Looks after the customers very well. Very friendly drivers. At time they do make mistakes, But they do rectify it very quickly. Variety of items available are vast. Prices are very reasonable. Been using them for over 9yrs now. Couldn't fault them. Would gladly recommend them. Well done JJ

I place an order online from JJ Food Service and I usually go to Basingstoke Branch to pick my orders. JJ's Basingstoke cash and carry is a great place to buy big and buy cheap. I save a fortune of everything.

Good always fully stocked with what you want. Normally quick service. There's just one lady on the counter (curly blonde hair, nose ring) who can come across quite aggressive and rude most of the time.

I have been dealing with JJ's from inception. I would advise customers to look at their pricing structure very carefully, as their prices on quite a few items are expensive. They have just put prices up by 50% on some items I buy from them More

Horrible experience, they should of come before 9.30 and 13.30, they came two hours late, as I was new customer I made an order and made a mistake ordering some chicken wings and bags were exactly the same so we did not realize one was coated up until we did not open one of the bag.
We ask to change and all they can say is apologize but NO, you should of check it!
Wow!!!
Instead of recognize as well tell you excuse.
Money on the bin.
Of course I made a mistake but they also make harder to check the mistake of is in the middle of the restaurant service and 2 hours late.

Really helpful and food in this time of what's going on in the world
I've been trying to book my elderly parents home delivery for weeks and none available at any supermarkets I'm classed as a key worker so by the time I finish work there is nothing left in stores ....
I was searching online and found JJ foods and thought they only delivered to businesses...
But gladly they delivered to my parents house the next day delivery
I'm so thankfull to u guys and the ppl at JJ foods....

I'm happy with the price. it's cheaper than other wholesalers. would recommend! but staffs needs
to learn English most of than can't speak properly
and they arn't helpful. otherwise I would av given

What s the point of booking a slot for 9:30 to 13:30 when the driver comes and rings the bell at 7am this morning waking everyone up next time when someone orders food you shouldn t give the options to book a slot when you just come when you want won t be ordering from you guys again.

I always come to the Enfield branch even though I live closer to the Dagenham branch, not because I had bad service at Dagenham but the service I receive every single time at Enfield is amazing!! The counter staff are so friendly and always willing to help and nothing is ever a problem, the counter manager named Civan Cherry I would like to give a special thanks to as she is always so polite and extra helpful and always a pleasure to see, she always puts a smile on my face. :)

Placed order for Monday delivery 715-1145. Had not arrived an hour after the scheduled window had expired. Was told , with a laugh,that they could only cancel the order not reschedule the delivery. That was up to me. After scheduling staff especially to receive this delivery, that it not good enough. Staff seemed to enjoy sticking it to me , nice.

If I could I would have given no star at all. Terrible service at dagenham branch yesterday morning. Ordered and paid online the night before. Still had to wait 40 minutes to collect my order. Staff had no clue what so ever. There is a saying, if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys. I will probably use different cash and carry if this is not sorted. There were people who waited over one hour 30 minutes for their order. SORT THIS OUT JJ. if you want to know more contact me on @cafechicchi

Avoid this company sold me off chicken and when I complained was told there was nothing they could do never using them again!

Modern large distribution site plenty of space to park, very good docking facilities for trucks,helpful efficient staff. easy access from M25 and A10 10 out of 10.

Had a delivery today and the delivery driver came in first and said the ice cream box dropped and is broken do you still want it , I said no would like a refund , he said ok. Then the other goods where bought in and left near the door , when we where moving the goods to the back I noticed there was a leak coming from the flash box and that leak went over the other boxes , so I immediately phoned jj foods Enfield and explained to the lady that what happened, she made out I was lying saying oh the flash boxes are plastic how is it possible, in a very rude manner. I told the driver just left a minute ago you can ask him to return and see the goods are as he left them , she was very rude , I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor she would not put me through and hung up the phone . I am assuming the driver dropped the goods before he came in thus the reason for him showing me the broken ice cream box . For a big company what poor customer service and very rude . I am appalled with this and probably will not use jj again , disgusting customer service .

Not too bad to get to from the M25 but you cant tip until 7am which left me parked outside on double yellows as I dont know Enfield that well, so be warned not to get there too early. Apart from that, when I did get in I was tipped immediately and Ive been to lots off JJ Food services and this is the best by far.

Nice way of shopping even if you don't have a business. Order online and collect in your car, perfect! Avoid supermarket queues. Some good prices too.

I have been a customer for JJ since 2011 and order from them twice per week. usually they have next day soliti ns for the problems but because of the weekend I ask for the same day missing items back. Thanks customer service representative Bianca, very impressed how she dealing with customer, assisting in details, providing best solution to resolve a problem of delivery.
Logistic department needs to improve delivery method as it ridiculously late as usual, otherwise lead of logistics departments to be replaced.
Suggest to ask Bianca if you need problem sort it out promptly

Been using jj for quite a few years now, day by day their service has become worse. Deliveries now never turn up on time. Customer service closes by the time you chase up the late delivery. Website is a complete joke, it is not user friendly and looks like it was designed on a very low budget. Wrong items get delivered because they fail to read the boxes properly.
If you cannot ever deliver in the specified time why do you bother giving time slots? Why does your website not have a contact us button to email you with feedback or questions? For such a large business it seems like its run by amateurs.

Poor customer service and helpless management . You always received answers I will call you back after you wait 15 mins call to customer service phone line every time. but they never will . Helpless.

Worked here for abit. Delivery drivers are just rude and management are backwards

Rabbish placing order peopel, i clearly ask a product if dagenham branch have it or not, he checked two times and told me YES THEY HAVE T. travelled to dagenham but the item i reserved wasn't even in stock. Rubbish servuce they have, n DAGENHAM barely nothing is available. f there is an alternative place i would never ever buy from JJ.

Pork ribs are very good and decent value. Some of the sundries are reasonable too (Garlic and herb sauce etc ). I wouldn't bother with the steaks and some of the veg has been a bit hit and miss too. If you're have a bbq and need some ribs though......

I love the service. Delivery was on time.I ordered fresh chicken wings, fresh chickens breast ,fresh whole chicken and prawn.Everything was really fresh. I would love to order next time. I recommend buy from JJ food.
