I worked here for almost a year. all in all, it was a good place to work at. they had benefits to full timers, I had almost made it to Tier 2 but failed because of my attendance. they have a point system for attendance and if you get 5 or more you get warnings. they have a referral bonus policy where if you refer someone and they get hired and stay for 6 months, you get $200. I did that for my fiance and sister in law. turns out, my fiance was accused for something he didn't do and was terminated. I never got my referral bonus for him because of the conditions of his termination,yet he was there for 8 months. they act like they're pulling an arm and a leg for every penny asked.

People you'll work with are amazing, pay sucks, but there's full benefits and a friendly environment. If you need a job and want to not hate it, this isn't a bad pick.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible company to work for. Small company so I guess that's why they didn't what they have time do to scrape and scam every cent they can. They operate under a point system in which you reach at leat six points before termination. I received points for missing a day for being hospitalized, and after relocating to this state due to losing everything i owned in the Louisiana flood, they showed no mercy when I missed another day after President Obama scheduled a meeting with charitable services to help me and my family get back on our feet. They show favoritism to whom they deem worthy and are very cruel people. I started in a class of 18 and in the 4 1/2 months only 4 including myself remained. Everyone left alot earlier on in hopes of finding better companies to work for. I elected to stay but went through sheer hell in doing so. Recently was terminated due to being forced to choose between taking a break or going to the bathroom, they said if I go to the bathroom during my shift, I couldn't take a break, and vise versa. Upon termination they said that they would not pay me for my PTO because it was their policy that they reserved the right not to upon termination. I've been fighting to get back on my feet after losing house, car, and pets in that flood and they knewill that upon hiring me, in the end they didn't care. Think twice before you choose to work for this company because they are heartless people and unfair to African Americans.

Poor pay, poor leadership. The program that I worked for had an arrogant boss who would only talk to a few people. Played favorites. Trainer was cool. (Whatup Condor!)
Perhaps teach your people how to be leaders and not stuck up Scottsdale snobs.
Great place of emploment. The staff, the atmosphere, the reations between superiors and regular employees is amazing. They care about your needs and concers they are patient and kind. Also this is the first company ive been to where the CEO is actually there on a daily. He isnt your corprate prick thats too good to communicate with. He is involved with the company and has an open door policy. This is a Great Place to work
This is a very good place to work for if you have Customer Service experience or Computer Technology level 1 and up skills, knowledge in software enjoy doing what you love. Guess what? This is the place to be at.
