Hi i would like to thank chris bunn for all his advice ove the last week regarding my loxton 5 stove! To start with we did not know what stove it was,so after a couple of pictures,we found out it was a loxton 5. I orderd the new fire bricks which were totaly different to what was in there,after a few more phone calls the problem was solved,we had bought a stove with the wrong bricks in it!! So chris advised me on how to put the bricks in,we now have a working fire. Fantastic service from start to finish well done and thank you.. ian roebuck...

Great service from Eurostove who we ve dealt with for nearly 15 years. Quality products, fast and efficient.

I used Eurostove to source a part for a 15 year old European multi-fuel stove that I wasn't confident would still be available. They not only found the part using the very basic information that I'd provided but they ordered it from the manufacturer in Austria and had it delivered to my home in Scotland in little over a week! The part arrived in perfect condition and one-day after despatch from Somerset. Service on the phone and by email was super-friendly. I'd definitely use Eurtostove again!

Bought a stove of this company , Loxton 6 , still going great and still have a great after sales service even after 6 years

This company is special, at the top are a husband and wife team and the whole set up feels like a personal service with genuine expertise. They have gone out of their way to give me exceptional service and are making products that are well supported and environmentally conscious. I'm a fan!

We have been purchasing Beltane and F2 stoves from Eurostove. For us, this company tick all the boxes. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, reliable and based in Somerset. They never try to oversell and are a real pleasure to deal with. This company sell quality wood burning stoves and we have never had any issues with them. If i was to really try and pick fault, it would be that there is no free coffee machine offering Ethiopian or Kenyan coffee (our favorite coffee)!
We absolutely recommend Eurostove.

Glowing Stoves

Bought a mendip stove a couple of years ago in Ivory and it the enamel quickly started flaking off. When I asked if it could be rectified I was told the enamel wasn't under warranty, just the stove was, not quite sure how that makes any More

Phoned for technical advice. Fab response from Chris. Went to shop floor to check spec and he sent me a couple of pics straight away. Sorted! Would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks :)

Ordered spare parts for my Austroflamm Rika Esprit through Eurostove. Service from the company is good but the communication is not. The parts took a few months to arrive from Austria which I expected, but from the point of trying to place the order, requesting an update on the order status to advising that some fire bricks were chipped on delivery, I have had to chase up every time!
