Jobsohio is an average company to work for. The work environment is just okay, nothing extraordinary. The management needs to improve their communication with the employees. Overall, it's a decent place to work.

When you call this office, prepare yourself for the most unprofessional receptionist. She talks over you, and hangs up without even attempting to reach the person I asked for. Before I can finish the reason for my call she blurted out "we have that information" and hung up. Then when I tried to call again, she kept forwarding me to the company voicemail. I would have left a message if I didn't think she would get it and delete it. In my frustration I called like half a dozen times before she placed my number to a message that no one is here to receive your call and it hangs up. She knew she was unprofessional in the manner in which she handled the call. She then ignorantly assumed I would act like her if she answered and that's why she wouldn't take my call. I wanted my experience to be public so the company is aware of how she is handling incoming calls. How is it she can act this way, is this a reflection of the leadership here? If she doesn't like forwarding calls , maybe she shouldn't be the one answering them. This is definitely not the first time, she was too comfortable in her behavior for this to be a one time experience.
