Cheap and classic motel. Rates are affordable, good access to shopping. Overnight stays are popular here. This not anything fancy just a place to spend the night.

Pros- Less than $100 dollars for a night Cons- Room had a horrible smell to it Sketchy people are always outside and wandering around the parking lot. Alot of drug related activity just out in plain sight. Other guests staying there when we did were very loud throughout the whole night.
The lobby carpet is worn, the front desk person on the weekends, is not friendly at all, the 2 chairs in my room are so dirty, the sink in bathroom does not drain. I will not stay thier again

The inn is a little worn down and it looks like crack heads live here. The attendant was polite and it was nice having a walgreens next door.
Honestly I come here often and it s not bad as people are saying I usually get a single room well all were packed and I got a double room just 10 dollars more they are understanding and know you just want to chill out and sleep I was running late and desk people were very friendly. I always get a room with a friend we had an extra person visiting and he has a very loud laugh and no complaints mini fridge heater AC and microwave tv and good size bathroom

Basic Motel not too nasty definitely been at worse. It was nice having a 24 hour Walgreen's next door. Also the lady at check out was super nice. I was running a bit behind with checking out and she was completely chill about it.

I would like to give zero stars, but I think people would assume I just forgot. The worst motel on highway 99. My girlfriend and I stayed there one night this week, since we have been having to sleep in our car waiting to move into a room for rent today. I am now covered in bed bug bites. We now have bed bugs in our car, and are spending a bunch of money we don't have to clean our car out and launder all of our clothing. I called the Rodeo Inn and a very friendly sounding gentleman in response to my problem and request for my rent refunded said no and nothing could be done, and when I said I would have to take them to small claims court to recoup my funds he replied, "Awesome." STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Average place apparently has a pretty good weekly rate but the clientele is questionable
I only visited a friend staying there, but said friend is a big fan of the place. He contends that the rates are quite low, and the rooms and everything else satisfactory. Looks true enough from my few brief visits, but I've never stayed there myself.

I am a disabled person and I display my placcard always. However, while I had just parked, engine still running, a man came our and accused me of sleeping in my vehicle and told me to leave! Said I was in a handicapped spot and was half way in the painted walk way. Well, I w not even trying to sleep, i wasn't parking for the night, I am handicapped and my tire barely touched the outside line! Not half way on the walk way.... Dislike they way he delta with me.

I would rather stay on the road for the night than staying at this place.The worst customer service ever. From the beginning there is no one to help. This place is so unfriendly. First and last time I went to this place, this lady within the age of 40's had a negative attitude. I waited more than 30 minutes at the lobby to get help. After all she came but, I never know her no where while she treated me in a bad way. The office door was wide open while she was not welcoming guests.
Very nice rooms, quite private. Alot of cops roll through there though and it makes one assume there is alot of crime that goes on there or around there at least which makes me nervous to leave my vehicle there but at the same time makes me think it might be safe too.. Many mixed feelings. Very nice inside but looks pretty run down outside. Great location and next to a 24 hour store though which is great!
If you enjoy watching your taxes wasted ..please stay here ...at any given time you will see anywhere from 1 to 3 of Lynnwood finest running around the parking lot.. shining lights..puffing chests and high 5 ing...This place is a dump..period...flex your rights..stay calm.. and carry on

Good spot in relation to price. Way better in quality and competitive in price to most of the kinda sketchy lower priced motels on 99 and Aurora between here and downtown Seattle.

- CLEAN room! It wasn't physically in the best condition, but everything in my room was clean and pleasant (not musty) smelling
-Quiet room. I work overnights, so having a quiet place in the day is crucial. I was inside in the "basement" or first floor
-Next door to superb Mexican food (El Antojo)
Minuses:
- Microwave broke at check-in. No problem in getting that resolved...
- Housekeeper came knocking the last morning of my stay looking for someone on my (non-smoking) floor who had smoked. She was checking other guest rooms as well by knocking. That isn't the best way to have handled it, in my opinion.
- No "breakfast". Surprsingly, many of the sketchy 99 motels will throw a few Costco danishes or muffins your way. Here it's coffee...that's all
Clientele was typical 99 motel folks (folks in between houses, down-and-out, etc) mixed with a few folks there on business long-term. Had no issues with anyone there.
I will be back, that's for darned sure.

