This message is for mus I have been a customer at jj for at least 8 years I spend between collections and delivery over 1 k a week - I have nothing to say accept the best about the product and collection service last time I received the rong product as delivery service I rang two weeks later spoke to the most unprofessional person ever called Martha I have been told that I should called to return it before certain time I explained that I have a autistic 6 years son I was take him to special Nhs body's and all tha Martha said to me that is not our problem and we all have kids - I have been transfer to Jasmin to resolve at this time with Martha non human coment I was furious and the next thing my account been stoped - I usually when I am at the Enfield brunch I speak to mus I only have great respect for him I wish mus if you can get Stewart back what Martha should understand she is there to serve rather pushing people away from jj and give other company jj business - no one has contacted me when I have seen your jj video you said when you speak we listen mus say what you mean no body is listening jj is run by inexperienced rud Eastern European good luck sorry for complaining I just believed you add
