My ex was buying me a car because we recently split and he wanted the truck I was driving which was his. He suggested a vehicle from this dealership. I test drove it and when I came in to tell Bob there was a bounce, Jason rudely came out and insisted there was nothing wrong with the car. He said he'd taken the car to his transmission place 3 times and insisted it was the tires. We agreed to buy it. When I picked it up it had a screaming belt which Jason insisted was just wet and sprayed about half a can of WD-40 on it. 20 days later I barely make it home and guess what the transmission is bad and the engine has been leaking oil for quite a long time from what my mechanic told us. Here it's Christmas time and I have no vehicle to get to work or do any Christmas shopping and have had to cancel plans I had scheduled. I clean houses. I can't just take a cab. I've had to borrow vehicles. Not impressed with the way Jason treated my mom after my ex texted my mom upset with the way he was being treated by him. So now the vehicle is at the same place that said there was nothing wrong. Does that even make sense? So I'm a single mom who lives in the country and is left without a means of any transportation. Not even an offer for a loaner until they find a resolution. Not impressed!!
