We have been visiting the Coyotes Arena / Gila River Arena for years for live music performances. This place has wonderful acoustics and allows for multiple stage options. Just saw Trans Siberian Orchestra. All I can say for their Stage and light show is WOW! Never the same year to year and never disappoints.

Excellent arena and the staff was amazing! Went to see the Coyotes vs New York Rangers on 12/29/16 (flew in from out of state just for the game). Being HUGE NY Rangers fans and sporting our Rangers Jerseys we were in "enemy territory." The staff was kind, the ushers and security were fun friendly, and helpful. The BMW lounge was beyond what I expected the staff was also very accommodating, and the food was delicious. We will be back next year to see the Rangers beat the Coyotes again

It's definitely an older venue, and if you get nosebleed seats, just pray your view isn't cut off by the ...I'm not sure what it is, sportscaster boxes? Besides that, it definitely gets the job done, and visibility over the person in front of you is awesome.

Great seat for a great game....Only complaint is the prices of concessions. Even though we won the game I felt like I lost $6 for a bottle of soda is absolute robbery. $14 for a beer! I mean why do we let accept that. If you attend an event here I highly recommend to eat and drink before hand and boycott the outrageously priced concessions.

We went for the TSO concert in early December. Because I am disabled, there is always a concern as to how easy getting in and out of our seats will be. Fortunately, our seats were awesome. From the doors we entered, we had to go down about 1 or 2 steps, and we had the first 4 seats in the row. It turned out perfectly. We enjoyed the concert very much. Originally, a lot of people, us included, had lined up at the wrong entrance. We just sort of migrated to the first entrance we came to from the parking lot. We were not in line there very long when a couple of nice young men who worked at the arena came and told all of us that there was another entrance just up the sidewalk a bit with little to no waiting. So my party decided to go to this new entrance. We had to wait to get into the building for just a moment, but the line kept moving forward the entire time. Turned out our seats were right at the door we entered. Very convenient.
The accoustics inside were good as well. The only complaint I would have about the place was there weren't a lot of concession stands right where we entered or close to our seats. I am sure that had I walked around a bit, I would have been able to find whatever I was looking for. I just didn't take the time to wander. We were cutting it a little close on time and I didn't want to miss any of the show.
Overall, the experience was quite positive and one I hope to be able to make a tradition. I would highly suggest to anyone to go see TSO if they ever get the chance. If it happens to be at Gilla River, all the better.

Wonderful stadium and they put on a great show. The stadium staff keeps you entertained during the dead time and in between periods. It was one of the best sporting events I have ever been a spectator for in person.

Overall a very nice arena. The seats on the top section are a little cramped and tight.
Now I thought the employees were Great. I went to a Hockey game and they were super curious and seem to really care to do what ever they could to help you as needed.

we were there for the mercy me concert on Thursday. We are both blind. The staff there was excellent! They helped us with absolutely everything, from food, to souvenirs, to whatever else we needed for the evening. It was an excellent, amazing evening! The band just keeps getting better and better every time we see them. We did this as a trip for our anniversary this month and it was a wonderful wonderful evening. just wonderful! I would highly highly recommend this venue if you are blind, they would treat you very very well there is nothing too LOL.

My friends and I purchased EXPENSIVE tickets for a music concert to be next to the walkway stage that extended into the audience so we could see both the stage and the artists perfroming down the walkway. However, when we got there, the venue moved all the chairs back so that we were about 15 rows further back and we ended up BEHIND the sound board!! We couldn't even see the artists--then they had technical problems with the screens, so we couldn't even see those. Do NOT trust the Gila River Arena seating chart on the ground floor!!

Gila River Arena itself is clean and staff is friendly. We went to see the Toby Mac Concert. Probably the best Concert I have ever been to. Lot G parking is right next door to the Arena. Lots of fun nightlife around the arena. We were in the upper level but could still see the venue well! We had an amazing time.

Concert... was way too loud! You'd also think by now that stadiums would actually staff better when it comes to serving alcohol. Do they hire trained bartenders because it takes way too long to get drinks. Maybe it's just me but you'd think they'd be about $$$$ and if so they'd staff up the alcohol servers!

I love coming to coyotes games, even if there one of the worst NHL teams out there (-53) woww.. But they put on "a show" and it's neat that people can see some actual good teams come through and play! Thank you for bringing hockey to the desert. The yotes play pretty well when it doesn't really matter.. Maybe next season Got some really good young players, Keller for example. Hopefully they don't get dragged down with this franchise, lots of potential.
