More than 3+ stories high and has and toilets it basically has everything ever
good store to shop, usually crowded weekends, John Lewis staff are very friendly, also, I would like to mention that some staff they work for concessions, they are not John Lewis staff, therefore if you visit the store, please stop asking the first person you see about a random brand expecting by magic they know what you talk about. if you have questions ask the information point, they are there to help you. And please have some common sense, once, while I was paying for my items at beauty counter, people keep interrupting us , asking for random questions, like where are the lifts, or the escalators( seriously, look for signs people, we are in a conversation here), very lovely lady came and asked(interrupting us) for a "never heard in my life" brand, at the girl replayed, "I'm not sure.what brand is that? therefore I can direct you to the right department," the lady felt offended she does not know, claiming this is not a John Lewis experience, she should know that is kitchen appliances company ( sweetie, why in earth, the girls from beauty should know about kitchen appliances?) the beauty girl told her she can find them downstairs and showed her where the escalators are to go downstairs, the lady left claiming she is in a rush, and she wasted her time. (No, you wasted my hearing and eyesight because you think you are more important than me because you are in a rush, rude!)
Good quality products. Their click and collect process was smooth.
Helpful staff but the store is very Small compared to others I've been to.
Few items not out on display that they did have in storeroom.
Service has deteriorated since they closed and reopened, staff completely uninterested in helping out. A horrible experience, will be shipping elsewhere or online
I was able to buy the things I wanted and was well served by friendly, knowledgeable sales assistants.
It's busy... But the collection process went smoothly
Today I went to John Lewis, to buy a camera, I met Calvin Rodrigues "Nikon", I was almost buying another brand when he offered to do a demonstration of Nikon cameras, I and my girlfriend were very impressed with the service and explanation that he gave us, a very attentive, patient and smiling guy with a very good energy, in the end we left john lewis with a Nikon camera. I recommend anyone on "John Lewis Oxford" to look for him who does Instagram and YouTube. I'll be back to buy the lenses he recommended.
I was here for the home and kitchen department, great selection at competitive prices - I got everything I came for. The Tax Free process for shoppers residing out of the EU is needlessly complicated though. Instead of giving you the necessary forms right at the cashiers, you are asked to climb up to floor 5, wait in line and go through a short interview to have the forms filled out for you. I suppose some might consider this an extra service, but for me it was a waste of time.
My new mattress was delivered today. Exemplary service.
Many floors with everything from perfumes to toys. Furniture and clothing. They had fun signage in the windows. Interactive.
Great John Lewis. But because of the size it can be difficult to find certain things!
Excellent service and very friendly staff. Cafe exceptionally good. And there's Waitrose in the basement.
Looks a lot like BHV in Paris. Very good product selection
A broad range of items, from children's clothing to electronics to bathrooms fittings. All well displayed.
Nice place,I went today for ask some information about jobs application, and the staff from information point, they helped and answered my questions! Very friendly and polite customer service!
One of my favourite places to not just buy but just spend some leisure time.
Great store, the size compensates for the amount of people causing little to no ques
One of the best department stores in Central London. Additional foodhall on the Lower ground Level.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the electrical department.
Great selection of John Lewis products. Large store but fairly easy to navigate. Good cafe on the top floor.
Beautiful service was given by Shopping Consultant.
John Lewis sets the standard for department stores. Love the selection of men's clothes at this co-operatively run shop. The homeware and furniture departments are amazing. I could spend a whole day here!
I went to check out the wide selection of perfumes on the ground floor Oxford Circus branch. Theres loads of new summer perfume fragrances and i loved the nnew fresh fragrance from Givenchy and Prada respectively. These 2 i realy loved so i bought 2 of them with no regrets try it out too
Great customer service both over the phone and in the store. I have had several attempts to locate items that were low in stock and staff have been very helpful, always returning calls and helping as much as possible. My only reason for giving one star less is because the John Lewis loyalty card used to offer some discounts and promotions in this store when launched but I have not had anything in the last two years.
Quality products and knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Fabulous customer support who updates you on orders.
Very poor customer service. When I asked the European lady at the headphone section about a monster headphone she was reluctant to help and said she did not know about it when infact they are selling that product. She was least bothered to help.
Stunning Department store. Bought all my Christmas gifts under one roof xxx
Visited the Roof Garden - wonderful idea. I will return! Great Clearance Sale on right now
Nice shop wide assortment little bit expensive , quality stuff !!
Great place to shop. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. It's a very pleasant experience.
Went in to purchase a new laptop. Cashier was friendly and professional. Collection was very quick and easy too. In and out within 20mins!
All the whole world in a building! Scariest amazing!!!
Great department store. My favourite is the haberdashery floor - its so colourful and lots of fabrics, knitting wool, crochet kit, etc. I love the big table and bench with colourful funky cushions... so cosy and feels like home. Reasonable prices too.
I went there just to view some sewing machines and fabrics and they had someone with a lot of knowledge on sewing machines explaining different things I found it really helpful
Not so good this morning as travelled to get Air pod pro showing 3 in stock
when they have none waste of my time they still show 3 in stock .
I refuse to give this high street stalwart a single star (but had to or couldn't post). This company is THE WORST I've ever encountered. I never expected this from such an ALLEGEDLY reliable and solid corporation. I bought something online More
Excellent quality department with excellent service
One of London's best department stores; 'Never knowingly undersold"; combines quality with value. Also includes Waitrose.
Without doubt a very good place to shop. Professional staff .. so polite and helpful.
Large department store has virtually everything. Staff are very good
Good department store with a wide range of products
Disappointed with their service. Arranged an appointment then cancelled because they can't park the car. Then didn't even bothered to reschedule.
The king of department stores. Friendly, and extremely knowledgeable staff, coupled with high quality products at great prices. My favourite place to shop in London.
I frequent the store. Good products and good price. 'Never knowingly undersold'!
Such a wonderful store. Staff so helpful and polite
Lovely place to visit had nice drink and cake in the cafe
A reliable department store, as a shopping experience it's about as good as it gets. Oxford street branch has a decent pizzeria .
Excellent store and in great location on Oxford Street. This store has 7 floors and apart from great variety of goods also has excellent restaurant and grocery store.
Shame that people are not served in order- in house electronics in the basement of the store. I have been waiting here for the last 15min and a lady comes and Karl from customer service attends to he inspire of me mentioning that I am before here. It seems there is no respect for customers. Why don t u start a token system for proof...:so unprofessional and disrespectful
Great! Has everything. Waitrose on the bottom floor too.
