I had a wonderful experience with Nancy Yeager at Jones Junction in Bel Air. I walked into the dealership with a certain goal in mind. Nancy was extremely patient and willing to answer all of my questions. She is exceedingly easy to talk to and is not "pushy," as most salespeople can be. I found peace during this stressful time through Nancy and her calming personality. Not only did she offer tranquility to myself but she kept my 5 year old busy for the entirety of our evening visit to the office. Although I walked away from the deal (due to the finance end of things), I will certainly come back to Nancy for future purchases and would recommend her to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience.

I want to start off by saying that I am writing this with extreme disappointment. I bought my first car from Jones Junction - Nissan a few years back. A brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra Special Edition. I refinanced my car in December 2015 due to the fact that my credit score is much higher and I wanted a lower interest rate. Soon after refinancing I received a letter dated January 6, 2016 stating I was due a GAP Refund amount and to contact the dealership for more details and also to acquire the refund. This is when everything went downhill and my opinion and views of Jones Junction quickly depleted. I went into Jones the following Saturday after receiving the letter and was told to speak to Larry Henshaw (I apologize now if I spell any names incorrectly throughout this message), but that he worked Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. The following week I took off on Wednesday and drove all the way back to Jones and was told that Larry would be in in about 20 minutes. So I waited. Thirty minutes go by, I proceeded to ask again if he was in, only to be told he wouldn't be in at all that day. I spoke with a Rozel (sp) and he told me that this was something that Larry could handle over the phone. So now I've wasted time and fuel on two trips from Middle River - Bel Air and back for nothing. The following Monday I tried to get a hold of Larry with no luck, go figure, so I asked to speak to Rozel again. He then tells me that I can go into the Kia store with the letter and they could get it straight. Didn't make much sense to me seems I bought the car at NISSAN. So before I wasted anymore of my time I called Kia and spoke with a manager named Dave. He tells me that everything Rozel told me was 100% incorrect and that any finance manager there (Larry or Rozel) could have processed the refund payment. Dave gave me an email address for Caroline Cupp and told me to tell her everything that was going on. I did. Only to receive no response. I then asked to speak to a manager at Jones and they put me in touch with Chad. He told me he would process it and give me a call back. Week goes by, no call back. Of course, I phoned him and was told he would try to have it all completed by the end of February. I haven't heard from him since. It has been 6-7 weeks since I was told it was being processed....Chad told me it would take about 3-4 weeks. It's unfortunate that this is the experience I am now having with Jones. I had the intention of coming back to purchase a Toyota Tacoma as soon as my tax return came back, but after all of this I will NEVER buy another vehicle from here, and I will make SURE that none of my friends or family members even consider going through Jones Junction for their next vehicles. "Jones for a Lifetime"? More like "Jones until they get their check"

This was my first purchase with Jones Junction Used Car. We had a set budget and Josh Smith along with the sales manager Chris worked with me and my husband to accomplish our budget goal. They were awesome to work with and they were willing to go the extra mile. Justin the finance manager got us a great rate to make the deal even better. The transaction was smooth and efficient. Would highly recommend Jones Junction for a Lifetime.

I was contacted with special offers to trade in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and purchase a new Jeep. I was in the market so I agreed to take time out of my schedule to stop in and see what the dealership was truly offering. I gave the salesman my desired models days prior to arrival. When I arrived, the dealership did not have what I was looking for but had something close. I decided to test drive the Jeep and just leaving the parking lot it was shifting oddly and 1/2 mile later a loud clunk and the engine light came on. The "new" Jeep they were going to sell had 1270 miles on it already and I was told sales managers like to drive them. I of course declined and they began to ask me what they could get to the dealership for me. They located a Jeep elsewhere, but wanted signed paperwork obligating me to a $995 transfer fee. I declined and left the dealership. I was shortly called by a manager and explained my position to which she snidely told me good luck finding what I want elsewhere. Tate Jeep, in Glen Burnie, MD, happily sold me a brand new Jeep the following day for $4,200 less than this dealership was even willing to offer me. I was their return customer, now I will never be their customer again. Horrible service, horrible manners and horrible personnel working in this dealership. Do NOT waste your time.

The only positive is Jason. He's always friendly, seems happy and goes out if his way to say hi every time we come in.
As for the service department.....They have gone WAY downhill!
The last 3 visits they have failed to fill the fluids. This past time, it's almost like they didn't put any oil in at all! I had to add 2qts to get to the full line. It's almost like they have lost focus. Not sure what's going on but the way it's looking, our next purchase may very well not be here! We'll see!

