Keller Williams St. Pete Review

During our pursuit of purchasing a condo we had the good fortune of crossing paths with Julie Sartain. From our first meeting at an open house to our closing she was stellar in all areas. She was always willing to go above and beyond the normal expectations. Barb and me certainly thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I was fortunate enough to run across Arelys Rodriguez while I was searching for a home on Zillow. She went above and beyond the entire time of my home search and even after my closing. I consider her my 1st friend in St Pete! She offers very personal and excellent service, I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home. She quickly solved all issues that came up and eliminated my stress as I was purchasing the home while I was in Ohio and relied on her to check the places out in person. This kept me from buying places that looked better online than in person. I couldn't have completed the purchase and move without her help!!!!

AWFUL! The only decent person in the office to talk to was the young girl who answered the phone! She transferred me to agent on duty. When transferred, the agent was short, unfriendly, and honestly didn't seem to care as to what I was looking for. I hardly doubt she even wrote anything down on what I was looking for, why? Because that was 2 weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything from them. Will not use them and their unfriend'y manners, and will make sure to tell all my friends, co-workers, and anybody else I know here in GA not to use them! Oh I went down the road to Pitta and Associates and within an hour guy named Matt sent me over EVERYTHING i was looking for. I close next week on my condo!

While I haven t worked with Michael DiGiovanni as a buyer, he has been a wonderful point of contact throughout our home purchase! He has been representing the sellers on a home that we are purchasing, and any time we need extra information or assistance he s been on top of things.

I would definitely recommend Michael if you re looking for someone who will treat you with respect, sincerity, and honesty. Thanks again!

8 months ago I googled Realtors in St Pete. Keller Williams popped up .02 miles away so I figured it was worth checking it out. When I walked in I met Torin who didn't bat an eye when I told him I'm planning on buying in 8+ months. He asked me what I wanted and memorised every detail! I never had to tell him anything twice about what I liked or disliked. (I'm extremely opinionated) We looked at 100s of houses and every time he took into consideration where my cats/dog room would be, or how much my dog would LOVE the back yard. That random Google search was the best decision I made!! Here I am 9 months later with my dream home! I would recommend him to everyone!! His patience and accommodations made this process so much easier!! I'm so thankful for him and all his hard work... And you will be too!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a home working with Keller Williams realtor, Kelly Fenton. Let the buyer beware! We were first time home buyers and although Kelly started off as a go-getter and appeared to have our best interest at heart, my wife and I found ourselves in the middle of a nightmare of an experience! Well into the buying process we decided to fire our mortgage banker and work with someone else who was saving us a ton of money and had a much better loan product for us. It wasn't till then that we discovered that Kelly Fenton and our former mortgage banker, Mike Coffey at Supreme Lending, were very very close.

Kelly was extremely upset that we fired Mike and appeared no longer interested to work with us because of this. She even went so far as to contact me on Sunday, April 29th and told me that if we didn't close by Friday, May 4th even though closing wasn't for till May 15th, that we would loose the house and our escrow. She told me that I would have to go back to her friend Mike Coffey in order to get my loan closed which was a bold faced lie!

Also, the particulars that we were sharing with Kelly Fenton referencing our new loan, she was then turning around and giving this information to Mike Coffey at Supreme Lending, the Mortgage banker we fired. He reached out to me several times and had choice words for me about the whole situation regarding details that I exclusively shared with Kelly Fenton, "our realtor." After we terminated our dealings with Mr. Coffey he became a third party and I am pretty sure that her actions of her sharing our personal information with him was not only unethical but illegal!

Finally it came time to close on our new home and although Kelly knew well in advance our closing date, she made plans to go on a trip to Miami to party with her family that weekend. We were first time home buyers and this whole experience was very stressful. My wife and I was shocked that she didn't even have the decency to show up to the closing.

Keller Williams Mission Statement says, "We believe that if you re not left with an amazing experience, we haven t done our job. We don t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients." We had a horrible experience and are completely and utterly dissatisfied with this whole encounter. We plan to steer anyone who is looking at purchasing a home in the future away from Kelly Fenton, which is sad because Keller Williams has such an outstanding reputation.
The only reason we selected one star is because there was no option for a lower rating. We will see you in our nightmares!

Tamisha Darling-Roberson was my realtor on buying my first home and it happened to be new construction home. Tamisha went the extra mile for me to get in contact with the direct people at Lennar and was able to continue to follow up on my behalf of the process and was always professional and responsive to my call/texts. To top it off she finished the deal with a nice icing on the cake by gifting me a garage door opener because i had complained about the builder not including as part of new home. So that was very sweet of her and i'm very appreciative for that and her hard work.

Great, professional and warm people. I feel very fortunate to have found them and to be invited to join them.

I recently met realtor Tayna Veitch while conducting a business transaction. Tayna came to me to buy something. During our transaction I mentioned that I was an experienced real estate investor and would be soon looking for more properties to purchase. Our transaction went really well and she asked me for my business and referals if I was able. I agreed to consider.

About a month after our transaction was complete, Tayna showed up at my business with a problem that s seemed very small and appeared to be an easy fix. However, after it was uncovered that Tayna had provided us with some inaccurate information and signed an agreement stating she d assume responsibility for providing inaccurate information, there s was very little I could do. This unfortunately caused Tayna to have to pay an additional amount to complete her transaction. I felt bad and wanted to help but my hands were tied. She was responsible.

The problem came next. I was shocked at how a professional could behave over $119. She was irate. She approached me an told me to get ready to see a mad woman. In front of no less the 10 people, she used the worst form of profanity and behaved in a completely unprofessional way.

I was considering hiring Tayna to help find some investment properties for me and I m also looking for a home for my daughter who just moved to St Pete. Unfortunately, having seen the unprofessionalism and short temper shown by Tayna, I would never involve myself in any transaction with her again, nor any business she s associated with.

Debbie Stuebs has offered very professional assistance to our family. Her attention to detail and first hand knowledge of the local market has been such an asset. We would recommend working with her.

There are professional and they give me all the information for first time buyer i recommended to everyone.
