came here for the rides in fall. fun to ride but a little pricey. friendly staff.

Very pleasant, staff very helpful, lines minimal but quality was excellent. Would absolutely come back!

Came up to Jiminy a few winters ago and loved it. Unfortunately my wife took a bad spill and couldn't ski after couple of hours, but the kids and I enjoyed 2 days of skiing so we decided to go back this winter break. I called them Christmas eve to check what the condition will be like for the 26th and 27th since we were driving up from 5 hours away. Was told they would have more trails open and conditions will be good since their team will get everything ready for the holiday weekend. Drove up Christmas night. Came to the mountain on the 26th and found lot of trails were closed and base was very thin with lots of dirt showing all over the place. We had asked about the tickets we had purchased and were told they will refund our money if we weren't happy. Made 2 runs, 1 on each side the mountain and found the conditions were icy and terrible for 2 days of skiing so I asked for a refund. Initially they gave me back 4 x 2 days worth of tickets in gift card form. I found that unacceptable considering they were charging holiday rates ($77 for adult tickets) and refused. Anotherlady (I presume a supervisor) came and was very rude and offered to refund it to my credit card but deducted $60 since said we used the lifts to make 2 runs. UNREAL! We didn't even get to keep the deactivated cards (for future reloading). Wasted 2 days of driving, paid for hotel and ruined family ski trip. I understand no one can control mother nature but they should have been honest when I called considering I was driving from out of state and to then charge me $15 per person for lift usage. The lady on the phone before we drove up even said we probably will blow snow before Friday. Obviously that was not true either. I would love to hear from Tyler (President). This is not how to you get repeat customers.

Fun place to ski and their restaurants, especially christiansans have great food

Very convenient mountain to get from the Albany area. Nice place to ski when it's a day trip.

I'm a Utah girl, so nothing compares to the slopes I grew up on, but I've raised my kids on Jiminy Peak skiing. Jiminy does the best they can with the weather conditions and provide a relaxing, fun day on the slopes.

Came with a 3 year old and a 8 year old in the summer. While the older child had a blast, they younger one had NOTHING to do! They wouldn't even allow her on the little jumping ballon in the playground area. A place that is geared and targets families with kids to come here should offer some attractions for the little ones as well. Very disappointed.

I have been going to Jiminy since I was a child. To see the growth and expansion of the mountain through the years has been a great experience. Now, I ski there with my children. It's great!

Great snow making and grooming. Nice selection of trails. Nice & helpful staff. Also offers adaptive ski lessons.

It has so many great trails of all different levels and it is a beautiful place! It's good for beginners and advanced skiers. I know it also has summer activities as well. The staff are very nice and the instructors are really helpful.

We had a two day stay here on the way back from Maine. The weather and scenery were fantastic. We opted to hike the mountains instead of paying for the activities since it was about $12 for the kids to climb the rock wall. We ate once at the resort and found the prices to be too high. We'll try it in the winter for snowboarding

Beautiful local hill. The groomers are always spot on and it's never a mad house, like some other resorts. Great place to bring your family.

Can't complain adout anything, little pricey these days who isnt

It was more fun outside than it was inside....the carpet was so dirty that my son,whom was walking around barefoot on the carpet, left small dirty footprints in the tub while he was getting in the shower...no telling when the last time they deep cleaned the carpets...or better yet. REPLACE THE CARPETS!

Wonderful place for families! Instructors are very attentive and know how to bring the best out of children!

Lots of things to do here beginning in May, especially for kids. Ropes course, trampoline, alpine slide, bounce houses, etc. descent restaurant for adults. Not inexpensive but better rates after 2pm.

It's listed as a 3 star hotel, it's NOT. 1 star at best. Room are straight out of the late 70's. This place needs a serious update. You need a sherpa to find your room. Such a bizarre set up. One hallway smelled of vomit. We came here to spend local dollars to help out during the pandemic. It would have been nice when we booked to have known the restaurant was closed for the summer. We would not have stayed here but I'm guessing that is why they left that little tidbit of information out. Also there were people using the park and no sanitation between users. Not good. It takes a lot for me to 1 star a place.

I am a local residents who using the mountain for hiking. It is very nice to have a place with varied terrain for different kinds of training.

Decent size for a day trip, conveniently open till 10pm for night skiing. Tavern on location has good food too.

The staff was very helpful in getting me well fitted ski equipment.

Noice place to play in the summer. Must be real nice to go to in the winter, too. Not too crowded. If you want a minyan, you probably won't be disappointed either.

Beautiful Ski resort. Although I was here during the summer I thought they had just as many attractions. I love the fact that you can own a timeshare here or just stay at the hotel. The food was decent, although I wish they would have had a wider variety for breakfast in their main dining hall. Eggs and sausage every day gets old quick.

We had a great meal at John Harvards. Lil pricey but its a resort so guess it was expected.

Friendly and fun! Lots to do with many options for families and friends as long as you're willing to electronically sign a waiver. My friend, Dan K recommended the chair lift to the top of the mountain and operators Mike R and Micah S made sure we got safely on the lift so we could enjoy the amazing view.

