I started ordering home deliveries in March after lockdown started. Good quality products, reliable delivery, good value. Would recommend. Especially the new Turkish baklava and simit are surprisingly good quality.

Been using JJ for over 10 years and always happy i...

Been using JJ for over 10 years and always happy in the past. However over the last 2 years I noticed the delivery service is not as good as it was. Parts of the order are forgotten and the delivery guys blame this on the warehouse saying they forgot to put it on, it can be really frustrating when you depend on something. Also because of our location deliveries are coming from Dagenham, whereas it used to be Enfield or Sidcup. Problem is Dagenham is a smaller depot so some important products are being discontinued; Joints of Gammon Ham, Apple pie, boiled eggs and more, so now I have to get these from Bookers.

This message is for mus I have been a customer at jj for at least 8 years I spend between collections and delivery over 1 k a week - I have nothing to say accept the best about the product and collection service last time I received the rong product as delivery service I rang two weeks later spoke to the most unprofessional person ever called Martha I have been told that I should called to return it before certain time I explained that I have a autistic 6 years son I was take him to special Nhs body's and all tha Martha said to me that is not our problem and we all have kids - I have been transfer to Jasmin to resolve at this time with Martha non human coment I was furious and the next thing my account been stoped - I usually when I am at the Enfield brunch I speak to mus I only have great respect for him I wish mus if you can get Stewart back what Martha should understand she is there to serve rather pushing people away from jj and give other company jj business - no one has contacted me when I have seen your jj video you said when you speak we listen mus say what you mean no body is listening jj is run by inexperienced rud Eastern European good luck sorry for complaining I just believed you add

They delivered partial order, but i was refunded for missing items.
Thanks to Custom service team to resolve the case, they promptly took action to feel me satisfied.
The right person to communicate is definitely madam Shreeya (Customer Service), if you wish fairly solve your problem with delivery,
Mr Kardan driver do the best for fast delivery. Bravo. 5 stars

Had an issue with an item, first issue ever in 18months and Buse in the customer service department resolved my problem. She was incredibly professional, empathetic and came to a solution for me. Cannot rate her highly enough. Thanks to her I will continue to use JJ's Foodservice.

Think some of your drivers need an updated course ...

Think some of your drivers need an updated course on treating people like humans and politeness. I was today at a restaurant 2 drivers deliver to in chalfont st Peter at 10 ish am. I was minding my business eating my breakfast when one of your drivers decided to make a comment about myself to his colleague which he then proceeded to laugh right at me through the window. He then continued to stare at myself and my partner whilst off loaded goods to the side entrance of restaurant. I have never felt so uncomfortable and it really affected my whole day. I currently suffer with anxiety and it made me feel awful and judged on what only i can think would have been to how I look. Maybe you should consider training your said staff in politeness and not making people worthless. If I could put 0 stars I would.

DO NOT BUY FROZEN STOCK FROM THEM!!!!! OR BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! (OR BUY A X-RAY MACHINE)

They denied receiving phone calls asking for collection and now its too late, even though there is still 1 year + life on the product. According to them, their system is so perfect that they don't believe in human errors - "customer is always right" does not exist within JJ - "System is always right" is what they live by! So what happened to the 2 phone called I placed? Apparently the phone call didn't take place because I couldn't tell them who I spoke to........ I guess it was my fault to not have recorded it huh?! As a customer, I was told by their staff to not talk over them when she's been talking over me the a good 5 mins. (So I am not surprised to see other customers reviews saying JJ is rude)

They refuse to take back any frozen stock when it is different to description. Apparently its illegal to do so, even though 1. other companies do it. 2. other customers have had their frozen products returned before. 3. even their driver said its BS that they don't take back frozen or chilled good. They say its because there is no temperature record... well I thought it is the FAS requirement for all food services to recall their freezer temperature.... oh no, sorry apparently that is not good enough for JJ, because it is not JJ's record. Oh another thing, if you are going to purchase from JJ , you may want to invest in a X-RAY machine, because once the box is opened you can't return it too! They say its your fault for signing on the delivery invoice, and what you should do is to check all the stock before accepting...... oooooookkkkkk...... I wonder how I can check all these frozen slabs of fish in front of them without keeping the driver for 3 hours and wait for things to defrost.... please tell me how.

Also just a quick mention, the price you see on the internet may not be the price you pay when the delivery arrive - especially if let's say you order a few days in advance.... price can fluctuate and will only be confirmed on the day of delivery......... so if you are depending on getting a large quantities of stock at a good price, then my advice is.... PRAY!

The pricing structure is terrible, so much so I feel they are attempting to become a cash and carry. Prices have become really expensive for delivery which are now at the original level for collection only. One has to be very careful how one orders because if you haven't got the facility to go online or choose to phone your order through you will pay more. Delivery has been reduced from 5 days a week to 2 days with an extremely limited time window. Customer service is poor and very unhelpful. We have been dealing with this company for 20 years and their service has dramatically declined.

Terrible customer service especially from their senior supervisor shariya. Very rude and didnot care about the business we provide to them, when I said I will close our accounts and go with your competitors she said no problem I will close your accounts for you so now the competitors sales rep is very happy with the amount we are going to purchase from them and no longer be using JJ food service anymore and will make sure to tell other business owners to do the same.
