Amazing customer service cannot fault them ,excellent
We have always used John Lewis for all our home furnishings over the past 12 years.
We rated there customer service 10/10
BUT NOW WE DO NOT AS JOHN LEWIS TEAM LEFT US WITHOUT A WORKING COOKER AFTER DEEMED FULTY BY AN ENGINEER FOR 13 WEEK AND OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD.
WHEN THEY COLLECTED IT AND LEFT US CAMPING WITH A SINGLE HOB FOR 7 DAY WE FINALLY GOT A REFUND.
BEFORE YOU WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM SENDING BACK FULTY GOODS BUT NOW YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT WITH MULTIPLE CALLS TO THERE CALL CENTRE AND BEING LEFT ON HOLD TILL YOU HAVE TO GIVE UP AND RE CALL THEM AND START ALL OVER AGAIN, EVEN WHEN WE GOT A MESSAGE TO THE STORE DEPUTY MANAGER TO CALL US TO TALK ABOUT ARE PROBLEMS WITH CALL CENTRE WE STILL GOT FOBBED OFF.
WE WERE EVEN TOLD BY THE FLOOR MANAGER TO TAKE THE REFUNDED MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
I HOPE THE STORE MANAGER AT SOUTHAMPTON STORE LOOKS AT HIS REVIEW AND NOTES THAT THE ABOVE AMOUNT WAS SPENT WITH ANOTHER SHOP DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAD.
2 YEARS AGO I PUT A REVIEW POST ON THE WEB PRAISING JOHN LEWIS FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT WAS VIEWED OVER 8000 TIMES, I HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS THE SAME AMOUNT.
Purchased a TV and had an issue with the stand.
Received exemplary service from all your colleagues who tried to right the issue. Polite and very helpful from the first delivery, to the two guys who came to assist with the issue, to the two customer service colleagues who were so helpful and to the two guys who bought the replacement. Thank you to you all.
After being a loyal JL customer for decades I experienced a poor and frustrating experience yesterday. Long story but I wished to use the 12 month interest free option on a large furniture purchase. The staff were very helpful to an extent but after 3 hours of trying to apply for the 12 month payment plan, then using JL CREDIT CARD 0% option, with an Experian rating of 999 the only payment option I had available was to use my expensive Amex card as all JL options failed through no fault of my own. This is not a reflection of the staff who tried their best but of the interest free facility provided, or not, by JL and their external partners Creation. Shabby for such a blue chip company
Customer care was absolutely brilliant especially in the restaurant I felt we were welcomed and enjoyed every minute thank you to everyone
We were greeted by a lady with hand sanitiser, then within 5 mins we were offered help which we accepted. This assistant managed to find lots of options for us both. We were then able to try our dresses on, ask for a jacket to be brought in etc. Wonderful service and a positive experience. I came away with 2 gorgeous well made dresses for a wedding and a bigger party later when restrictions allow. (Its neighbour m&s had nothing in to compare and no person monitoring the sanitiser.) John Lewis is where I will always go now!
Amazing store. Gave my Nan an item free just because they felt she deserved it. How amazing is that. Staff are beyond helpful. Has everything you need and you know you can trust in the quality. Had a large item delivered and the service was outstanding. Received call beforehand even unpacked it and took away the packaging. Couldn t fault any dealings I ve had with JL.
Special shout to Olivia on 2nd floor, she s gone out of her way looking all round for items for me. Nothing is too much trouble. She s a diamond.
yes love it and easy to get there , over busy sales time resturant but they were sufficient and staff ok . Haskins to , busy at the sales time but to be expected both sides dealt with que.
