No job security. First they will hire you and after they will send out with something nonsense season. Management is very poor. Don't join this company. If you are fresher or experience doesn't matter they will remove u. In front of me they send out 5 6 employee from this company.
Nice company to work with. Very good company for freshers. Very good company to stay for a long time. Its a progress based company. Nice people are there who always ready to help you. Very helpful managers. Policies are now a days frequently changing that you might not like. But overall its a very good IT company to work with. I am happy for being a part of this growing IT company. But there is a positive point is that hiring and firing is very very rare.
A nice company to visit. ....easu entrance juat need a reference. ...guards will give the visitors pass.....

They dont believe themself that thier comapny is best..for fresher 6 month 5000 and asking for 1 Lakh before joining .i don't think anyone will join here after such type of conditions.
