This place sells lot's and lot's of real estate. Great customer service too. I know because I'm the Broker.

Don't do it. These agents are scandalous. They made promises up front and when it came time to close lied about it. Also needed a few more days to move out. Buyers was good with it but the agents prevented an extension. They didn't want to delay there commissions. Had less then a week to move out. They couldn't give any notice of the buyers loan approval. Moving out is hard and sensitive it requires flexibility. Provided little to no communication along the way. These agents ran us out.

No recomend. If looking to buy a home. Their realtors don't have experience on sales.even managers. Don't have answer. Try to avoid a entire branch a liers. Especially violet. and mike.

I had contacted Christine (Tina) Hernandez at the beginning of this last year when I wanted to inquire about home ownership. To ask questions and get a starting point of what I would need from where I was at financially and with my credit. Over the course of the year she set me up online and filtered my home search tailored to my price range and my personal request for features. I would get updates of homes that were just put on the market. When I wanted to look at properties she fit me in asap and when was best for me. I was and am very picky yet she was so patient and determined. I could text/call her first thing in the morning or late in the evening with any questions or if I came across a house I wanted more info on. She responded so quickly and if she was busy or away she d let me know as soon as she could. She provided numerous resources that may have been of interest to me which opened my eyes to multiple possibilities of home ownership. After searching for a while we were set on building brand new, that is until she sent me a home she thought I d like that was just put on the market. I wanted to see it immediately, well I didn t like it but LOVED it! She helped me in every way possible to understand the process of buying a HOME. We put an offer on the table, even negotiated and came out in the end on top. I will recommend Christine (Tina) Hernandez at Century 21 Jordan- Link & Company to any of my loved ones, friends, co-workers and acquaintances with every ounce of confidence she will do her very best!

I went through Diana Picazo. She is an amazing realtor she did above & beyond for us & had our best interest at heart I felt like I could trust her & she didn t treat us like it s just her job to sell us a house she made it as comfortable as possible & pushed us to not settle for just any home. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking into buying a home. Thank you Diana!

Mrs. Ruelas was very kind and patient through my journey of finding my first home. Mrs. Ruelas was an advocate of my needs and ensured I was well informed when considering properties. I truly appreciate the lengths she went to in order to ensure my questions were carefully considered and addressed. The quality of service she provided is unmatched! I am very grateful for her knowledge and expertise and could not have gotten through this process without her!

After being on the list for 4 months already, after picking out a lot and leaving my check for said lot, I was told that they gave my lot to someone else, and instead of making it right, or giving me another lot, I was told I was just out of luck! Wow! I could have went elsewhere, I wanted my lot I picked out and my house though, and because of someone else s mistake, I have to start all over and it s not right at all. How can you just do that to a family! It was really hurtful! How do you just give two families the same lot and take a check from both, and then instead of fixing their mistake, I m the one out of luck! It s just not fair! Eric Fontes is very unprofessional on how he deals with people! This is mine and my families life, and he doesn t even care!

If you need a home thats the right place ask for eric fontes
