Nice environment, food is good, wait staff are usually very friendly. Only issue is it can be busy weekends.

This is the second time I've been here, the first time the service was OK at best with the waiter forgetting a drink and, my girlfriend ordered a "molten chocolate cake" without raspberries and it took the kitchen two times to bring it out without raspberries.

However, the reason for writing this review, is that during our second visit here, she ordered the same thing and again received the dessert with raspberries. She sent it back and it came back out with the raspberry sauce still on the plate and the raspberries had clearly just been plucked off the plate.

In summary, be sure you want exactly what the menu states because if you want any changes to your food, good luck

Staff is friendly and they enforce standard social distancing rules. Went for happy hour during 9pm - close, drinks and food were great. Ordered the gyoza, duo sliders, sushi and cone. Highly recommend to go if your looking for a casual evening, date night, or meeting for business.

Every time that I visit Joey's, it's a good time. Their food is consistently delicious, the restaurant and restrooms are kept tidy, staff are friendly, and they're clearly proud of the brand. Any time I've had an interaction with the staff or managers, it ends on a positive note. Check them out!

I visited the Crow foot location yesterday for lunch. I love your steak. It's what I usually get .Today was the best so far. Very tasty. Don't change a thing

Always had a great experience here. The hostesses and servers are very friendly, the food is of high quality, and the atmosphere is welcoming and has an upper class energy and environment.

Pretty expensive, average amount of food. Peppercorn sauce very runny and expensive. Food was good tho and device was friendly.. just pricy.

Great place to grab a nice meal and some drinks. Very well maintained restaurant with clean and spacious seating. Menu is vast and has a lot of different options for many different tastes. Staff is always professional and courteous. Food comes out fast, fresh and hot. Really enjoy this place anytime I come and highly recommend stopping in.

Was here for dinner tonight. Everything was impeccable. The calamari fritti was perfectly done. The salmon my wife had was melt-in-your mouth delicious. My spicy Bahn Mi was perfectly spicy and not soggy and our dessert couldn't have been better.

My daughter and I had excellent food and a great time.

Get your old menu back. The new one blows. I get it's cheaper to have a small menu so you don't waste food and such but damn....

Joey's restaurants are definitely my favourites in this tier of chain restaurants, competing with the likes of earls and Moxie's. However I find their food quality to be of a higher calibre, and the service and setting to be slightly nicer. When we are unsure where to go for a nice casual dinner, Joey's is always an easy choice that will make most people happy

I came in with my friend and her daughter for a nice dinner. We were met by a nice young man who sat us and was very attentive to setting us up to comfort. When we were met by our server, it seemed like she immediately was annoyed of us. I tried to engage her in conversation but it seemed she just wanted to get our order and go. We had a baby with us so I feel it was fair to be as needy as we were. We asked for an extra water and some napkins which was met with a sigh and eye roll. Being a server myself I can understand and look over a lot that was wrong with our service, but it felt like she was already judging us before she even gave us a chance. My friend wanted to order the ribs and asked if she could substitute the fries with the yam fries that we initially ordered for our appetizer. She tried to correct us that the ribs came with mashed potatoes and asparagus even though we literally just read the menu and had to correct her. We were met with an immediate rejection following with the explanation of I already punched them in. It felt like a lame excuse especially since she could have just asked a manager to delete it and just repunch it in accordingly. She didn t follow up with a suggestion of what she could have instead of the fries. I had to ask if she could substitute it with a salad. We felt bad about the baby making a mess so we were on our hands and knees picking up food. I feel like we were discriminated against just because we had a baby and she assumed we wouldn t tip. Being in the industry and wanting to tip well because of covid I decided to give her a 20% tip. When I gave her the money and asked for a certain amount back, she again sighed and responds with I have to go all the way to the bar for change but okay. I couldn t believe what I was hearing. I would ve tipped 25% if the service was good but at this point I feel I should ve tipped 10%. We also ordered a meal kit to take home and it took forever to get to our table for raw ingredients. When we got home we realized that the container holding canola oil wasn t closed properly which basically leaked all over our back seat. I honestly have never had such a bad dinner service and am honestly disappointed with this being my first experience ever dining with a Joey restaurant. The guy that initially was helping us who stopped by our table a couple times was amazing. Him only being a server assistant I would ve just preferred he served us. He had blond hair and our server had red hair with a fiery attitude.

