I am not completely displeased with Jim Norton, however I would not believe any promises the salesman give you. After helping them sell many vehicles to family members and friends, I will not be returning to them for another purchase.

I bought a pre-owned truck from Jim Norton Toyota. After getting the truck home, I was cleaning the passenger door panel when i noticed there was something broken behind the panel causing it to cave in. I contacted the salesman (Shane Reed) the very next day after purchase and he told me he would "Get it taken care of". Since i work nights and live an hour away we agreed to "get it taken care of" at my first oil change. When my oil change came around, they told me he was not at the dealer that day, and gave me his number to contact him. I contacted him that day and the next three times leaving a voicemail every time. Not once did he ever call me back or ever try to reach out to me. The next time i was there i found him and spoke to him. He didn't remember telling me he would "take care of it" or even remember who I was. After waiting for awhile for him to get back with me he told me there is nothing Jim Norton can do to fix my problem.
