Great Food staff members friendly Food delivery time needs improvement.

It was kinda like a crab cake salad. A bit too salty but I finished both cakes. A nice lite meal with a Redd Foxx cocktail. Pretty good combo. The place is dimly lit so bring your reading glasses for the small printed menus. The decor, I believe, is unique to Mississippi and something new and delightful to my eyes. Quite a few southern comfort items on menu so I'll definitely be back to try those and listen to the excellent mix of ol school and blues music.

My daughter always want to try new and exciting places! We went here, and weren't disappointed, wait time was a little longer but we visited snd talked so the time flew by! Our food was so delicious! I have recommended it to several people! I love the stmospher!

His prices are a bit expensive....especially for the wine which is only Reunite Lambrisco, I ordered a glass it wasn't even a half of a glass, his price is $10..... no good!

The food and drinks are SUPERB..the food is always hot and fresh. It would be nice if he would expand his dining area to give his customers the choice to sit outside or not..the 540 lounge is also nice. The DJ is very versatile..he hits the 80's, 90's and today's hits..

This was our 1st time going here and we had a good time. They have great wings and great frozen drinks. The music was great also...Nice Atmosphere.

2 hours and no food. Restaurant agreed to not charge me for what I ordered. I left a tip though, but 2 hours...

We waited 2 hours for food that came out at different times drinks was watered down had to order shots to get a real drink. They were out of some of the food and was disappointed

These Fried Green Tomatoes was the bomb at this location as well as the catfish dinner. I really enjoyed myself at this place. The customer service was also great.

Was flooded that week in Jackson, MS so was served on paper plates. But the fried lobster were still good tho. Nice vibe and decent prices

I visited this place a few weeks ago and had a good experience over all. It's beautiful restaurant with nice music and great service. I dont remember my waiter's name but he was very knowledgeable of the menu and also very attentive. We ordered the southwest egg rolls and deviled eggs. The egg rolls were delicious but we never received the deviled eggs. From the excuses our waiter gave, either he didn't put the order in, or someone didn't want to make them. We also order the fried rib basket and the catfish with grits. It was very delicious.

I had a great experience, the lemon pepper wings were on point and the drinks were the bees knees!! Attended a Prissy Paintbrush event and the theme was Hakina Matata and that exactly how it felt..

Great food and great environment! They made a very good first impression.

The food and atmosphere is always great. Chef creates dishes that puts Johnny Ts in a league of their own and will always have a repeat customer here!

Awesome chill spot! I really enjoyed the live music upstairs.

They were busy but nobody ever gave us a menu to look at. We waited almost 30 minutes and left. They do have good food but they should plan better for big crowds.

The service was horrible. It took us 20 mins to get our food, the bar tender would not even ask us what we wanted. It was overall a bad experience. I will not visit this place again.

Went this weekend looking for a new experience and boy did I get one. Walked into the building and stood at the door for 5min while the servers stood behind the bar looking at us. We finally asked to be seated and they replied sit anywhere you like. So we proceeded to do so only to hear you can't sit there it's reserved. Mind you there were only 8 people in the entire place. After walking the whole building inside and out and continuously hearing you can't sit there it's reserved we decided to leave. If this place has a 4.4 rating everyone who rated it must work for JOHNNY T. They're getting 1 star only because you have to choose one to leave a review. The staff need to take a class from a local Chick fil a. I guess my money wasn't good enough for the ONLY open building in the HOOD after 5p.m. JOHNNY T, JOHNNY T. SMH.

Where do I start? The place makes you forget you're in Jackson when you walk in, the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly and they actually have real bartenders with a fully equipped bar to handle whatever you desire including some rare bottles... food is DELICIOUS! It is just an all around great experience every time I go

Atfer hearing so many great reviews....we decided to check it out and had a great experience...the food...the service...the atmosphere and entertainment all in one....can ask for a better way to enjoy your evening

Happy hour was the best....I really enjoyed all the drinks and the food was on point as always. Definitely will be back during happy hour.

The atmosphere was great. The location was also a plus. I enjoyed the live music however service was extremely slow. I had the fried catfish platter. It took about an hour to get to the table. When served, the waiter brought no ketchup or tartar sauce. By the time the waiter returned, I had finished eating. It was a very large crowd both inside and outside and I only saw 3 waiters.

