It was AWESOME! My son got married!!!! The resort and staff were exceptional. My daughter & brother rented a Condo to stay in which was everything we needed for the long weekend. (3 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table, livingroom,deck, 2 bedrooms and extra beds.... games, cooking stuff and MORE. WONDERFUL PLACE TO SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY!

Honestly, I hate writing reviews but this is so necessary. First of all, we are here during peak foliage time...gorgeous weather and everything is closed !!! Such a disappointment...whats more disappointing is that the staff here do not seem to have any desire to provide decent customer service. When asked questions we were given one word answers or "dont know what to tell you"... horrible and sad because this place has so much potential.

My wife and I loved Jiminy Peak! The mountain adventure park was great and the accommodations at the Country Inn were very comfortable. Heated pool and Hot Tub were very nice!

Fun for a whole day. We had a blast on the 2 different coasters. The ride to the top of the highest mountain gave us spectacular views.

good family mountain, with flats on top not really great for snowboarders.

Hospitality staff was great, but management lacked decorum and berated staff in front of guests and treated them less than human, disgusted from what was observed.

The wedding I attended was attending was double booked, the staff wasn't very helpful and the ski lift operator was very rude.

We are a ski family from Europe, and we ve been on a ton of resorts all around the globe, BUT only in Jiminy peak today I had to pay for my 3.5 years old daughter youth pass, haha. Cmon guys, are you serious? Such bad resort policies and overpriced for what you get! Maybe good to go if you are a beginner but for advanced skiers, especially with young kids definitely not a good option .

My room was broken it was a regulated a/c and everything is broken nothing willnwork not even the teleph9ne

Great family ski mountain with plenty of adult terrain too. Underrated snow making and grooming.

Lots to do at the resort in Summer, better for the laid back soul during the summer season.

They were friendly. Ice easily accessible. Bar available. Parking a little right but manageable.

We went for all the summer fun. It was a great time had by all! The kids had a blast all day.

We arrived yesterday late afternoon. The place is so gorgeous! We have snow today and the mountain is just awe inspiring to see the beautiful snowflakes falling down and sticking on trees and pine trees. The staff at Jiminy Peak are so friendly and helpful. We went to one of their restaurant (John Harvard), and boy - the food was excellent! Friendly waiters and waitresses. I would highly recommend this place to eat. Price of foods are reasonable. We stayed at Bentley Brook resort and this resort is fantastic. These are in one area. Love it all the way!

This is a great resort,people are so nice and friendly!

The staff are courteous though some are very rude. I stay only in the Country Inn and only during the summer, there is a strong order from the John Harvard restaurant which lingers out into the hall of the Country Inn. This is not a clean hotel. I stayed for a few days, the hallways were dirty when I arrived and remained dirty throughout my stay. Check out time is 10:30 am which is too early while on vacation especially with children.

Inaccurate pricing on website, and rude customer service at ticket window

1st l have to say, we're not skier's. We went to Mt Greylock for a road trip. On the way back we stopped there for a peek and there was a very nice little gift shop/ store eatery that was open. So, we had lunch there. No big menu, however they had fresh cold cuts, fresh bread, breakfast sandwiches, all made to order. They also sell wine, liquior etc etc, and lots of gifts. Also, Jiminy Peak is alot steeper than l imagined it. Great day all in all..

Great Family Fun Place in a very country setting. Great place to learn to ski in the winter or ride rides or hike in the summer

Great summer experience at the adventure park with our family of 4. The staff did an amazing job of sanitizing everything between each use. All the rides were fun, between our 4 and 6 year old, we were able to do most activities. We especially loved the sled ride as it was a bit like controlling your own rollercoaster. There was also a nice playground to enjoy during downtime between the rides. Would recommend bringing refillable water bottles!

Horrible experience. Dirty outdated rooms. AC and TV did not work. Entire hall of our floor smelled terrible. It took 3 complaints to the desk and a request for a refund to change our room still with zero apology. Customer service was non existent. 200$ a night and not worth a penny. Thankfully it was only a one night stay. Kids did enjoy the action park. Only highlight of the entire time. Upon checkout desk supervisor asked me how our stay was and when I responded it could have been much better she did not even acknowledge the statement. Save your money, stay somewhere else and just use the mountain.

Nice mountain. Has a double black. Lift tickets on the expensive side.

Great ski area for all abilities. Friendly and helpful staff and instructors. They have a nice fire pit outside and the grooming is good. They also have on mountain outdoor hot tub.

Great kids program. A lot of different choices. One thing I would change is have everything in one spot. My one son did the mountain camp ( he loved it and so did we. Levy was awesome) My other son did a group lesson. I could not take care of them in the same place. It was a little hectic getting everyone set up, but overall it was a great experience and we definitely recommend going. We will be going back.