I used this hotel for my wedding guests and it was a mistake. First I am from 4 hours south so when I planned to come for the weekend a year out from the wedding to look at rooms I told the event manager I could only come on a weekend she says no problem. I get there and they will not let me look at a room, say I have to come back Monday but I couldn't because I was only in town for the weekend. Thankfully a cleaning lady let us pop our heads in, I should have backed out then. My whole wedding (90 guests) were from out of town so everyone needed a room but after I sent out the invites I was told that they were almost fully committed meaning my guests would have to pay 250 a night instead of 120 a night and they weren't letting them book single nights only 2 night occupancy. So that right there was annoying, I had to tell my guests to check out other hotels and air bnbs in the area even though I paid for a transportation bus to and from jiminy. I asked if I should bring up a nice frame with the shuttle times printed, rena tells me dont worry they will let all guests know. Fast forward to my rehersal dinner I asked my family who stayed there if they let them know about the times they said "nope, we even told them we r apart of the Morton levin wedding and they just looked at us and continued doing whatever they were doing" at this point I was heated. All my guest were arriving to the hotel that night and needed to know about the shuttle times. I had to call the hotel and rena, the hotel tried telling me they dont do that but after she realized how mad I was she apologized and they posted it on their TVs which they should have done from the start.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE HANDICAP IN ANYWAY THEY DO NOT CARE. A family member was walking with a Walker, they gave them keys to the 600 building and she said I can not walk that far, i cant get up stairs that well either, they didnt care and said theres nothing we can do. they are not accommodating do not waste your time.

Going during the summer is kind of boring. Not many people nor things to do

We went here for a summer getaway. A relaxing vacation. My son and I took the chair lift up. Then we walked up to the turbine (about a 30 min hike) .We then walked all the way back down to the bottom. Views were amazing. My legs were shaking. I think I bit off a bit much. Don't do this unless in good shape. Unlike myself. Time spent with my teenager. Priceless

13 nights was very lame. No workers were around to jump out or scare. Mabye saw 13 people total.

They make their workers come to work during snow travel bans

Super fun. Don't miss it if your in the area. Mountain coaster, Alpine Slide and Adventure Park are all great fun for everyone!

The mountain is right by the hotel which is great. Service is good as well

It's a great day trip place to go with your family. Very child friendly. The mountain trails are great. Beginner trails are simple. Advanced trails are steep. Much steeper than some VT trails rated double black. As it's in the Berkshires the trails are not that long though. But for a day trip from the metropolitan area with kids it can't be beat.

Thoroughly unimpressed for the price. I imagine it would be good if you're there in the winter to enjoy the mountain, but not worth it in the summer. If you're going to get inexpensive motel room quality then you're better off spending less for the Holiday Inn. The rooms just barely met the minimum standard of clean. I didn't feel grossed out, but it wasn't the clean I'm used to seeing from a place I'm paying $200/ night for. The bathrooms look like they had been renovated... Very poorly. Seriously Jiminy... Fire your contractor. The work wasn't even finished. There's dust everywhere and chunks of sand? in the kitchen. The beds were meh, they had the cheapest bottom of the barrel amenity soaps and the neighbor's shower woke us up at 7am screeching loudly. None of these things are that big of a deal... Until you're paying $200/ night for it.

Really a great place for family skiing. It is a smaller mountain that you can easily navigate. My kids took lessons and had an awesome time. The instructor was great with them and would definitely take them again.

Visited during the summer for a retreat weekend. Had a great time. Food was pretty good, rooms were well equipped, etc.

He got a wedding on the off-season. It was a nice place and the kitchenette had everything we needed.

Very nice place to stay. Everything that you could possibly need is available. It's nice being able to stay at a location for vacation and never have to drive a great distance you get something.

Location good for skiing. But not much to do in the area other than that..very rural, 20 minutes to a grocery store.

Went with my wife and bought passes for the Apline Slide and Mountain Coaster. Had lots of fun. A little pricey but def worth it! Had lots of fun. Make sure you use sunscreen on clear sunny day!

We go here in the summer and the winter and the whole family has a blast!

Day after Thanksgiving they were open for skiing this year and had several trails open and fun enough for the money, good value. Great to get out after a holiday in Thursday.

Summer is great too with Alpine slides and the zip lines are awesome.

Learn from my expirience and avoid a pothole :
I had to cancel reservations due to serious family medical emergency 7 days in advance (which leaves ample time to re book my room on a busy holiday weekend).
I accepted their 10% canceletion fee without questioning but asked Debbie if she would be kind enough to give me credit for the 10% canceletion fee (loose the sell... don't loose the client...) for future use due to the circumstances of canceletion .
She turned me down saying that I should have booked it by phone, NOT via website ( really ? In today's digital world ?....credit card fees are same online and by phone...?) and because I booked it via internet ( watch out guys !!!!) she can't refund the full amount... she also turned me away in case of a future visit ( bad business...)
My point is that the official answer is better to book by phone then online .
I hope it's helpful so you can save the 10 % in case of emergency cancellation like me.

It's kinda busy, and the food is overpriced, but they have some awesome trails and nice staff.

We took our boys skiing for the first time to jiminy and signed them up for a class to teach them the ropes. My wife who had never been before as well attended the class. The one issue with the classes is there was not much 1 on 1 available in the adult class so learning was hard for my wife. The kids had a blast however.
