Great venue. Best arena I've ever been to! Lots of things to do in immediate area surrounding arena without needing additional transportation. Sacramento should feel fortunate this was approved and allowed the Kings to stay in town. It will create a ton of revenue for the city

Lots of vendor options and bathrooms are nearby every section. To my surprise entering and exiting the building was fast even though the place was nearly sold out. Our first visit to the center and my ONE complaint or con would be that the seating aisles are way too narrow. Meaning, everyone you are seated near are forced to stand up to allow you to pass to or from your seat. Boooo!! Lol, overall a good experience.

One of the worst concert venues I have seen. First row of seats on upper level is so close to railing that feet must be placed at an awkward angle, resulting in my feet falling asleep during the concert. Food venues are mediocre, and bottled water isn't even a brand name. Everything is expensive, like most of these venues. Will probably not attend more concerts here.

Looks good so far.

And the facilities put most of these historic bay area venues to shame.

Beautiful arena and HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE seating. I'm 6'2'' and was cramped with my toes scrunched sideways into the seats in front! My knees were aching and I had nowhere to stretch them! Forced to get up and miss some of the action. Sad that millions go into an arena but we can't get a cupholder?? Oh, and the designer didn't think about people all leaving at the same time because it's a sh*! show. Added to the night, the overhead monitor above the floor flickered off & on for an hour

Staff was a bit rude when the event was over. Quick to clean up and kick us out. Not helpful with any altercations that broke out. Lost when we would ask how to get to our seats. They didn't know how to navigate us to our seats. Very strict about staying in your seat.

Nice to have an Arena that brings top acts to Sacramento. Great sound! Not all of the food vendors are open for concerts, so plan accordingly for dinner. I was looking forward to Petra or Paragary's.

Attended CSU:Sacramento's graduation at this venue and was pleasantly surprised at how great it is. Nice, modern, architecture and an overall clean facility. I miss the older area because there was more parking readily available, but the access to downtown Sacramento is an undeniable plus for tourists.

Went just went Sat 2-3-18 and it was son 12 birthday and the staff was very friendly they even gave him free stuff and a certificate and some bday pins and some toys. He was very . We paid 10$ for an large popcorn and 13$ for a beer in the can. But we all went as a family all 7 of us so we had a great time.

Great arena! Good food throughout. Open feeling to the top and bottom levels. Enjoyed watching a concert and a basketball game there, and both experiences were top notch. If only our Kings could start winning some more basketball games sooner than later, that would be awesome!

Attended Cirque du soleil, and the ticket checker waved us in without noticing that our seats were flagged for reassignment due to some arena issue. We shopped a bit because we were early then headed to our section. We got to the seats to find them cordoned off and the section attendant sent us to ticket services, they sent us back to the entrance to someone else. While we were orbiting the arena, we missed the first few minutes of the show. Ticket resolution too even longer resulting in us missing even more of the show.

This place was not built for our comfort, it was built to put as many seats as possible to make money. The top seats are dizzying. I think they have bigger seats on a airplane and I'm not talking first class!! Wasted Potential!!!! I won't go back!

They really constructed this facility poorly. If you're not sitting in the 100 level seats it's not worth it. 200 level is awkwardly built, you'll get vertigo and sick each time. Staff doesn't know how to handle ADA , had me running around to several different guest services offices, and each one telling you to go back to the other. Very poor service .

Nice and clean, clean bathrooms, food is pricey which is expected, but the 3 stars is for the safety of the upper level seating. I feel like I'm going to tip over walking down the narrow stairwell.

The unobstructed view might be great for a sporting event but the acoustics were terrible for a concert. The sound was very muddy. Had we not known the songs they would have been very difficult to identify. Definitely will not attend another concert there. Just because it holds 17000 people, doesn't make it a concert venue.

I know this place looks very nice but they should improve and renovate this upper deck seating to 30 degrees and same thing for Barclays Center too because the steep seats are dangerous for people it can lead them to falling onto the court and die.