Watch out they will scam you ! They will say you burned the bed with a cigarette. There was loud construction all night . Dont stay here . They will take your deposit and not return it and then when you get slightly upset they will call the cops and tell them you're getting aggressive rude people. Dont stay here go somewhere else
It has really changed since back in the day. The rooms have been remodeled. The facility is clean. The Inn looks totally different and the atmosphere in the surrounding environment is different. It's reputation seems to have been redeemed.

Customer service was a joke, they made it seem like my presence was an inconvenience. And if that wasn't bad enough, the entire place was occupied by the shadiest people possible. I couldn't even smoke a whole cigarette outside before I got the overwhelming urge to duck back into my room and not come back out. And finally, in case you were under the impression that it could not be any shittier, the shower in my room didn't work properly. It only had enough water pressure to function if it was set to cold. As soon as you even thought of turning it to warm, watery pressure plummeted to a trickle and couldn't engage the shower, forcing you to take a bath...
I have a friend who sells computers out of this motel. It has gotten a lot better in the revamped the place since the days of the drug 99 epidemic. They have done a good job of filtering out the junkies and what not but of course they have lost a lot of business because of that. breakfast sucks

I met someone here to purchase a camera lens. It's in Aurora. It's sketchy. There were transients and miscreants. I wouldn't stay here but maybe it's a great bargain?
The people are great, but there was hair everywhere in the bathroom and they use a cloth shower curtain that stinks beyond all get out stayed a week, had it washed but still smells

I loved my stay here. Myself and coworkers have spent a total of 5 nights there this month. The breakfast was nice! I love hotel waffle makers! Clean and affordable. The owner and front desk staff are kind and helpful.... very accommodating. I hope my company sends me to stay there again soon. Recently changed names.... was Rodeo Inn and now is Super 8.

The inspiration the place had as a drug den is false yes there where some homeless hanging around but Steve the desk clerk took care of that quickly
My only complaints are the night shift lady has the most unfriendly people skills of anyone ive met she's most rude if you contact her by ringing the bell at 11:00pm and wake her up.and the constant harassment by the police asking questions like why the 2 people where just seen leaving my room at 9:00pm in a tone that was very accusing and calling my guests transients when one was my girlfriend getting ice and her name is on the room with mine and the other person a friend of mine who has a room 4 doors from mine.guilty till proven innocent the way of the lynwood pd..get a life please !!
I always stop by for a little while to visit a friend. But I stay there has little times as possible. The customer is not the best is a couple employees that don't realize they're working in customer service so I don't think. The rooms for sales are absolutely terrible. The walls are banged up paint peeling, holes in the bathroom doors, we were something where the mirrors used to be, nearest cops are literally I'd say at least once an hour due to the krowd that lingers and stay there. It stinks it wouldn't surprise me if they've been using the same bedding for years. Trashy, cheap and a simple as they could be

Horrible customer service. They have a $150+ security deposite that takes up to 2 weeks to return to your card. Their Wifi doesn't work and they wont discount you for the inconvenience. Do not give this place your business, the heroin addicts are everywhere. The place is in desperate disrepair. Zero Stars.

The rooms are fairly average sadly there are no kitchen units. It's right on the bus line so getting around is not to bad. Mcdonalds is right down the road as. Well as Jack in the box. It's a so so place.

