Receptionist are the rudest. Don't even waste your time.

Great doctors and nurses, but that's it! Front desk staff treat customers very poorly and the walk-in waits can be several days. If you actually want to schedule an appointment, you can just deal with your illness for 2-3 months. The real lesson they want you to learn here is to just be rich and don't depend on charity for healthcare - The American Way

First visit with my sick daughter. I was grateful that they fit us in since they were completely booked. But they said if I were willing to wait there may be a cancellation. They processed my financial need application right away. As soon as I was finished filling out paperwork I was given an appointment time for later in the day which I was grateful for since most primary care institutions don t take new patients the same day. They did say they try to see sick kids the same day if an opening occurs. She even gave me a tip to come back about an hour before and if the person scheduled then cancelled I could have her seen sooner. The staff up front were very efficient and I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner who saw my daughter, who was also efficient and kind. I understand this is a training facility for etsu nursing program. I have used community based health before and this was one of the best experiences I have had.

Friendly staffs and very clean place. Everyone was willing to be of help.

Can never get ahold of them for prescription refills.

I took my boyfriend to the doctor here. We waited over an hour to see a doctor, and had six people who came in after us go in before us. When I told the nurse we had been waiting a long time she just said, I know . She later apologized to my boyfriend for the wait though. The staff was very bland. We tried to lighten the mood by making a couple jokes, but nurses and doctor didn t respond at all. Everyone just seemed so unhappy. My personal doctors office is always chipper. If my wait is over ten minutes someone comes, apologizes, and updates me on why it s taking so long.

My gf went there to do the X Ray two weeks ago, and they said they will fax the result to the doctor within a week, we had the doctor s appointment today and the doctor told us they haven t fax it yet?!

Went into er for sever abdominal pain. The doctor did all the basic tests but would not listen to my medical history and what I thought was going on. Finally, when his tests came back as I imagined he gave a dose of pain meds and was ready to send me home. Concerned about what had just happened and terrified it would happen again I questioned him. Then when I asked him if it could be bc of what I suspected he said "I'm not sure but your not hurting anymore?". Of course I wasnt hurting anymore he gave me pain meds to ease the pain like that solved everything! I went home, called my family doctor and confirmed what I had suspected. Three bills and $2400 in debt later from a hospital that didn't do anything but reduce the pain and send me home. Word of warning do whatever you can not to visit this place. Understand why locals call it the bandaid shop!

The doctors are wonderful, best I ve had in a long time.
The lady behind the desk however, is a nightmare. There are two, but I m talking about the one that can speak Spanish as well as English.
She is passive aggressive.
She told us to wait a minute when we got to the desk. Nobody in the lobby. We said ok and waited. And waited. My mother went back up the desk and said can we check in now and the lady had an attitude about it. Gave us papers to fill out and said I would fill those out quickly because it counts as your time in the appointment.
Hold up:
If she gave us the paper work when we first walked in we would have had them filled out sooner.
the lady did that to everyone. As people came in and walked up to the desk, she would turn them away and tell them to wait. Usually when I go to a doctor I get checked in when I get there, not wait then check in then wait some more.
I feel that people that work at the front desk should have a customer first attitude. She did not make me feel welcome or care about me making my appointment.
Again, great doctors, but they need new staff.

I called on Monday to request refills for my regular ongoing meds. The receptionist said she would walk my request back personally, and that they would address it same day. Well today is Thursday, and I ve been on hold for over an hour now - I need to find a new doctor ASAP!

If you are going to talk about your patients it's best to do it somewhere away from thin walls. Discontinuing service.

They never contact you back on lab work.wife and i both never got a call. Try and contact them and can not.called them 9 times and only when I used the dr line did i get a peron.

My granddaughter who has no insurance yet works was I. Severe pain yesterday! I took her to this place. They refused to see her. Said she could not be seen u til May pisibly. The receptionist seemed to take gl in tellin her that! It was disturbing! What if she had been a homeless person with gangrene feet that made it there just to be turned away? This place is not serving the population that needs them in s positive e or effective way

They double book patients. Not enough doctors. No communication between the doctors and the front desk as far as future visits go. You can ask them to leave a note in the system on what times work for you until your blue in the face. Expect to be here at least 2 hours past your appointment time every time.

