I recently went there for a Spa Facial and Massage...

I recently went there for a Spa Facial and Massage on two separate days. The services themselves were amazing. Very relaxing. They made sure you felt pampered and taken care of which I absolutely loved.
However...I booked my services online and expected a specific price when I got to the counter. I did add an additional service for my facial so I expected it to be a little more and I was fine with that. When I asked for the receipt, all I received was the CC receipt instead of an itemized receipt showing the services and the cost for said services. I don't mind paying more for something, but when you tell me it's going to be an additional $20...then have it be $20. Not $30 or $40.
This is not to say I won't go back, but I will be asking about pricing and why the cost was substantially more than what was placed online and what I was told with the facialist.
