I like Jones service, they give good advice but aren't pushy. Plus my Subaru gets free synthetic oil changes for life, can't beat that with a stick.
Advertised will give you 500 bucks if gave you less then Carmax for your car. So I went to car max said $3000 went to them hour wait said $300 bucks! An I m lucky to get it. I said here s carmax quote. I would like my 500 please. Hour waiting clowns said here s 3000.01 quote to buy your car laughing all smuck like. So on radio they say how everyone likes it there an no complaints..... also my gf 6 years ago went in to buy a Toyota corolla. She paid 24k for a 17k car because they are so nice to take take advantage of a young girl with a hand full of money.

Not willing to make a deal at all. Instead of trying to work with you they make the vehicle even more overpriced by adding thousands of dollars in "dealer fees" and "reconditioning fees". They took the vehicle we were interested in and drove it back to the other lot it came from while we were still sitting there trying to make a deal which I thought was extremely disrespectful. Not to mention the stalking of customers looking at vehicles. Will never go back.

Jones always makes it right. My wife didn't even buy her car there and they are giving her a new engine with labor for free with a rental car for free. I did buy my jeep from Jones and I take advantage of the free oil change and carpet wash.
I went to Jones Hyundai to buy a car yesterday and it wasn't the best experience because the person that they put me with started looking up other dealerships to help us find a car, instead of showing us what else Jones had. Everybody was nice there though, however, we left and went over to Jones Kia and they were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They got me in a nice suv, which I love, and I am very thankful to them for assisting me in finding such a great vehicle. I would recommend the helpful staff at Jones Kia to any of my friends.
I had service done on my Highlander. It was done on time at the price quoted. I guess that's all you can ask.
Waited 3 hrs before they looked at my car and I had appt at 10am. They didn't call til 12:30 and cat wasn't done til 2:30. I had my 2 yr old with me. I planned appt ahead of time so they could get parts to fix Windows and they didn't even have them in.

Do not buy cars from Jones Junction in Belair MD. Do not buy Ford Focus (or Fiesta) model 2012-2015.
Jones sold me a used car with a factory defect in the transmission without warning. When I tried to return the car (14 days later), it was explained that their sales contract is "returns within 30 days, *if the dealership agrees on a return*".
On the one hand this is still within the warranty provided, on the other hand I wish I didn't have to deal with this in the first place.
They were wonderful in helping me obtain what I needed for my car. Service and time frame was great!
Bought a used 2014 Nissan Sentra last month from this dealer. Front struts needed to be replaced as they were covered in the warranty. I brought it into my local mechanic to get it checked after they failed to fix it the first time. Brought it in again and they confirmed the issue only after having it checked and documented by my mechanic. Instead of fixing the issue completely, they replaced the bearing and insulator on one strut. Stay away from this place and go to CarMax. Save yourself the trouble and hassle.
I went to the pre owned super store on Harford Rd. Meridith. D was great she is going above and beyond to make me happy with my vehicle. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car new or used.
My car was taken in for maintenance and to be cleaned and detailed. My 4-Runner was returned to me in perfect condition, just as if I had bought it! The Toyota Service team is amazing!

