam shut too loudly (neighbors do not care), and in general the noise dampening wasn't done well when building the facilities.

Very fancy place to stay at and the service is just off the charts

Very friendly and extremely courteous reception (both from the gentlemen outside as well as from the reception staff. The rooms (we had the Skyline Deluxe room) are very spacious and stylishly furnished and the view was awesome!
Every request was immediately followed up and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for our car.
There was a lot of choice at breakfast and it was really tasty!
We'd love to come back :-)

Great hotel very well located in Frankfurt city center ! The room are amazing and very comfortable ! Great view if you are in the top floors. The bed is gigantic. The staff are super welcoming. The room is cleaned twice a day. I was upgraded because I am loyalty member customer - so I had a bath and a shower ! You can also access a very huge gym at the 6th floor with a swimming pool!

Everything is perfect except for the living audience

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was great! A bit pricy for what we got and the devil is in the details, or there would have been 5 stars.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Very comfortable, excellent staff. Perfect breakfast! We feel pampered and it is an unforgettable experience. In the center of Frankfurt with covered parking underneath (surcharge) very comfortable. Attached to the large and pleasant Zeit shopping center.

Best cocktails in town - unfortunately very high priced. Otherwise, a clear recommendation.

The location is good, but the reception staff treat very badly to respect, and there is no pleasant reception when they come. They treat you as if they are kind to you of their money, even though you are the customer's defender.
Despite that, I informed the supervisor of my observation about the receptionist, but not for whomever you called

One of the best hotels in Frankfort, 5 stars and its location is very excellent for me to like to stay at any time and walk in a place where life is.

If you want to feel well cared for, the Jumeirah is the right place. It is taken care of allea and you do not have to worry.

It was an honor for me to have stayed at Jumiera Hotel. The food as well as the waitresses were very presentable. I can only recommend the restaurant as well as the hotel. Super central and everything is made possible. Once again, a very big THANK YOU to the whole Jamiera team.