I have bought 5 cars from here over the years. The latest was in 2012. I know this is late to complain, but I have before and nothing was done. I traded in a car in which I had 5000.00 equity. Long story short I was cheated and lied to about it.Every time I stopped to check I was always told it shows on the records in the back, but not on mine. There is nothing that can be done now as it is to late. Should have gone to BBB. Looking for a new car now,but it will not be there.

Salesman came out and couldn't shake my hand because it was "snack time" just before lunch and he had stuff on his hands. He did not offer help in finding cars but waited for us to ask about cars in order to see them. Acted like he was hungry and we were wasting his time. We were not planning to leave without a car but he made it as though what our budget was to buy was not good enough. Didn't feel like selling myself a car. We are buying in the next few days and it will be from Bob Bell down the street.

Don't ever go to Jones Junction for any of your car needs. Especially repairs. They hire the most uneducated most deceitful people to work for them. Lying sales people, lazy auto technicians, and the rest of the personnel is just plain old rude. The only thing they want is your money. I bought my last 2 vehicles from Jones. There will never be another one. I wouldn't take a car from there if it was free

I'll be honest: I usually have to wait a super long time for service at Jones. The last time I got an oil change I was waiting for nearly 2 hours. Today when I got an oil change, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed with the customer service as well as the speed of service itself. They even replaced my plate covers because one of them was falling off. The attention to detail was great. I would give 5 stars but given past experience, I can't be certain today wasn't a fluke.

This dealership spends huge amounts of money on advertising. They have chosen 105.7 and Vinny Cerrato to be their shill. So we have 1 one owner, non smoker car with 53,000 miles. We get a valid offer from Carmax in writing, then head on over to Jones. What a joke, they start in with the typical lets rip off the consumer, not realizing that the sticker from the date of purchase was in the car with all the factory option on the sticker. So the lies and deceit continue until we pull the plug and just leave. DO NOT do business with this company. All the advertising, is lies, more lies on top of more lies! Run Away from this place. This was a complete waste of time! This place is a dealership based on a lifetime of misery and deceit, definitely not a dealership for life!

I purchased my Highlander in January 2018 and I had the best experience working with Luis from Toyota Used Cars. He was patient, respectful, and not pushy. He gave me the best deal and continued to advocate for an affordable price for me. He answered his phone when I called and still helps me today for another purchase. I highly recommend Toyota Used Cars. Luis is now in another position (promoted), but he is still one of the best and can still offer his assistance in other ways.

Dave Sharpe is a manager at the Toyota Used Cars and absolutely the best of managers. We purchased another vehicle from Toyota Used Cars in January 2019 and the experience has been 100 times better. Dave has the patience of a saint. He works to serve the customers satisfaction. He follows up, always answers his phone, and goes over and beyond to make the customers happy. He should be recognized at Jones Junction for the best customer satisfaction. Our experience wouldn't be as good as it was if Dave didn't have his involvement. Jones has really earned my families business.

My wife and I went last Saturday to look at a new Cherokee. We met with Sean Kilmer, who made this a very relaxed and hassel-free process. He could not have been more responsive, polite or hard working. He was able to get us into the exact model my wife wanted, exact color, the same day and even BEAT the pricing we expected!

What really took it over the top was Sean's service:
We bought on a Saturday late afternoon. Sean stayed into the evening, after closing, to make sure my wife was comfortable with the features and controls.

Don't waste your time somewhere else, go straight to Jones Junction! #JonesforLife