Staff and food were awesome. Try the crispy potatoes. Surprising twist that really hits the spot.

If your looking for options similar to something like Earl's or Moxies, this is the better option. Better dishes and better food all around, but similar style. Love the tuna burger, the asian salad with chicken, and the ravioli.

Very delicious food but it s quite pricy. Great atmosphere, good for celebrations.

The dishes here are pretty typical of a higher end restaurant. Most dishes were pretty tasty and spices well done, although there are a few exceptions. The tuna salad (notably its dressing) was especially good. Butter chicken was very rich and the naan was delicious. However, the steak in the steak frites was a bit tough even though it was medium, and the fries weren't very crisp.

We had an awfully long wait time for the food, but because of that the manager did not charge us for one of our dishes. That was very well handled!

Always impressed with the service and food here. I've visited for group settings in the private room and many times in the general dining room and patio. I find the prices here very reasonable given the excellent quality of the food.

Very poor management. To discontinue curbside pickup while not accepting phone in orders for takeout alienates the customers that supported you during the covid shutdown. Especially while advertising the same on your website. You have nothing I can't get elsewhere sorry but we won't be back.

Great place and service. We had a family celebration there, so we used the private space; there was lots of room for the nine of us.

The food we had was good, but service was superb! The hostess welcomes you with a glass of champagne, how could you say no to that? The lady who served us today was Aliyah. She s a gem. I mentioned I liked the champagne and she came back later with name of it nicely written down for me. I mentioned my friend and I would share the spaghetti and it came in two separate plates each with good presentation. She s warm, bubbly, knows how to make a conversation and she listens! She checks on us at the best timing each time! If everyone at this restaurant is like her, which I wouldn t know since it s my first visit, I would just come here all the time to have a good time.

The name of the restaurant gets confused with other restaurants that have similar name. I would never have stepped into it if it s not my friend who clarified and invited me today. I always say that NW is desert land for good restaurants and now I take it back.

I loved my meal at this restaurant. The atmosphere was great, and service was friendly and helpful. I had the chicken parmesan and molten chocolate cake, and both were delicious and perfectly cooked. Would definitely go back.

Got metal pieces in the calamari fritou when made a complaint they were so arrogant and general manager never responded for mail.. His asst was very rude.. A MUST NOT TO GO PLACE!!!!

Mainstream easy menu. Food is good, but pricey for the atmosphere. Cocktails ok. Wine list is not great.

Came here with a few friends on a Friday night. Happy hour is after 9 so I would suggest going then. We got pesto shrimp flatbread. Fettuccine Alfredo chicken. The sliders as well. All in all we have to wait a bit because they were understaffed. The server was nice but she seemed to be the only one in the area handling lot more tables than she should be. Very friendly server nonetheless. We also ordered a few happy hour drinks. Bellini was the best one. Lager was also refreshing. The food overall is very good and better than earls since that s the usual happy hour place we go to. Flavourful and delicious. Served hot. The flatbread is my personal favourite. We also got the tandoori flatbread which was very authentic tasting. Our friends pasta wasn t very good however and lacked some flavour in the sauce. That being said the chicken was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. For dessert we got apple pie with two ice creams scoops. Loved the desert as well as it can be shared between four people given the sugar content and how heavy it can be.

Have the lobster ravioli! It was incredible. The staff was great. Will be returning!

I have to give it a 5 because we love the apple pie there. it s pretty big so a good shareable for a couple people. It s made with puff pastry and baked to order. I find there is a lot of caramel for my tastes so I ve been asking for it on the side and smothering it myself. Yum!

