WORST customer service ever received. The guy let us test drive it, really enjoyed the vehicle. When we returned the keys he showed us absolutely no attention at all. Loved the vehicle , would NEVER buy from someone who treats customers that way though. Lost my business.

Jason and Bob were both very helpful and provided a very good deal on my truck. In dealing with Jason, he was very upfront about the history of the truck and worked with us to provide a power train warranty. I would give 5 stars if not for the truck having an empty fuel tank when we picked it up. Overall though, a very good buying experience.

I have bought 3 vehicles here. Only one did I have any trouble with, but they fixed it pdq. I am well satisfied with them.

Absolute Nightmare Experience!!Very dishonest people. Came from out of state to buy a car that had several issues that we were not aware of. Asked if AC worked for the long ride home and was told it did. Upon arriving air was warm and they didn't even offer to charge it for me. Barely made it home with crank shaft sensor failure almost leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere. Was told no oil leaks and car leaves puddles of oil when sitting overnight. Many other issues such as coil pack failure,radio inoperative,heat shield rattling,window regulator failure,front end issues with suspension,etc.Also was charged a extra 81.00 for fees that were promised to be carried over to my state by Bob L the salesman. I ended up paying another 102.00 and got no credit for it. Three trips to DMV to get everything straight because wasn't given proper paperwork to transfer in my state. Otherwise I would highly recommend a vehicle inspection before purchase so,you don't have problems like I did.

Bob was great to work with, not pushy like salesman sometimes can be, answered question and responded fast. Even though we went a different route for a vehicle, I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them!

Where is place to do business at they do not Blue Book your car it just go off the top of their head give you a rough estimate of how much your car is actually worth or not worth not recommended for anyone to do go there not very friendly

Although I wasn't able to get the car that I wanted from them, the owner has been very communicative. I will say this, cars go fast on their lot, so if you find the one you want - DON'T DELAY!

My ex was buying me a car because we recently split and he wanted the truck I was driving which was his. He suggested a vehicle from this dealership. I test drove it and when I came in to tell Bob there was a bounce, Jason rudely came out and insisted there was nothing wrong with the car. He said he'd taken the car to his transmission place 3 times and insisted it was the tires. We agreed to buy it. When I picked it up it had a screaming belt which Jason insisted was just wet and sprayed about half a can of WD-40 on it. 20 days later I barely make it home and guess what the transmission is bad and the engine has been leaking oil for quite a long time from what my mechanic told us. Here it's Christmas time and I have no vehicle to get to work or do any Christmas shopping and have had to cancel plans I had scheduled. I clean houses. I can't just take a cab. I've had to borrow vehicles. Not impressed with the way Jason treated my mom after my ex texted my mom upset with the way he was being treated by him. So now the vehicle is at the same place that said there was nothing wrong. Does that even make sense? So I'm a single mom who lives in the country and is left without a means of any transportation. Not even an offer for a loaner until they find a resolution. Not impressed!!

My fiance and I were expecting a baby and our car we had was very run down and we were in need of a vehicle! We had 0 credit at the time and worked with Bob and he got us in an amazing car in time for our daughter to be born! I will always recommend JK AutoBrokers.

Purchased my Chevy Equinox from here and couldn't be happier. It is a smaller family owned lot, but the salespeople were not pushy and were knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. They do the majority of all repairs and detailing of their cars right there. I was recommended to them by my aunt and now...

Do yourself a HUGE favor, don't buy ANYTHING from JK Auto brokers.

Especially if car fax shows it was previously owned in Canada.

Jason is biggest crook I've ever dealt with. Burned me real good on a pickup truck. He knew that truck had problems and rushed me into a deal on it anyway.