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!
On April 12 2019 I purchased my vehicle from Jones KIA. My buying experience was actually ok. Salesman was Rashad. due to the dealership being 55 miles away from my home I didn't get there till approx. 7pm and ended up running after hours after the dealership had closed. My car was supposed to come with 2 key fobs which showed in the sales pictures online. due to it was after hours I was told the 2nd key fob was locked in the other dealership (Nissan) and would be sent to me by mail. the next day I received a text from my salesman Rashad stating the car was traded in with only 1 key fob. I said to Rashad the key tag on my current fob stated hand written 2 of 2 I explained no one would have put 2 of 2 unless the had 1 of 2 which means the car was traded with 2 keys. I also said the internet sales pictures show 2 key fobs, he stated he looked and it does not. So I sent him the pictures and low and behold he didn't know what to say when the 2 fobs showed in the pics and I had the tag stating 2 of 2 keys. April 26th I was told he found the 2nd key and would send it right out priority mail and was very apologetic about all the issues. I texted Rashad on May 6th and stated I still haven't received the key fob yet and asked if a tracking number could be provided never heard from Rashad after that. finally on may 31st I decided to call the dealership and ask for someone Higher up to see if they could help me I asked for the sales manager and was transferred to someone else who said they would look into it and they never responded back and with talking to the sales manager Rashad got a new phone and I was told that's why he hasn't answered back. I was told my original key fob was given to the office girl who all of a sudden went on Maternity leave and she never shipped it. I was told by a another manager he would now handle it never happened. I was then told That I could come to the dealership on any Monday or Wednesday and a new fob would be given to me and the guy who programs them is there at that time. On Monday July 8th 2019 I took off of work to head to the dealer ship to finally get this key and have this over with. I called the dealership to make sure it was still ok that I come down I was transferred to the KIA sales dept and low and behold who picks up the phone my man Rashad he was like what? you still haven't got that key yet? Are you kidding me he asked! I said no I haven't and was preparing to drive down today I took off work to do it I was just checking to make sure the Key guy was going to be there to get this fob keyed and programmed and figured I would get my free oil change as well. Rashad told me John we have your key don't drive all the way down I will call you right back to let you know I found the key or if not I will see how busy the key guy is and make sure we can get it done. Im still waiting for his call back from July 8th and its now the 17th. Finally I made my last and final call to this dealership on July 15th and asked if I could speak to the Big guy, the head honcho, the Big Cheese, the General Manager Peter Mansa I was transferred and once again I get a flunky that tells me Peter has stepped out can I help you with something I said "no you cant" I want to speak to him if that is ok. I was then asked can I let him know what it is pertaining to? I said no I will explain to him when he calls. It is now July 17th and no call back no key no nothing. Fellow car buyers this is approx a $50 dollar key fob unfortunately I was at the dealerships mercy due to it has to be professionally programmed. Now imagine All this passing he buck and frustration time taken off from work to make it as easy as possible for them to help me for a $50 dollar key fob which I still don't have! I cant even fathom one of you my fellow buyers who have or will purchase after reading this have something major happen to your new or used vehicle imagine what your going to go though after reading what I have went through for a $50 Dollar fob. Today I went in to Jones Junction Toyota in Bel Ai...

Today I went in to Jones Junction Toyota in Bel Air for a scheduled recall appointment for the airbag issue. They took the car in and sent me to the waiting room. About 15 minutes later the associate comes out and says they don't have the actual part. One of the excuses was that there are many of my car model that need the part, leading to the question: Does the dealership give priority to recalls to preferred customers??? Why tell me to come to your dealership if you do not have the part??? Why did you not contact me prior to the appointment to let me know the part was not available??? There was no actual apology for their error or offer of compensatory services whatsoever for taking time out of my day for visiting their dealership at 7 AM for basically nothing.

This bungling in management/communication has happened to me before at the same dealership. A few years back the same vehicle had an issue with the fuel system and it had to be in the shop for a few days. They gave me a loaner. I called them during this time and they said our car was ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick it up, they said it was not ready to be picked up and I left very frustrated with their incompetence and lack of consideration for their customers. I understand that Toyota is a huge corporation and that the airbag recall is a challenge, but on the micro level ALL customers require equal amounts of consideration and respect, particularly when dealing with defective parts. I'm starting to doubt Toyota as a brand, mainly because of the way this dealership is managed. From a business perspective, building a customer base through solid communication, management, and integrity leads to satisfaction on both sides. Basic communication skills, effectiveness in management, and the ability to treat all customers fairly are sorely lacking in Jones Junction Toyota.

I went in to this dealership to obtain a price for my 2004 Nissan Frontier pickup truck this young man behind the counter of the Nissan Frontier pickup truck or any other Nissan vehicle in my opinion then he did of why it rains I have a 2004 Nissan Frontier and all I wanted was a price for a complete tune-up for this truck which has a hundred forty-four thousand miles on it this young man could not give me a price quote for a tune-up on this vehicle how does he come to work in a dealership if he does not know the product or the product line I don't get it you would think that as a Nissan dealer they would take the time to make sure their people knew their products now if I was of a mind to buy a vehicle from that location because of his lack of knowledge I would not purchase a vehicle from that dealer let alone have anything service from that deal

I've been dealing with Jones for many years. I've had most of my service done here. My major complaint is the turnover in personnel, and they are a bit overpriced, but they definitely honor their engine warranties. My son's Hyundai had a engine failure, & Jones replaced his engine & covered the rental the entire time it was in the shop.. . I just bought a new Ram 2500 diesel pick up from them.

