I absolutely love this store. I can shop for hours in a huge mall and not come home with one item. A few days ago I shopped at Jigsaw and left the store with five outfits. I was so pleased with myself. The service in the store was excellent. I plan on visiting Kelowna in the fall so I can check out their fall line. Definitely worth a visit.
Too expensive, who would pay $75 for a basic shirt go to the mall better prices better quality
The owner and staff are so very friendly, and love to converse with everyone. My wife loves this place not just for the clothes but again the staff are so friendly.
I live in Ontario and have never been to the boutique, but I found them on Instagram and reached out about a coat they posted. The ladies that work there were very responsive and helpful. Ann answered all my questions and even sent more pictures modeling the coat for me from all possible angles. The owner was very honest about an upcoming sale they were having in a week's time and offered me an additional discount if I wanted to buy right away. The ladies promptly processed my purchase over the phone and mailed the coat to me. I am very happy with my purchase and impressed with the professionalism and honesty with which the ladies handled my long distance purchase. I look forward to buying from them again in the future, and maybe meeting in person one day.
Best shopping for women's clothes in Kelowna. I have come to know the owner and staff, who are always courteous and helpful. Thank you for bringing women's fashion to Kelowna!
This clothing store is the worst kelowna has to offer. Their service was awful and their staff is arrogant. Their selection is abismol along with their pretentious environment. Side note: Never park behind their store... they hate cars and people. I once got a parking ticket there two minutes after I parked in their parking lot TO GET A COFFEE. Do yourself a favour and never shop here. I would honestly rather buy clothes at the gas station.
Parked in the lot behind their store in parking reserved for store customers. Spent 20 minutes looking at clothing, didn t find anything I liked. Found a parking ticket hidden away on my dash the next day for 63 dollars. Tried to dispute it but couldn t because I didn t buy anything at the store. Wouldn t return to the store based on this, especially since I was actually there! Store owner was extremely rude and unhelpful when I contacted her regarding this, and the private parking company they use will not remove the ticket because I never purchased anything. Very shady.
Beautiful place to shop with excellent service. Any negative reviews appear to be people who parked there to get coffee and were upset to get ticketed. Anyone who ACTUALLY shops here loves the gorgeous clothes and the amazing, thoughtful help. The owner, Tracy, has exquisite taste and is well-loved by everyone (but illegal parkers, apparently!)
