First off stay away I thought being positive and motivated to help others do their job was the right thing to do. Not in these days. My so called team actually set me up to be fired and had no care whatsoever about doing it. My first thought is how many others have experienced this same situation. So when I looked at the reviews online I couldn t believe that what I read was exactly the things I have experienced. I should have went online before, but I went in based on the staffing service I was working for. This place has favoritism, it s family oriented, and poor management I wouldn t waste my time.
Got a call from HR regarding an engineering position I applied for and got an interview scheduled thru HR with the EIC. Got there and initially was told they didn t know there was an open position so the interview for 20min consisted of BSing and got a we will call you at the end. Followed up with same HR representative the next week and got confirmation that the ad for the position was a mistake via an oops sorry about that . No big deal though I just wasted my time and fuel to attend a potential career position. It was probably for the best as they appear to be an unorganized group with a facility that seems to be the Detroit Lions of the semiconductor industry.