Was ok. Glasses felt grimmy, like the dishwasher needs to be cleaned to wash stuff proper. Had a burger wrapped in lettuce, would have bee awesome if the waitress brought attention to the burger on sale for 5.50 less on the happy hour menu...could have just got it lettuce wrapped, but my bad! Got a garden salad with it as I'm a restricted right now with my food. Not sure what there idea of garden salad is but there was feta cheese, almonds and some little dried up berries. Needless to say I didnt eat much of it....just a normal plain salad of stuff you actually find in the garden would have been great! Who knows, maybe I have a boring garden! Had a bathroom break....uh, kind of weird being able to see out the door! I get people who walk by can see in but kids do come in....and if they know they can see ppl, oh they are gonna try look. Not keen on some little tyke watching my wipe! Its been a while sincr I've been....probs will be a while till I forget all this and go again!

Extremely poor communication between staff led to us wasting our time and money.

Visited this evening with my friends to watch the basketball game. We asked the hostess beforehand if they could show the game and the hostess said yes. After being shown to our table, we told our waitress again that we were looking to watch the game, and she said they would change the TV to the game. She took our initial drink order and they still hadn't changed it to the game. One of my friends checked in with the waitress again and she said that she isn't the one who changes the TV. My friend then asked the bartender and he followed by saying they won't be changing it to the game. The whole point of coming for dinner was mainly for the game.

The waitress clearly didn't care whether or not they could/would meet our request, because she came back asking if we wanted more drinks and food. Extremely upset because I ended up paying for something I didn't even get to finish.

Nice place to go to your with your friends to have a couple of drinks the atmosphere is really nice I had the dry ribs as an appetizer and it was really good.

Attentive service. Food was well prepared. For a late night dinner, it was a good choice. Carpeted floor was scattered everywhere with large crumbs ... a sweeper broom might be a good idea.

Great, lively atmosphere, food is always good. If you have a good allergy or nuts make sure you tell your server as they tend use a wide variety of ingredients in a diverse range of flavours and dishes. Usually busy.

Every single server and manager we came across was extremely rude. They ruined my birthday simply for the fact that they are entitled and disrespectful people. Can t have a decent conversation with any worker there. Food is fine but honestly I may never go back simply for how we were treated. Clearly not many brains at this restaurant.

Great atmosphere and service! Food is top quality, but the prices are definitely high for what you get.

Sat at the bar and got the best service ever! Joey's is one of the more consistently good restaurants we go to. The gyozas are best I've had. Steaks are almost always good.

JOEY Crowfoot never disappoints! The food is always excellent but the staff is what really sets this place apart, everyone there is amazing, don't be surprised if they even remember your name. Their Happy Hour is not to be missed!

Was told our table would be 30 minutes and they were on time. Staff is friendly and attentive. My salmon was salty and greasy though and the vegetables (mashed potatoes and zucchini) were not a creative choice for a side. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Open kitchen with a great atmosphere, sushi will blow your mind, not at all what you would expect from a franchise restaurant. The ice cream made in the restaurant with liquid nitrogen is a must to try, the patio is highly suggested, super friendly staff highly suggested!

When trying to decide where to go for lunch, it's almost 90% of the time Joey's Crowfoot. Why? Consistently great food. And we have some favourite servers like Andrea & Tristan. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Joeys for years and I m very sad to even give this low of a rating and review, but the quality has been declining. I remember Joeys taking such pride in their food, presentation and service.
We took our extended family to celebrate my daughters confirmation and ordered cocktails, bottle of wine, apitizers, mains and desert. Everything seemed to be over deep fried and hardly palatable. I ordered the chicken sliders for my 3 year old and it had to be returned not once but twice, the second time it came out the chicken was over deep fried (almost burnt) and so unappealing to the eye (there was this long black thing in the chicken/breading). I m shocked this even left the kitchen cause like I ve said I recall Joeys taking pride in final product.
Our server even made a comment about how unappealing it looked. When our bill arrived I just assumed they would have removed the item seeing as it was returned twice and not eaten, but NO it was on the bill.
The steak dish was ordered medium, came out rare, and the pasta sauce on the pasta dish had zero flavour.
I m really sad to say all this cause Joeys has always been one of my favourite places to go to. I m writing this review now cause it s been a long time coming with multiple times of continued disappointment. I m hoping someone in upper management will read this and turn things around.

Cannot beat the price and taste of the steak frites during happy hour.

Really good atmosphere and decent prices, definitely paying for the quality of food not the quantity, definitely a great spot on Wednesdays to share a bottle of wine with loved ones! Would recommend!
