The Golden 1 Center is a brand new arena, looks kick ass. It s one of the best basketball arenas I have been to. The kings won when I was there, great atmosphere and food court, it s massive and very close from the city center.

Kimpton hotel, great place to stay. Punch-Bowl Social had good food. Have to go back and enjoy the activities the restaurant has: bowling, karaoke, games etc. Liked that you had access to the restaurant from the hotel.

What an amazing place to see my daughter graduate from Sac State! Epic!

Looks nice from outside but hard to find parking on busy days. Should of put it somrwhere else.

Gorgeous facility, but be prepared for the extravagant prices.

Almost all are great seats. Great sound system. Easy parking behind Macy's.

This high prices arena is hella small compared to Arco..

Great facility, easy to get in and out of. Staff has always been very helpful and pleasant. There are a lot of food options around the arena. Everything is always expensive but that is expected at these type of places and events. I also love that during events there is extra police presence around the facility as well.

Stunning arena, with amazing views from nearly every angle! Great place to watch basketball, and great acoustics for concerts.

Very clean and very large. There are a ton of concession stands so you don't have to wait to get a drink. Also, drink prices are very expensive, so prepare.

Facility is gorgeous, bathrooms are clean, seats are clean, beautiful landscaping, NACHOS SUCK. You would think that with all of this state of the art engineering and technology equipped into an arena "of the future", they might just possibly be able to provide decent nachos for the patrons. But no. I wish I could refund my entire night's experience based on how awful these nachos truly were. Do NOT waste your money on the extremely overpriced and disgusting abomination they decided to call a snack.

The upper sections are ridiculously steep! If you are going to drink alcohol please do not sit in the upper levels. Other than that the bathrooms are clean the people were friendly and helpful.

This was my first time going to the Golden 1 Stadium, and it was a very impressive venue! The place was well maintained and very clean, getting in for the event was quick and easy, and the staff there helped us find our seats. The only thing I wished was that there was more room in between the rows of seats, but they weren't too packed in.

Outside is very nice: area is clean, food arround and easy to find.

Super fun time there. Foo fight rocked the g1 center.

Large arena! All kinds of parking outside and around, find the right one. Inside, security is on top of it all, all for good reason. Lots of food and drink vendors inside, the seats are easy to find, and the bathrooms are clean.

Awesome venue, but the thick glass when sitting near railing can be disorienting if you have to watch game through it

Seats were crowded, like insanely crowded. The show was great though!

Absolutely NO leg room. l have had knee replacement surgery years ago and have no problems in most venues, this place SUCKS and no one cares. At intermission I saw that the aisle seat two rows up was vacant l moved up and could finally enjoyi half of the concert.

A vast and well lit football stadium with excellent seating arrangements.

First timr there attended a Sac State University commencement. Place is awesome!

Love the concert but the place the chairs ha they ware crazy like you can walk this is no way there is no way about this everything else it's great just the sitting is terrible 2 because of it.

Great location! You can show up extra early to events and enjoy all kinds of stuff! Sacramento did good with the Golden 1 Center!

The seats suck and are very uncomfortable. We were in section 216 and there was zero leg room. My knees hit the wall in front of me. No cup holders anywhere. If you're a smoker, forget about it. No place to smoke and they won't let you back in if you go outside. However several people lit up joints around us and got away with it. Even when security was told. Won't be back. I'd rather go to Arco.

Rock show or basketball game, good right lines, good acoustic. 14$ beers. New restaurant fall of 17' sweet birds chicken&donuts.

Such a fun environment! We went for the "Season Ticket Party" & it was so fun! The food was amazing & majority of the workers actually looked like they liked their job! Lol. Anyways, 5 stars.. Although it is a lot smaller inside than you think.

Song Monster jam their excellent show they have great food at the concession.

The golden 1 center is one of the best modern basketball arenas. Even though the games rarely sell out, you can feel the energy of the crowd. The food is good, the games are exciting, and the location is fantastic. I d recommend anyone to go to see the Kings at the Golden 1 Center instead of going to see the warriors in San Francisco

My brother and I held our high school graduation here. It's a huge stadium and though it only has one main entrance, the security there do a quick job of letting people through.

Alot of food choices inside the arena. Clean facility and friendly staff.

I went here to see Steve Martin and Martin Short! It was a great show, the seats were easy to find though a little cramped, but the view was good; I was in section 111. Be warned... A beer is $14.