Everything is fun - fantastic there! All employees are friendly, helpful & take great care of you! It's like a Disney World atmosphere on top of a beautiful mountain! Lots to do for the babies up to the Grandparents.

Nice place plenty to do year round, restaurant s ,rides, hiking, swimming.

Excellent snow conditions and extremely welcoming and helpful staff.

Service staff was super nice and helpful. Attended a wedding and the food and drinks were great. Rooms are spacious, but feel dated.

Location is beautiful, rooms have great amenities but could use some renovating. Service has been terrific and the staff has been very friendly and polite.

It was the only mountain around that was still open, all others closed due to power outages but the have wind turbines

Update your website to give correct info to the clients, and train customer service to provide a consistent info to clients, overwise clients are waisting money here ....

They are very picky which tickets they refund. Unfortunately they don't mention that pickinnes on their website. On top of this customer service is not on top of the game to say the least.

Bought tickets on one of the lift ticket websites (had no idea there is a difference where to buy a ticket). Came over in the morning asking for credit (showed them the receipt that clearly said the website I purchased the ticket from), they said ok just come back tomorrow we will process the refund. Came back in the evening, they said since it's bought on that website - no refund, so tough luck go talk to them ...

If I knew they would change their mind about the refund I would have done some good out of the ticket, was a complete waist though ....

Great skiing, kind staff, good care of the mountain and a wonderful view from the top. A friend is heading there soon and I am jealous.

My son works as a lift operator here. It is Very busy all the time. 10 ski runs. These runs look VERY STEEP from the bottom.

Great places to stay if you're up golfing. Also looks like a good ski resort in the winter.

First time at this ski resort. Didn't know how to rent the necessary equipment. Staff was friendly and patient. Offered military discount. Felt forced to buy a lift ticket even though we just stayed on the bunny slope. Didn't really need a lift ticket for that. Good time though.

I recommend this for any family looking for a day packed with fun and unforgettable experiences

Nice family ski resort for young families and beginners. Small. Variety of clean, well maintained lodging accommodations but no real usable fitness facility. Good food /restaurants. Night skiing. Expensive for it's small size. Lacks significant park features which may disappoint families with more experienced and adventuresome kids and teens.

We went during the summer to check out the ropes course and other amusement rides and thoroughly enjoyed it. The park staff were friendly and helped us both find our way around and made sure we were safe on the rides. I already told my wife we have to go back :), and that's just us adults having fun but other children looked to be having fun too.

Good pools and hot tub. Friendly people. Very relaxing.

We ve been coming here for the past 5 years and we stay at Wyndham Bentley Brook. Both of kids and my husband learned how to ski and snowboard on this mountain. The staff are awesome and we always look forward to come back here every year.

First class ski resort and mountain adventure park during the warmer months

Finding a room was quite an adventure since there are 3 different places to stay. 2/3 of the rooms were really creepy, one room had hospital beds! So we stayed in the lodge rooms. I did enjoy the rides and I like how there were shops and other buildings to explore and shop at. The food was decent but I recommend going out to eat.

You pay for what you get! $19 twilight once a week is worth every penny! Solid resort for beginners and intermediate skiiers alike. Lacks personality of say....Bromley, but has better food! Great spot though with excellent views! Very good skiing

We Love Jimmy Peak. I have yet to go to any other ski resort in New England where the staff is trained to accommodate guest experience this well! The problem resolving standard here and implimented by every staff member is undoubtedly the result of the very highest training in customer service. We have been back more than once because of the outstanding customer satisfaction that we experienced when we have had issues. Issues from getting our childs equipment from the upper rental rather than the kids rule , needing a money card bc we changed our dates, or the valet staff who is always smiling and gets our car when we forget things (and we always do) . Kids rule staff is outstanding and my 4 year old asks to return(not at any other ski resort has he been this happy). The scenic and well thought out building landscape makes it easy to navigate the base.The food is amazing and has a lot of clean eating choices at reasonable prices. I cant say enough good things. We will be back and cant wait to have our 11yr old take a terrain park lesson next season!!!! See you in the fall of 2019!!!!

Had a great time at the 13 Nights of Halloween event over Columbus Day weekend. Not too crowded at all. Our activities included a haunted walk, haunted houses, ski lift and mountain coaster rides in the dark. The next day we did the ropes courses, the Soaring Eagle zip line, and the Alpine slides! Amazing views! Also great live music at the pub! So much fun!

Great value. Room was clean but there were electrical problems in the room. Amenities were ok.

Came with a school group and had a great time. One student forgot poles, but was given a rental pair for free. When we got back to the bus, it wouldn t start. A quick phone call and 5 minuted later, Jeff pulled in and gave us a boost. Fantastic service.