I usually don't do reviews but after NY experience at Rodeo a week ago I just would like to say I'm shocked at how bad the reputation has gotten. All you see going in and out are people lurking outside or in there cars and people coming and going. The TV was extremely small and also had no chair. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and house keeping never came until our last night there. Its 70 plus deposit for a night and its ridiculous. They made me feel unwanted and unwelcome because I had my daughter. Were suppose feel welcomed and safe atleast. Then I found an UN used condom by my bed so tells me housekeeping is really shifty.time they close this motel down. Paying 70 bucks a night I should atleast get house keeping or some free breakfast

There's just so much going on with this place, I'm not sure where to start. First, anybody that plans on staying here should know this place has a reputation as place to find party favors and some thots to serve em up. From what I've been told from the regular residents oh, pretty decent party favors, from the working girls I've seen hanging about offering services, I wouldn't even use them as a tripod.
Another great aspect of this place is the amount of police that are constantly rolling through the parking lot. Even though you may not be breaking the law, don't use drugs, and may even be a white guy from the suburbs, don't think that you I free from harassment. Police will stop you, demand identification, make up false allegations , question minors illegally,and will perform illegal searches on a regular basis. Got to love Lynnwood Police, they are overpaid, underworked, and think they're above the law. Lynnwood pd also have several notable Brady cop cases(crooked cops) that are of public record.
The price is so so, you usually pay about 70 to $80 per night, which is high in my opinion, but low for the area. For that rate you get a basic room, most are sparse, some that they like to show reviewers are well stocked but that is the exception not the rule.sometimes you'll find a room that it's a little more dingy than the next, but for the most part they take care of them and keep them updated, each room does have Wi-Fi, a decent size flat screen TV, and a good amount of cable channels. If you're really lucky you might get a desk. The sizes of the bathrooms varies wildly from barely enough space to walk in and sit down to big enough to have a party in. Some rare rooms even have kitchens and a bar, these rooms are usually given to people that stay long-term. A fun aspect of the cost of the room is the price can jump up to over $100 depending on the mood of whatever staff is on shift and how much they like you. I had good luck bribing them to keep my cost low.
Which leads me into my next not so Shining aspect of this place. The oh so wonderful staff, it's a small place so there's only so many staff members, I got along with two out of the three people, but I was considered one of the lucky ones. One of the staff that works there enforces a curfew wherein she watches the cameras and we'll come and knock on your door until you you're not allowed to have guests past 10. And no I am not joking. And then there is the maids, this group of non-english speaking older women does decent job cleaning the rooms, they are outwardly polite and I never had any issues with them. That's not to say other people did not, I did hear more than a couple will tell me that the maids were caught wearing clothes that were not theirs that had gone missing.
I guess I do owe the reader a few positive points of this place. One is that it's close 2 a bunch of major bus lines, the freeway, lots of shopping, local Community College, and civil infrastructure. You could say this place is cheap compared to other hotels in the area. As far as many of these go it offers very very few. And they are cable television, free Wi-Fi, ice machines. Actually let me correct that last one, one working ice machine on the top floor.
I could keep going, but I think you get the picture. This place is essentially skid row and you have no reason being here unless it is your last option. I highly recommend checking out Airbnb before this place. I can almost guarantee you I'll have a better experience with Airbnb and it'll be almost half the price per night for the same area. Well sort of the same area, it looks the same but there's no harassing police, junkies asking for cigarettes, or angry jaded staff trying to get one over on you because they're mad at their life.
Hope this helps, if you do decide to say and you have pets or children, keep a close eye on them and do not let them wander. There are often unregistered sex offenders and lots of hypodermic syringes around a property.
I rated this place as low as I could last stay was really bad but they have made alot of changes since then waiting to see check out but so far way better 3 for now

1 star is being nice told them on Thursday when I rented a room for a week the tv was broken said they couldn't fix till Tuesday only day maintenance comes in toilet broke the chain had to fix myself light switch in bathroom would pop all the time and light went on and off then staff was rude and also when I returned my key they would not return key deposit said they never do if you get a room for a week or longer I would say if you like to be alive never stay there it will burn down the way the electric is
