We worked with Ronnie for our small wedding at the harbor club. Ronnie blew every other vendor out of the water in terms of price and his attention to detail. Many florists we encountered were unwilling to to deviate from standard packages, while Bella flowers was willing to go the extra mile. Ronnie went as far to drop off flowers to the bakery for the cake and then deliver the the flowers to the venue. Highly pleasurable experience and strongly recommended!

I used Bella Flowers for our wedding this past July and couldn't have been happier. The flowers were amazing and the customer service was great. Christina worked with our budget and she went over and above for us. I know I was a total pain calling her and changing things way to much and she was more then accommodating. I also worked with Ron, he was a huge help and so friendly. I loved Bella flowers, she was my favorite vendor that we used on our big day.

Ronnie and his team were absolutely amazing. They were all extremely nice and easy to work with. The pieces that were done for our wedding were breathtaking. They truly captured the ideas that we had and made the room beautiful.

Working with Suzanne at Bella Flowers (in Main Street Nursery) was the BEST decision I could have made for our wedding flowers! The flowers were one of my ultimate favorite parts of our wedding.
There were requests we made to enhance the inside of our wedding venue, and Suzanne covered all the bases... our venue looked flawless. It elevated our reception room to another level, our bouquets and bouts, CENTERPIECES, mantle displays & ceremony trellis were PHENOMENAL-- her work was stunning.

Nowadays, people do so much decorating for weddings. It was completely unnecessary to add anything to our "decorations" besides the flowers, because the flowers spoke for themselves.

We discussed not wanting the more traditional flower designs-- Suzanne's design was so unique. We had requests, and images we liked on Pinterest-- but hers blew all of those images out of the water! Some of the foliage Suzanne got, Ive never even seen before.

She was so helpful, took any question or concern without hesitation. Our wedding flowers were just unbelievable. My guests were blown away, as was I! I will 100% recommend Bella Flowers/ Main Street Nursery to anyone looking for a florist!

I was initially very nervous about flowers because I thought I would never be able to afford what I liked. Ronnie quoted me over $1000 less than any other vendor and for the same things! He captured everything I wanted perfectly. We went in for a quick unscheduled meeting, and he took the time to look up exactly what we wanted and even make recommendations to save us some money. He was so professional but also genuine l, and that is what everyone should look for in a vendor. Thank you Ronnie!!

Christine did two breathtaking arrangements for my beloved uncles passing. My brother and I did our best to explain how we wanted the arrangements it was very difficult since it was an emotional time but Christine took everything in and with her artistic creativity she put together two beautiful arrangements that meant so much to our family and especially our late uncle. Thank you Bells Flowers for helping us express our thoughts and love with these two beautiful pieces.

It was such a pleasure working with Suzanne for our wedding this month! A few months before our big day, we with her at their gorgeous nursery, and we spent awhile discussing inspiration, budget, and look & feel. Suzanne had great recommendations and really helped us hone in on the final vision, and was responsive and flexible throughout the entire process. My bouquet was stunning, the centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, and even "small details" like the boutonnieres & bathroom arrangements were so special, beautiful, and thoughtful. I highly recommend Suzanne & Bella Flowers to any soon-to-be-married couples!

once you have signed contract service stops. Does not return phone calls. Bridesmaid flowers were delivered limping. They had to be held up by hand walking down the isle. I'm still waiting for a return phone call from Christine.

I am delighted with how my wedding day flowers turned out at the Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club. Equally as important, I am delighted with how the process leading up to my big day went. Suzanne at Bella Flowers always respected my wishes and certainly enhanced my ideas. When I would mention new floral ideas, she gently guided me back into my price point or shared expert advice to make the best decisions.

This review is 4 years overdue but I'm hoping it helps another bride before she realizes what she's getting into. I only was considering them because they were one of the few vendors able to promise peonies in October but now I wonder if that was a lie too to get me to sign with them. Christina was quick to yes me to death and promise me everything I was looking for up until I signed my contract. I came to my appointment with tons of reference photos of what I was looking for and my vision and she promised it all. After that, it took forever to set up my appointment for my preview of just the centerpieces. I drove all the way out just to be disappointed with a Walmart version of what I envisioned. It was small and cheap look and she then said what I wanted would cost more. Fine. She then never followed up with another preview to make sure I was happy with the redo. I was constantly having to play phone tag with her bc she was always away or someone else would answer the phone for her instead claiming she wasn't available. You don't want to talk to clients? Fine. But be professional. A month before my wedding I finally hounded her down to make sure everything was set. Instead Christina tells me that it would cost double for what I was looking for even though the contract SHE wrote clearly stated she agreed to do it for the quoted price. I honestly think she was just trying to turn me off because she was no longer interested in helping with my wedding because she was trying to make it sound like she was doing me some kind of favor by releasing me from my contract claiming "creative differences" despite having a clear as day contract written out on what she was supposed to deliver. She left me with legit 3 weeks left to find a florist to pick up the pieces and work with me to put together my wedding decorations. That is really shameful to do honestly to a bride. Thankfully, James Cress Flowers came through and honored everything I envisioned for my original price quoted from Christina without charging me extra for last minute bookings and rush fees. Oh yeah. It also took me about 6 months of playing telephone tag back and forth for Christina to also refund me my deposit from the initial booking, with a runaround story every time. I eventually got my money back but it's ridiculous I had to hound them down for it for months on end. A vendor should not be this much trouble. James Cress made it so painless and even sent me home with bouquets of roses every time I visited during my appointments. Gary Cress is the best.
