Won't be using this company ever again!
$25.00 - parts
$245.14 - labor
$74.00 - mileage (mind you we are located in the St. Peters, MO area..... not some rural back country road!... our company is only located 14.5 miles for the main address of the company. Nothing like getting over $5.00 a MINUTE TO DRIVE!)
$125.00 - travel time (what the heck does that even mean??.... isn't the point of offering your service mean you have to drive to the customer to give the service???)

I can understand for charging for the part and the labor (even though the repair man couldn't fix the problem) but the travel time & mileage is extremely excessive!

Called and tried to get the bill reduced, but they wouldn't. Paid them a portion and now they are threating to send this to a collection agency..... good business..... NOT!!!

Good luck to all who do use them..... get your checkbook out, cause it s going to cost a fortune!
