My appointment was scheduled for 8am-10am. I received a call just after 8am letting me know my technician would be slightly late as the service call before me took longer than anticipated. At approximately 9:45 am I recieved another call that my technician would arrive shortly, the representative I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Tom and Justin arrived just after 10am. They introduced themselves to me and allowed me to explain the problem I was having with the air conditioning unit. I then showed them where both the inside and outside units were and the two got straight to work. Throughout the process both Tom and Justin let me know what was happening, answered my questions and took the time to not only tell me what was wrong but to ensure I understood how the options would effect other things as well as the overall air conditioning system. Tom and Justin were both polite, professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the entire service call. They both represented themselves and their company very well.
