We have always used John Lewis for all our home furnishings over the past 12 years.
We rated there customer service 10/10
BUT NOW WE DO NOT AS JOHN LEWIS TEAM LEFT US WITHOUT A WORKING COOKER AFTER DEEMED FULTY BY AN ENGINEER FOR 13 WEEK AND OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD.
WHEN THEY COLLECTED IT AND LEFT US CAMPING WITH A SINGLE HOB FOR 7 DAY WE FINALLY GOT A REFUND.
BEFORE YOU WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM SENDING BACK FULTY GOODS BUT NOW YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT WITH MULTIPLE CALLS TO THERE CALL CENTRE AND BEING LEFT ON HOLD TILL YOU HAVE TO GIVE UP AND RE CALL THEM AND START ALL OVER AGAIN, EVEN WHEN WE GOT A MESSAGE TO THE STORE DEPUTY MANAGER TO CALL US TO TALK ABOUT ARE PROBLEMS WITH CALL CENTRE WE STILL GOT FOBBED OFF.
WE WERE EVEN TOLD BY THE FLOOR MANAGER TO TAKE THE REFUNDED MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.


I HOPE THE STORE MANAGER AT SOUTHAMPTON STORE LOOKS AT HIS REVIEW AND NOTES THAT THE ABOVE AMOUNT WAS SPENT WITH ANOTHER SHOP DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAD.

2 YEARS AGO I PUT A REVIEW POST ON THE WEB PRAISING JOHN LEWIS FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT WAS VIEWED OVER 8000 TIMES, I HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS THE SAME AMOUNT.