Front desk is awful people act like there money is what's payinh for ur service everyone is rude no one listens then u get in the back with the nurses and there all wonderful...the place is not bad but the staff is TERRIBLE been so for so long if I could find the right plave to make a complaint on the staff I would

I get there after driving an hour and my card wouldn't work so they wouldn't wait for me to run to the bank and get cash and this was @2:30 and there website says open till 4:30 so they wouldnt even let me talk to the Dr. Dr Shaw talked for hours my first visit about how much they understand amd how much they care buy from what I seen today all they care about is all the money they make from people thats poor

They absolutely can't keep staff. Always a different dr. Finally I got into the keystone clinic with Dr Sue Reed (or whatever she is) anyway this is right down the street and she said she wasn't going anywhere so I started going there. If I had an issue or need an apt it was fairly easy to get in and if it was a refill it was that if she needed to see me she would say that she did and if I needed just a few pills to get me thru till then I didn't go without. Things such as bipolar meds, diabetic meds and blood pressure and fibromyalgia meds you can't just stop. Well in May 2018 the main center sucks so bad they closed the keystone one and moved my dr. Well just so happened I called in a diabetic meds and my fibromyalgia meds to my pharmacy. The pharmacy said well they filled the diabetic meds but not the other one. It wasn't that the refills were out the rx had expired on it because its a highly addictive drug and I only take it one time daily instead of 3. So the rx was good for every 3 months. I knew from a previous encounter it was going to be an act of congress so I get in the car after 2 messeges from me and 2 faxes from the pharmacy and them not communicating nothing to me. No return call or nothing! So when I get there due to the time of day there were no walk ins available. They refused to speak with me to get even 5 pills till I could be seen! I had absolutly no problem in cominf whenever they said but come on. I felt like I was treated like a drug addict which I am not. Complete opposite. Needless to say while they are home having a great july 4th with their family i'll be home suffering the effects of no meds with mine. Totally ridiculous!

They have nice nurses and doctors but it's impossible to see them it seems. Was there 4hrs waiting for the doctor and had to leave last time. Couldn't get another appointment for 6 weeks, got there today and the doctor cancelled his schedule today and scheduled us for another 7 weeks out, they didn't even have the decency to call me to say we were cancelled. These appointments are for a very premie baby that needs several therapies that the doctor refused to sign off on until he sees him even though the evaluations show he needs the intervention. I'm so upset.

My son went there because he had no insurance. They kept him in a room for an hour and then told him he would have to come back a different day - seen him a bill for $200. For NO service and NO information $200.

Then I took him back on a monday. He waited for an hour in waiting room, eventhough he had an appointment. They they took him back to a room for 45 minutes. He comes out and they told him he had to bring more documents about his income. They told him nothing about his blood pressure and nothing about nothing. Sent a bill for $200. $200 for nothing two times. I told him to give me authorization and I would talk to them, but he just paid them - $400 for nothing. Not even what his blood pressure was - $400 for absolutely nothing.

You would be better off going to the animal shelter. Don't give these losers a penny and don't fall for the "come back later" game. They have to know they're screwing people with little money, but they still do it.

God help any patients that have serious illness, Plemmons (not a doctor) doesn't want the trouble of having to diagnose or treat an illness. Refused to do a simple blood test to confirm a previous diagnosis , leaving me with no hope for ever receiving treatment for a debilitating genetic disease.

Good staff decent physicians trying to get a call back for my x-rays and blood work which I haven't in two weeks

New to the area..I spent 20 min initially on hold trying to find out more info/schedule an appt. When someone finally got on the line all they did was ask me if I could be placed on hold. I said sure but I've already been on hold for 20 min...proceeded to then be on hold for another 30 min. I had to then hang up bc my work break was over. Clearly this is a sign to find somewhere else to schedule an appt.

Been trying to get a refill for my granddaughter since 6 October it is now the 17th and still no refill no calls ,medication she is on every day and is now having with drawls once again Just wondering how they would feel if it was their child She waited six weeks just to get an appointment to get her back on her medicine and now she is going to have to start all over again!!!Sad sad I don t think this deserves even one star

They set your appt 15 to 30 days away & They dont prescribe any type of narcotics or pain killers. Nice doctors and nurses tho

There's some nice staff here, but there's more cons than pros. They are always booked so you'll have to make an appointment months in advance. I waited roughly two months for an appointment at 2pm and my doctor didn't see me until after 3pm that day. Not satisfied with how she treated me either. She let the students do all the work and I didn't feel comfortable with that because of what I was seen for. She didn't ask me if I was okay with it, either. Then, she made a huge plan for me when she hadn't even spoken with me about anything. I am going elsewhere for a second opinion.