Would never go back. They had no idea of their financing options and tried to take advantage every chance they could find. Forgot the garage door opener in my trade and couldn't even get that back. Wasted over 7 hours in their dealership. Ultimately bought there, but never again!

If I could give no stars I would. This simply was bad service. I was lied to about the price I would pay. They rush you to sign papers . I was not given a carfax report. I brought a car that had just come out of service . I am thinking that all is well. As soon as i brought it home the engine started knocking. This is a 2014 car THAT HAD JUST BEEN SERVICED. Fresh out of the shop. I also had two dents in my front bumper and the paint was chipped on the passenger door. The employee's were rude as well.

The salesman, Mr. Barry Barnes was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. As a result of this I am a proud new owner of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I would also like to thank Art Robinson , Drew, and the finance department Mr. Cris Gill for explaining and taking his time to help me understand the investment. My overall experience included laughter, fun and I was so excited that I could have done a commercial on the spot for the dealership. It was also important to know that the dealership invested in their employees education. Five Star for friendly, fun, clean and thorough.

This is my 3rd purchase from Jones, and my second purchase from ZACH MOHR. Zack is so knowledgeable and respectful. I went directly to Zach when considering a new car because I felt as though he was working for ME and had my best interests at heart. No high pressure, no hokey sales pitch. Next time around, I will again see Zach. I guess I should mention I m very happy with my Nissan Altima.

Went here after going to Autonation Chevrolet to purchase my first car since graduating college. Our saleswoman, Ann, was amazing. She knew exactly what i was looking for and within minutes had us test driving a car that she expected would be a great fit. I found an AMAZING deal on a 2014 Nissan with only 20,000 miles on it. Without Ann, I don't know what we would have done.

My sales representative was extremely nice very patient and even had my Mitsubishi outlander 2016 delivered to my house for me at no additional cost. The sales when buying I give 5STAR.. THE SUV THEY SOLD ME . WELL IT GETS BETWEEN A TWO OR THREE STAR.
But the vehicle that I purchased from them I hate to say this. I absolutely hate that vehicle. Within 7 days the side panel where you step out fell off .because I had the flu I was unable to take it back in the seven days warranty..every little plastic piece in that vehicle has fallen off I put them back they fall off I put them back they fall off. The rubber piece the weather protector that goes around the door frame have fallen off I skit my knee on the driver side one when it caught my foot and I fell on the ground. casethe eye glass holder that sits above your head up front that thing fell down hit me in my shoulder and scared the daylights out of me I thought someone was in my car. The little black pieces on the second row that covers the bolts on the floor they don't stay in place. On the passenger side the handle that you can hold onto that's at the top of the door the front and the back they both have fallen off more than once. Now I am missing one because it fell out the car . On my third row seat where the light is water comes through it dripping on my seats. The backlights do not work.. the middle lights do not work and the front right light on the passenger side flickers at times.the cigarette lighter up front doesn't work and the ones in my armrest chooses to work when they want to.I am terrified to drive when the weather is bad because the inside front windshield fogs up and will not clear unless I wipe it . What's crazy is the out side of the window will clear. But not the film on the inside unless I'm constantly wiping it. Now let's talk about the paint job that keeps chipping off around that vehicle it's horrible . I noticed it after about the 3rd wash .. Second row seat all of the bolts nuts and everything have all rusted out.its all rusted where the seats are connected to the car. The driver seat stitching is coming apart. the armrest , I went to lift it up one day and the whole thing just snapped off into the back seat. The plastic piece in the ceiling that holds the seat belt will not stay up in the ceiling it just falls down the seat belt. After about two three weeks of having the car vacuum, cleaning and washing it etc I saw that the stains popping up out of no where as if the vehicle at one time may have been a rental or something. This vehicle has been my worst nightmare to not be that old. You would think it was about 15 years old or more . And now I am stuck with it and do not know what to do about it. Then I found out today that there is somewhere between 4 to 6 recalls on the vehicle. Can it get any worse. I've had to replace the battery in a three-year-old car twice and the headlights four times. I just recalled something else my side view mirrors when it rains they will not clear I have to roll down my windows in the rain or the snow and keep wiping them clean and pull over and wipe the other side clean regardless if I have the defroster on or not.