Over priced garbage!!! Feel more welcomed at McDonald's

First, I must say Jackson is trying to give a spot for food and drinks. That s the one star. The service is horrible!! We get there and kitchen will not open until 7:30pm and the place opens at 6:00pm. Frozen drinks not ready. You must wait an hour to order one of those. Kitchen finally opened and it was another hour to get the fried food..fried shrimp and lobster tails. Lobster tails came but, the waiter said that he couldn t keep waiting for the butter! After we didn t get the butter. He said, what shot do you want on the house. We requested Effen vodka. No, we can t open that because it s a signed bottle. Ok, well give us Ciroc coconut. Never happened!! We got our check and bounced. Jackson, MS we have to improve on service, establishment representation and food!! Sorry, I will continue to wait and go out of town to get good drinks, atmosphere and food. #wemustdobetter

I went there two weeks ago to show support for a friend and immediately enjoyed the setting cuz its a beautiful restaurant. My issue is the next time I went no one acknowledged me besides the person who worked security, I had never ordered there before so I didn't know I had to approach somebody in order to get service. When an employee finally said something to me it was dry service but he gave me a menu. I don't even like talking to other dudes, but every employee that worked that night was a male, and I understand wanting to cater to women but their customer service was terrible for me. Never ordered just left, I'm all for supporting black business' but attitudes gotta be in check no matter who you dealing with

This place totally suck ! The food was too salty.
I ordered a drink and ask for a lime
and the waitress never brought back the lime, even after making eye contact with me she held up her finger and said one minute and she never came back to the table. she sent another waitress over to bring my check that seemed to be a bit aloof and never acknowledge my lime. I was highly disappointed and let down because I had heard so many great things about this establishment. I would strongly have to recommend that this establishment should be avoided because of the poor and tasteless service I received.

The service is horrible. I passed out napkins cause she didn't come back to give us any. My friend wings were bland. We had to ask for lemon pepper and it took forever for her to bring it. Her food got cold waiting. I had to get my own refill. And the bartender didn't pour out the glass before he refilled it. It was dripping with no napkin. Just the worse service i have ever had.

My experience here was nothing short of horrible. Our waiter took care of tables of people he knew. We had to get our own utensils, pineapple juice for our drinks and some of the food came out cold. I asked for a manager because our tip was automatically added. The manager came to our table, I told him my concerns and he walked off, said nothing to us, but tapped our waiter on the shoulder and said she don't want to give you a tip. I will NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! This place gives this establishment Horrible name. This also why it's hard to support OUR own!!! Shame on you Johnny T's Bistro.

Johnny T's was a great choice for a picky eater like myself. I ordered the shrimp toast which was simply prepared but executed to perfection. The food was freshly prepared and made me want to try the other dishes that reside outside the typical fried catfish and chicken wings. Although Johnny T's is a bit spendy, I am planning to go back and try a few more menu item; my hope is that they can remain consistent.

Wine down Wednesday is a great idea, but service sucks! There's only one bartender, and a waiter and a waitress. Not enough sitting, it should in the upper room area to accommodate everyone and to enjoy the vocalist. More staffing is crucial to the success of this event!!

This place has misleading prices and terrible customer service. The menu online says one thing but when we went to get the food, the prices were completely different. Significantly higher than the menu online. We were told those prices online were were old and the manager acted like he could care less and only offered a discount. So needless to say, that food stayed there!!

First time here..Loved it !! Wonderful ADULT crowd and fun atmosphere.

You might wait a while for the food, but it is still one of my favorite places to visit.

The food and drinks were great but The light skinned lady with black long hair at the front desk when you very first enter taking money had a very nasty attitude. She was very mean and rude. When I walked in I greeted her and said happy new year happily and her response was it ll be $25.00 and rolled her eyes with a straight face. She didn t even greet back or smile or anything. It s like she Wasn t happy to be there at all. Poor customer service Johnny T s. Do better at hiring employees. Even the lady behind me had a bad experience with the same exact lady.

This is my go to spot when I want to have a chill relaxing night! The rick james and amaretto sour is my go to drink and that house special with salmon if I could I would kiss the chef cause baby that food is so good!!

Had a great time....Parking was close and well lit. The food was great and the Staff treated us like family. Also the entertainment was awesome, as we were able to get our dance and krone on.