He is so easy to talk to and work with, and will always go the extra mile to get you in the car you love. I refuse to ever buy from anyone else!
Had low tire warning-- called Dodge service- Keith was great start to finish-- had me come in right away- patched the tire and had me in and out in under 30 minutes!
So I bought a used 2014 GMC Sierra with only 35k miles on it from Jones in February. The week I bought the vehicle it was cold outside. Prior to buying the vehicle I noticed that the third brake light was inoperable. I further inspected the light and discovered that there was water inside the lamp. I told them about the problem and they only replaced the bulb. Obviously less than a month went by and now the bulbs out again....
My major issue is approximately 2 months after purchasing the vehicle, it finally stared to become warmer out. I attempted to use my AC for the first time, but to my surprise I discovered that it would not blow cold air. I tested the AC prior to buying the vehicle, but beings that it was cold outside I thought the AC was already working. I again took the vehicle back to Jones and explained that the AC didn t work. The service guy looked up when I bought the vehicle and told me that my truck was now out of the 30 day warranty. My issue is that this was most likely a problem prior to buying the vehicle. I didn t wait until 6 months to report the issue. I made an appointment as soon I noticed the problem. The service department was nice enough to recharge my system for no charge, but also explained to me that they put dye inside system to locate any possibly leaks. Approximately 2 weeks later my AC stopped working again. I decided to have another set of eyes look at my vehicle and took it to Midas. From there the manager showed me what the fluorescent dye looked like and then proceeded to explain to me the locations on my vehicle to insert the dye and recharge the system. He then placed a black light up to the locations and showed me that no one inserted dye into the system. Needless to say they also checked the system and still couldn t locate any dye. I m now sitting at Midas paying $180 to have a technician recharge and place dye into the AC system to locate the problem....This price isn t including how much it s going to cost to actually fix the problem....
Further more I did receive the Jones for a lifetime, but still nothing was covered
I really like the truck that I bought, but I will never purchase another vehicle from Jones. They clearly don t stand by their vehicles they sell. Also to lie to a customer about work that was done to a vehicle is complete BS. I expect when I purchase a $28,500 dollar truck even though used, that everything that is suppose to work does work. Sucks because the truck I traded in was in great working condition and had working AC. I was just looking for a bit of an upgrade....
I used to love Jones Junction and a year or so ago bought my second truck from them. One of the key decision points was that they advertised heavily that they would pick up and drop off cars within a 50 mile radius for service. It was the deciding factor for me because they are not convenient to where I live. So now they have decided to cancel that program not even grandfathering those of us who bought under those considerations. I am sure they have legal wording somewhere that allows them to do this, nevertheless, it will be the last car / truck / anything that I buy from them. You obviously can't trust what they say.

Jones Junction has some great qualities, like the Jones For A Lifetime offer, but the management treats their employees horribly and encourages shady business procedures, asks their employees to lie to customers, makes mistakes on cars, scratches, etc., and simply doesn't tell people who are buying the cars.
I have known a number of people who have worked there and they have been frustrated by the changing policies, the horrible management, and the lack of respect shown.
Know who you're buying from.

Jones Junction provides the best customer services and experience that I have encountered. This excellent customer service started and ended with an employee by the name of Paul Newman. He such a great communicator and a great listener. During my time with him it as all about what I wanted and needed. He bent over backwards but at the same time was upfront and honest with me. I appreciate the service he provided and will be going back to Jones Junction for my next purchase!
Sold me a lemon... Buyer beware.. In the shop twice since I purchased my 200 on 3/5/2016. Sold me a piece of junk. Sales Manager lied to me, he said he would put in another car if my had another transmission issue. Next issue I have with this car I will contact the news and hire an attorney.
I rated the dealership as a one because there is no option for lower score.

I had an oil change appt. on Thursday 8/17/17, I was greeted by Ashley Smith, she was friendly & courteous, Rebecca Lind was my service advisor, I had a foul taste in my mouth from former service, & I approached Rebecca with guns loaded, she intuitively & expertly diffused my concerns, She was concerned, kind & gracious, I mentioned to her that she saved me from putting in a negative call to Hyundai Corporate. I decided to speak to the new Service Manager, Jay Kendall, while waiting for my car to be serviced, He also immediately received me, which has never once happened with former service manager, I let Jay know how please I was with both Rebecca & Ashley's attitudes about their jobs and the customer's who frequented Jones Hyundai.- if I was to rate my experience that day from 1 to 10 - I would rate it 100 - Thank you three, for all of your help on Thursday, please keep up the Great work, I for one am most appreciative :)

I had a great experience buying three vehicles from Jones. The whole sales staff Kathleen, Greg, Luis, & Gabby were so helpful and made the whole process easy and a good experience.
Service- Everything was great until we started talking finances. We prefaced our interaction by saying we were just starting to look, and that our price ceiling was 300 a month. He tried to push us in to a sale that was over our budget.
We said we need to sleep on the deal to see if we could afford it with our bills. He promptly replied "well I have bills too you know..." He was clearly offended and upset that we wanted to use caution when making a huge purchase.
Selection- Amazing amount of choices. Everyone sales person has access to any vehicle on and of the 5+ lots they have.
Needed to speak with an Allstate agent. Keyla was awesome! Took care of the issues we were having. She was very knowledgeable, accomodating and courteous. Highly recommend!

We've purchased our cars there since 1997. The prices and service are so great that when we want another car we automatically go there. The free carwashes and free nail salon are awesome perks. They used to have free hot dogs until someone complained and ruined that perk for the rest of us. The benefits and friendliness keep us coming back to Jones. Great place!

