Poor communication and customer service, delays in shipping product, product has dents and scratches on it when it finally arrived and tooling kit is really cheap(poor cutting edges...way too many headaches and low value for the cost. Also the directions are incorrect that a 1/4 collet router will work. Had to buy a 1/2 and use a collet reducer to get it to work. Then had two holes milled and the bit broke. Super low quality, over priced and continued poor customer service!! Avoid at all costs!!
