Great place to have dinner. Good service and meals as well. No parking place though.

The calamari and the Pacific Red snapper are amazing!!

Excellent food and service. We had the halibut dinner, it was delicious.

Jimmy's is a Great place in a Wonderful location....right by the Point Loma fiishing Marina. Evan served me and He was Great, very attentive Server with a cool personality. I only had a beer and some Clam Chowder that was very tasty. This place is Awesome especially if you like to see boats and chill.

Great food and beer selection. Right on the water. There s a reason JFATs is a legendary location amongst those who live/work in Point Loma.

The burgers are very tasty and good ..... I had the spicy California burger and the mussels for appetizer so yummy. The other thing are their drinks are done right I had the cucumber cooler

Great spot to enjoy a nice meal (fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy). Excellent drinks and superb service from Kent. Ask for him with the host. Sorry no pics this time

Great food and atmosphere. The kids menu was great too so I'm very glad to have brought the entire family. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Will definitely come again.

Beer selection is awesome. And the homemade potato chips! Other Food was ok. We had jimmy burger and fish n chips. Nothing spectacular on either. Didnt finish the burger. Management took off 15% and that moved the review to 3stars.

We found this place on Yelp this past Friday for date night. It was pretty brisk outside where the only available tables were. We thought it would be ok because there are heaters hung from above, but they were all off. Food was pretty good. Service was so so. Our server spent most of her time sitting and talking with a roudy table nearby. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars it's because there was one large party (several tables pushed together) that made it seem like we were at the club. They were all standing around doing shots and yelling so loud we couldn't even hear each other. The group finally dispersed after we finished our entree. In the future, we decided that for the money, we'll go elsewhere.

Great location, fantastic food and cocktails, and wonderful service. Love this place. I'm a local, and want to bring all of my out-of-town friends here. This is a special spot. Check out their happy hour and Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich! Don't be surprised if you get hooked on their chipotle ketchup. Great service from Audrey and crew today!

The food seemed a bit average for the price. The ribs and the potatoes were overdone. The service was good.

We had the chicken burger which was deep fried chicken breasts. Average. Humus with added vegetables and free chips with "homemade " ranch. Turned out we both got the $hits from the food! Ugh

Great happy hour excellent appetizers and fresh seafood. Love that spicy pokey. Perfect place to stop after that long boating adventure.

I'm not really sure about this place. I stopped in for a beer on the way home from work and I got a really bad vibe. The first bartender was really standoffish and seamed freaked out about something, and really in a hurry to get out of there. The second guy was much better and we had a short conversation about baseball. Not sure I'll go back.

Fun ambiance and good food and drinks all around. Appreciated the hospitality too.

i ALWAYS go to the Brig when i pick up people from the airport ...i saw the place driving down the road, and thought "hey, i will take them where it looks over the water". never heard of it before....we had a glass of wine, a pear mojito AND THE BEST ONION RINGS i have ever had. i was gawking at other people's meal, and i can tell you one thing, I WILL BE BACK for the chicken and mashed taters i saw. and i won't be waiting till i pick people up from the airport :)

Good food strong drinks services is a little slow but that's okay the atmosphere is good.

We were welcomed with a straight face and bad news. My daughter and I, after holding the door open for three patrons exiting, entered and approached the front desk. We said, Two please . And the girl said, Unfortunately you can t bring outside drinks in. You can leave it in the front here, or... . So I told her, No thanks. We ll just go somewhere else. She said, Are you sure? .
I m always sure.

Unfortunately you re going to miss out on a $40-$50 ticket plus tip and any future recommendations because you wouldn t let me inside with my $5 coffee. I m not mad about it, but I think it s important for both sides of the table to learn from this experience.

While your establishment might be clean, and your food might be okay, the service experienced was distasteful, and caused your business owner to lose. Guest experience is key. Perhaps someone else would prefer to greet your guests, or treat humans with some decency.

I just wanted to treat my daughter to a celebratory lunch; this being her last day of 4th grade. No doubt that it wasn t meant to be at Jimmy s.

I want to educate future visitors that there is a strict no outside food/drink policy...so, hide it in your bag before entering. Oh, just kidding.

While the food and service was good, the prices for anything but the sandwiches was way too much.

The food is great. We went during the week and it was very comfortable. However, it's probably very busy on the weekends. Well worth it though. Everyone was very nice.

First time here moved from Chicago and the Sevice was spectacular we had Courtney as our server. The food was excellent also. We will definitely be back very welcoming and delicious and the view and ambiance was great which added to our whole experience there. The manager was great also as she came over to see how we were and if we were satisfied. Way to run a place

We went for a family dinner and it was good food. Good Quality and quantity.

We have been to Jimmy's for a quick snack/drink and for brunch. Both were great. They serve tater tots as the potatoes with brunch, and they are deliciously crispy. We had the veggie Benedict and the bananas Foster French toast. Both were very good, as was the service. My only complaint is that every dish is a few dollars more than similar restaurants in the area.

Over priced. Service was bland. Not really planning on a return.

The food was awesome, beer selection was pretty legit. Burgers were a particular specialty, and the fries were super good. Slightly pricier than most brewery type places, burgers were $17 and up. I myself had a tuna burger that was on point, soft buttery brioche bun with zesty wasabi aioli. They have some unique options too, like balsamic pan seared brussel sprouts.

It was ok. We got the dueling southwest dips, spicy california burger, and maine lobster and shrimp sammich. Nothing memorable, nothing spectacular. Probably a place to frequent if was out for beer and wanted some fries or chips to accompany it.

Happy hour on a Friday evening. Fun, beautiful setting and free parking.