Amazing. I call for an appointment to get my oil change. I show up on time as schedule. They will get me in right after 2 other people. 1.5 hours later they should have it done in a few minutes. 39 min later.... still not done. What is the point of an appointment? Why does an oil change take two hours? This has been more the norm than the exception. Free oil changes for life mean you may wait a lifetime for the oil change.

Came in with my aunt to see about selling a used car. There was a sign on the door requiring everyone to wear a mask upon entering. We both enter and are seated and immediately noticed most of the Jones junction employees were NOT wearing masks. The few that were had them pulled down under their nose as if that does anything to protect their customers. Extremely disappointed in Jones Junctions for this fail. If you require the public to wear a mask to enter then you should require your employees to wear one to protect your customers. Beware if you are thinking about coming in during this pandemic.

Jones always strives to be their best. Cathy Greenwell is one of those great employee's. When you bring in your vehicle for service, she is the one who will discuss with you the mechanics findings. Her knowledge of parts and such exemplifies the best.

The service mgr. had trouble with a recalled by Nissan and tried charging me for a rental car when it was a Nissan problem. He told me to take it up with nissan very poor Mgr. I WILL Think again if we ever buy a new nissan it would not be with Jones junction do to the repair shop
This is crap place to buy any Toyota cars. And the sales manager team is the worst. Sales persons I guess are innocents. But beware of these dum sales manager who even can not do simple math.
I bought camry 2015. And it was really a bad experience car was having issues like picking up problem. Wheel alignment issues on brand new car.
And sales manager misrepresentation of MSRP. And selling you top of msrp price is ridiculous.
Please be advised research before going to them.

Gave 1 Star because can't give 0. Worst service experience in 37 years of owning a vehicle! Vehicle went into Bel Air Nissan for warranty work on radio. 11 weeks and 3 return trips later radio still doesn't work.
Bel Air Nissan can't return calls, can't provide updates on repair status, has no answers but can take your deductible payment. Still waiting for repairs to be completed. BEWARE. Still waiting for Jones to fix car 8 months and counting.Still waiting for response from Jones management. Don't respond to email from management asking for information. Still waiting for response 8 months later!
I will say My overall opinion on Jones is quite high and I find them to be a pretty reputable car dealership and maintenance provider. However, my most recent experience with them has me somewhat vexed in that I went to their maintenance department and they informed me that my vehicle needed a gas tank strap. They then charged me $100 for this item and upon going home and thinking this over a little bit I found the same item to be in stock and half the cost at Advance Auto Parts. I understand these places need to make profit but doubling the cost of an item and then on top of that charging me 150% of the cost of the item to install it is a little outrageous. I went bought the part and installed it myself total bill $60 if I would have gone to Jones the bill would have been 300. So aside from all of that, when I went to go get my refund the next day I waited in their maintenance garage for 23 minutes ( I know this may sound Petty but the place was a ghost town, and I watched as it took four people collaborating together to figure this out) for them to somehow get the planets to align and give me my cash back that I paid for the part. What's sad is that I'm actually impressed that they did not try to give me some song and dance and not give me back my full refund... They just cost me another half hour of my life to get the money back that I gave them. They treat my mom incredibly well and they've kept her vehicle running for almost 300,000 miles but a part of me believes that she more than likely has overpaid for all the maintenance that she's gotten on her vehicle and may have paid for a completely new car by now in the repairs that she's done with them. IDK... if free manicures, cookies, apples, and coffee are worth this massive price overcharge.

The short story is - we bought a lemon from Jones which should have been a reliable car, a Honda. We've come to find out that they knew it had mechanical issues and yet, when we had problems, they did not honor their engine warranty. We bought the vehicle in May, and had it towed in three times because it wouldn't turn on or wasn't drivable. When we had problems, I often had to call 5 or 6 times and speak to as many people in order to actually have someone take me seriously. It felt like they were bouncing me around hoping I'd just give up and go away.
Jones sent it back each time without even calling and addressed minor issues which obviously didn't solve the main problem. Twice, they just changed the oil without addressing why we sent it in! We decided to sell the vehicle because we did not feel it was safe to drive. They acted like they were doing us a favor when they offered us $10k less than we paid for it 6 months ago. Overall, they were dishonest, difficult to get ahead of, and rude.

My friend was picking up her vehicle after a repair. They dropped her off at her place of employment. All the repairs were covered under their sales policies. Good hours to drop off and pick up. Friendly staff who advised of repairs that will be needed in the future.
