First off if you are reading this you are in the right place to make your dreams come true. My Husband and I went through JMJ financial and worked with Carlos Becerra and Getsa Escobedo. Carlos took on our file at the last minute due to another financial company dropping the ball. When I say they worked hard for us that is an under statement. They worked weekdays, weekends and after hours. I appreciate all that they did to make this purchase be a smooth and seamless one. I will recommend them to everyone I come across. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My husband and I used JMJ when we bought our first house. Being first time home buyers, the process was overwhelming and hard to navigate. Scott Pilon walked us through every step, answered our phone calls after hours, and made sure to accommodate us to the very end. We truly appreciate the hard-working and dedicated staff at JMJ.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and customer service while working with Jason Thibodeau and Ryan Robertson at JMJ. They were sharp, efficient, and fast when handling our complex loan arrangements to purchase vacation property in Southern California.

JMJ originally started a loan and was dealing with my wife diresctly behind my back. This was the Costa Mesa/JMJ office trying to close a deal with Vincent Gagliano, Tony Cuda and their manager Ryan G! I have never met or spoken to either of these guys in my life. All agents at the Costa Mesa office only dealt with my wife. She wasn't even on the loan! JMJ didnt attempt to call me one time! I was furious and advised JMJ that I would be going to the BBB after JMJ contacted my wifes employer to complain about my review. Then JMJ contacted me after my yelp review and promised better service from Scott. JMJ should have dealt with me since from the start since I'm the borrower and she wasn't. They have called her employer several times to complain about my reviews. How IRONIC! In my opinion this is the shadiest loan company in the U.S.A.

I picked up my file at THIS office in Aliso Viejo that JMJ created with my wife and the documents from the place they call a company (JMJ) in Aliso Viejo (this specific office) on Friday. I requested the original documents and I asked that JMJ has none of my personal information and to have my file deleted. I have only received copiesof my file. I have made a complaint against JMJ as the company proceeded to complete a loan without contacting me one time. Now JMJ contacted Troy C. Suggs (business attorney) to have my reviews taken down or there will be legal action against me.I suggest being careful when dealing with companies like this one. This was my first loan and JMJ did NOTHING but cause stress and agony in my personal life. Now they want to sue me for my review after these guys had all of my personal information to close a deal behind my back and it's with someone who wasnt on my loan! JMJ should be ashamed. If they would have just made contact with the borrower and only dealt with the borrower, which would have been me, we wouldnt be in this situation. JMJ and their attorney's made it clear to my pregnant wife, It's in regards to my review. They have been causing so much stress to her. This is all because of JMJ and their service. There are so many legit attorneys and loan companies in California, I suggest looking for a legit Company. I have no respect for anyone at JMJ.

Jason Thibodeau and team are professionals. They worked really hard to close our escrows in 30 days during the peak of the market with timely follow-up and responses to our inquiry. Really nice people to work with and the best experience was excellent from the start to the end.

They have Best Down payment assistance program!!
Especially for employed!!!!

I reached out to Chad Baird at JMJ Financial based on a recommendation that I had from my Redfin realtor. After discussing my desire to obtain a quick summary of loan payment options and estimates, Chad asked that I email him a summary and he would get back to me the next day. Being in a crunch to finalize and move forward with a lender for submission of a home offer, it was critical that I receive this information the next day. By mid-day I still had not received his response. I called him and he claimed that he never received my email. After asking him to provide what had been agreed to the previous evening he sent over an email simply characterizing rates. This is completely counter to my request for full payment summary information which, is what I had asked for and, what we needed in order to determine what loan and which lender to move forward with. Now I am another two days late on submitting my offer due to Chad's lack of commitment. If you don't have time then, be honest with your customers. Net-net, Chad is just another wishy-washy lender and clearly a reflection of his firm. Would not recommend anyone go to him or use his firm if, your desire is to work with a lender with integrity.

These guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend Alex and Matt to anyone I know. They're true professionals who always look out for their customer's best interest.
