Best pies ever! My favorite is the rhubarb delight and the macadamia nut.

I picked up a to-go order for DoorDash. Apparently there was a mixup with DoorDash not placing the order correctly, as the sides showed up different on my app. The ladies working helped straighten it out. Thankfully, the woman (Jerri?)helping me was very patient and made sure that I left with everything correctly & exactly how the customer wanted. Very fast and very friendly waitresses :-) And the cook was Super Fast and patient as well!! Thank you all for a successful delivery to a Very Happy Customer!!! :-) P.S.~ The customer was also extremely pleased with how quickly we All got her order to her!! Thanks again :-)

Food is good so are the pies. A mix between new and old.

Good food friendly staff. They have German potato salad which is fairly rare to find.

Service sucked...our original waitress was obviously very new and couldn't keep up..so one of the senior waitresses had to take us. The lady just bashed the new waitress the whole time..was disgusted. And if.it were me being the new one working there I'd have walked out then and there. But she didnt...probably got pushed out later tho

Joseph's has great quality food with great customer service. I work nearby and often call in an order to pick up. They always have it fresh and hot ready for me as requested and it tastes just as good picked up as it does brought to a table dining in!

Food and service are always great here, gotta go with the pie, its a must!

I have been here three times, the new remodel looks very nice. Breakfast was very good!.

We have been customers of Joseph's for 25 years. However, given recent repeated experiences with what can only be characterized as minuscule portions with take-out orders we will not be making an effort to return any time soon.

The service was friendly and efficient. The place is clean and charming, with a comfortable seating layout. And the food was absolutely delicious!

Pies are amazing. Breakfast is fantastic and a great place to bring the family.

Came in for brunch. Good food, big portions, quIck service.

We enjoyed our meals. Not our first visit. The food is always excellent as are the prices. Staff always pleasant & fun to visit with. Of course, can't leave without a piece of pie. Highly recommend Joseph's Family Restaurant.

Very disappointed with the new Joseph's. The portions were very small and very overpriced. My Walleye cost $18 and came on a small plate. I got fries too, which were good, but my other side, the vegetables was about two forks worth. I only went here because it was for a family party. A few others got ribs which cost $16 and were about a quarter of a rack. My brother got the club sandwich. That and the burgers looked good, but my diet doesn't allow me to eat those things. The pie looked pretty good too. Overall, I don't recommend going here unless you want a burger or some good pie (or to meet some nice waitresses ).

Over priced place not very good good either..Would rather nickel and dime you, than have regular customers .

Seriously...that's where it's at here. Don't get me wrong... everything here is amazing but the FFT is to die for. You don't even need syrup it's THAT good. That said, their bacon is corn cob smoked (seriously) and I can't even begin to explain the awesomeness of the flavor that brings. Aside from the food, the waitstaff is friendly and super attentive. Stillwater has a ton of food stops but I promise you that this needs to be on your list.

Great service, friendly staff & good food! We took 8 kids there and they were wonderfully accommodating! Breakfast all day, diverse menu and large kids menu. Good burgers, the Cajun shrimp pasta special was excellent!

Food was ok but the service was very poor. Took us an hour and a half to get through a simple breakfast.

I ordered the BBQ ribs. They were unseasoned and microwaved with cold BBQ sauce poured on the top after microwaving. The closest thing I could compare the texture to would be jerky but that would be an insult to jerky. I only managed to get two bites down and it was so dried out I needed water just to be able to swallow them. If you're like me and thought that there couldn't possibly be restaurants that are really as bad as the ones on Kitchen Nightmares just go to Josephs and order the ribs. I used to think that show was staged but having tried Josephs I have found out it really is possible for a restaurant to be that bad.

Excellent food, great service, and family-friendly. Worth the trip to Stillwater, Minnesota.

Great food great service and great atmosphere and decent prices

Our server Lori was awesome. The food was very good and came out quickly. The Rhubarb Delight Pie was so good we've gone back numerous time for it to go. Their other homemade pies are delicious as well. We will definitely keep returning.

I won the pie eating contest Downtown Stillwater for Harvest Fest I I ordered some food had got my dad a skillet and it was so good that my mom could not stop eating it I got myself a Belgian waffle it was an extremely good meal our waitress Lori are shots for kaitland Erin and miles I highly recommend this place

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Food seemed alright feels a lot like a Perkins. Nothing really blew my impressions away.

Had a great breakfast this morning with my family. I ordered a skillet breakfast kids ordered a fresh fruit plate and a pancakes kids meal and hubby ordered the all America. Food tasted good portion size was decent. Kids probably could have shared a meal. We did end up with leftovers for tomorrow morning. Pies looked really good and appear to be homemade. First time coming here but would totally come back.

Favorite place to meet family and friends to grab a bite to eat!

We visited Joseph's on a whim one night, before the bar was added. We weren't expecting much and we were blown away by the awesome. The reuben sandwich was was to die for, it was melt in your mouth good. The made from scratch veggie burger was fantastic. The service was excellent and even though we were stuffed, we chose slices of pie to take home with us. We've raved to family and friends since then, saying it was worth the drive to Stillwater.

Tonight was a different restaurant, completely. We brought my parents on good review... My dad's fish sandwich would have been better if it were made of cardboard. My veggie burger was now prepackaged nasty that could have been cardboard. The two reuben sandwiches that came to our table had enough fill in them to make one sandwich. This arrived after a forty minute wait. It isn't that we wanted the best but we certainly expected better.

For twenty minutes our waitress was a no show to check on our table. My children were begging for the food to come, my son was starting to cry. Beer was served to our table in a broken glass.

When we commented on the food, our waitress had little to say. When we requested the manager, there was no apology. The customer service was poor at best.

There were four servers on the floor. Alex, our server, and three others. The place was not busy. We are talking maybe two tables per server.

It's possible we caught the restaurant at their best on our first visit.

Our return visit was certainly on par with some of the worst service I've had. I would never recommend this place again. I'm sad and embarrassed that I would have sent anyone to Joseph's to have this experience. I will track down my previous good reviews and remove them. For shame.

The french toast keeps us coming back!!!! The kids absolutely love it and it is a treat for adults as well.

Beautiful bar and patio! Always friendly service. Breakfast can be tricky. I don't care for pancakes, scrambled eggs. Its hot or miss.

Food was good . Weired ambiance Was half a bar restaurant and half of it resembled a Perkins. Between the three of us we all got different amounts of fries and two of us ordered the same thing.

First time here and now it's my new favorite breakfast spot!!

They remodeled since the last time I was here and it looks great. I had the bbq ribs and they were really good. The service was great, same with the chocolate cake!

Ordered Ruben sandwich which used meat straight out of the package. Blueberry pie had hardly any blueberries just the clear fill. Awful food!!

Has kind of a Perkins feel (family dining) but with better food and alcohol.

My husband and I love Joseph s and have been going there for years. When the stay at home order started in March my birthday dinner request was Joseph s take out. Tonight we were reminded again of the kind souls working there and the amazing food. We know that restaurants have struggled with curb side and to go orders, and despite the challenges that type of ordering brings we ended up with two burgers cooked to perfection and fries that stayed crispy and delicious even after we arrived home! We topped our meal off with two mouth watering pieces of pie, and as always were treated with such kindness throughout our order and pick up process. We are grateful to live so close to such a gem, and are thinking of and wishing the best for all of Joseph s employees during these difficult times!

My food was inedible, I didn't eat it but was only offered a piece of pie in return for inedible food, take a look...the chicken was burnt and the potatoes were hard and crusty. Needless to say my first time going to Joseph's was my last.