I'm a Warrior Fan, But The Kings WATCH OUT THE R 4 REAL, THEY R ONLY GOING 2 GET BETTER. ARENA AWESOME. GREAT EXPERIENCE. GOING BACK NEXT SEASON 4 SURE

My wife and I recently went to the Golden 1 center to see Fleetwood Mac. As a law enforcement officer, I wear a sidearm while off duty. This is not allowed at the new Sacramento Kings arena. This is a change of policy. At the old Arco/Sleep Train arena, we were escorted to the Security office and issued a gun locker to secure our sidearms. At the end of a concert, we merely went back and retrieved our equipment.
Now, the NBA has issued a national prohibition against off-duty cops wearing our equipment into NBA arenas. So we either: (1) leave a loaded handgun in our vehicle, where it can be stolen, or: (2) refuse to go back.
It's their private property and their right to declare that cops are not welcome.
It's my right to recognize the insult and never return.

Just attended a graduation here at the golden one Center. It's an excellent looking Arena. And there wasn't a bad view in the room. We did have some problems occasionally trying to see the stage when people were congregating towards the bottom of the stairways taking pictures of their kids, which is understandable, but inconvenient to the rest of us are trying to see. The staff put end that pretty quick though.

Waiting in line to get through the metal detectors was horrendous. I guess it is necessary considering all the nut cases out there. Parking can be difficult if you show up for your event right on time. There are parking garages all around, but they fill up fast. So I would suggest going early.

It's not what I expected for all the hoopla it caused. Still enjoyed our night.

The idea of an event venue in midtown was absolutely terrible.

Beautiful arena! Miss the free parking at old arena though! Concerts much more expensive at new arena. You can reserve parking in advance under parking app.

I love golden 1 center. It feels like home. Such an amazing atmosphere. Incredible food!

Very nice and new, but not enough parking and seating is horrible, will probably avoid events here in future.

Really really nice. Seats are comfortable, but don't leave much leg room. Closest parking is $25. Lot's of concessions all the way around the stadium.

Always a fun time here. Affordable tickets and view from even the second level is great.

Show was great but they would not allow healthy drinks in for my 2 year old son. Had to throw them away before we could enter. so he had to drink their sugary slushies that i had to delute with water. Such a joke. Ill never go there again.

Nice facility and surrounding area w/ shops & restaurants/bars. Parking garages everywhere range from $10 (3-4 long blocks away) to $50 (across from arena). High police presence helped the heavy traffic conditions. Also friendly knowledgeable staff were awesome great customer service from ticket takers to food service. Very organized clean place only downfall which is expected when you attend any event in an arena of this size and caliber is the cost of items sold within the arena...just to give you an idea...Whole pizza, $50. Whole bottle of wine, $50. 16oz beer or wine $15, 3 small street tacos, $10.

Very elegant modern design, main entrance is in a very beautiful location and the Center is very well staffed and maintained.

Peace of mind with parking and entering the arena to go see Romeo Santos! Loved it!

It's hard to rate a venue, rather than the artist. As far as the space is concerned, I loved it. The promenade is decorated with relics of Sacramento's past, and the VIP is more modern. The suites are very nice, with bars nearby pedaling radically overpriced drinks, but the staff is fantastic and usually show some love if you have any charisma at all. My main complaint is how overpriced the drinks were. It's something I expected,but $25/shot, top shelf, was still a little surprising.

Amazing arena built by the Kings for the dedicated fans. Always love just hoping on light rail or taking Uber to the arena. Everything is so new and cutting edge for a basketball arena. The app is amazing, it has a version for Kings games and a version for other events. Let's you know where everything in the arena is, best ways to leave and get to the arena, and the most awesome feature is THE VIRTUAL COWBELL YOU CAN RING O THE PHONE TO CONTINUE THE SACRAMENTO KINGS TRADITION. I'm. CA native and Celtics Fab but the Kings have always been a very close second. So happy to see they have an awesome 21 century building they can be proud of. Now let's just get those mid to late 90s teams back lol. I gave it 5 stars because I really feel it's a great basketball venue, the only negative is lack of parking close by, but hey it's downtown and it in no way affects he building or experience.

It was so crowded, and it was an amazing experience.

The bartender poured my beer and bottled water into big cups...just give me the bottle with its cap! That way, I won't spill it all over my seat mates getting to my seat, and I certainly won't throw it, daaannng!

During the ball game, I wish they would not use the flashes in the ceiling. Very annoying. But nice arena.

When to go see my Chicago bulls play the kings had a great time very nice arena
