White Knight Bus & Limousine Co. Review

I am so happy with the multiple experiences I have had with White Knight. They always take care of me and go above and beyond to make sure that I am happy and more so. I expect good service but White Knight takes it to the next level and always surprises me with EXCEPTIONAL service. Thank you for everything. My favorite employee that I have ever had the pleasure of talking to would be the manager, Karen. You can tell she really takes the time to cater to her customers wants and needs.

I have only heard wonderful things about this company (and management)...and would not hesitate to give them my business. I would also like to benignly point out that the vast majority of the recent poor reviews are coming from very similarly-sounding experiences. I would venture to hypothesize that these bitter contributors are members of the same group - who are unfortunately attempting a (very sub-par...and largely grammatically incorrect) "smear" campaign on a wonderful local business. I trust that any well-educated consumer perusing these reviews will easily be able to weed through this garbage :-)

**** Absolutely terrible company, they canceled last minute for our group. Leaving us in a terrible situation scrambling for a ride. Your employee Karen gave us little warning at 4am 2 days before our trip leaving us with no buses for 150+ people for a 7hr bus ride. They do not plan to reimburse us for the rooms we paid for the drivers for the weekend. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.****

I had a friend refer me to this company and have been treated with nothing but respect. The drivers are very knowledgeable and respectful! The woman who helped me book my event helped me every step of the way, and the night was unforgettable. Would recommend to everyone!!

Horrible customer service. I was wanting to book a party bus to transport my bridal party from the wedding to the reception. I was working with Melanie who gave me a quote and emailed me a contract to fill out saying I had until July 3rd to return with the deposit. Well I sent in the contract with the deposit on July 3rd and was told (after they already charged my card) that the bus had been booked by someone else for the same day . They quickly issued me a refund, but I was very disappointed that they gave the bus away to someone else. They said I could book a different day. Sorry not changing the day of my wedding!
I also tried calling the company. I described my situation and basically just got silence on the other end. They were not helpful at all. Be careful when working with this company.

I manage a tour group and use White Knight services over twenty times per year. The buses are always clean and well taken care of. The office sales staff is friendly and very helpful in the planning stages of a tour. The drivers are what make White Knight the best around! They are professional, friendly and very helpful to my customers. I high recommend White Knight for any of your needs!

After a few interactions with the company, I can affirmatively say how amazing, reliable, and professional White Knight has been. Every driver has been so polite and accommodating of all of my groups' requests, and in a last minute pinch Karen was able to make sure we had a vehicle to safely get where we needed! Definitely recommend as a first choice company!

Decent trip, bus driver was a little chatty but all in all it was fun

White Knight has 5 star service overall. The driver we had at show me games in Columbia, MO (Don) was exceptionally professional handling a bunch of teenage soccer players. Replenished their water and all! And Karen who we booked with was extremely courtesy in every way imaginable. Definitely will be using White Knight in the future again!

I had a great time with White Knight. The inside was super clean, the bus did not get too hot despite the number of people we had on it. Overall I would recommend to any of my friends.

Great customer service, answers questions quickly and to the point

We ve been authorized to refund you $150 following our party bus breaking down and being picked up by the coach bus to get us to our destination. Thats been 2 weeks ago and we still haven t seen a refund. Customer service is non existent. Manager was convieniently unavailable every time we called to request a refund on the bus we paid for but ended up breaking down. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bottom of the barrel drivers. I don t ever leave reviews but my experience was so bad I had to go out of my way to rate our experience. We paid $450 for a bus that broke down and we did not even get the full time for our party bus, and also no refund

If I had to choose between this company and walking to my destination, I would walk.

They cancelled on our party days before our event. We had a party of 150 people and gave us less than a 2 day notice on their cancelation. They also did not refund us for the bus drivers' hotel room that they originally made us pay for and obviously will not be using. Not to mention how disrespectful Karen was when we talked over the phone. She was bitter and obviously upset that she schedules bus rides for a living.

We booked the party bus for our wedding well over a year in advance. Ten days before our wedding day I was contacted via email (thank goodness I check my email regularly because they didn't even call to tell me) to let me know that their party bus was broken down and could not be fixed in time for our wedding. We had a hunch that this was a lie and they actually gave our bus to someone else. It was later confirmed by one of their employees that our hunch was accurate and the bus was never broken down, but given to another party instead of us. Talk about poor customer service and company morals. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

One of the best coach services I've ever worked with. They can handle any situation ranging from casual group to huge fraternity events. And they do it with calm composure and a smile on their face.

I was looking to book a bus for a group of people, and had a ton of questions about costs, time frame, expenses (such as hotel room for the driver for a possible overnight portion, etc). Though I ended up not going this route, I have to say, the customer service person I spoke to was great. She was so knowledgeable and professional, I almost felt bad when I got back to her and told her this wasn't quite what we were going to be needing. But, next time around, I'll be calling them first!

Our son really wanted to ride in a limo for his 10th birthday this year. We have never needed a limo before and called the only one we knew of to check into renting one. The process was very easy and Cory was very eager and helpful in setting us up with his dream ride for his birthday. Our driver Cody was professional and a great driver. Our son and his friends said it was the coolest birthday they have ever been to. If we ever need another limo service, we will always call White Knight!

This "business" is an unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful waste of time. White Knight cancelled our group of 150 people 2 days before the departure date and refused to give us a legitimate answer as to why we were so royally screwed over and hung out to dry. Do not waste your valuable time and money on this joke of a company; all you're doing to yourself is setting yourself up to be broke, stressed out and pissed off. Zero out of 5 starts, White Knight. Figure it out. Embarrassing.

Contracted White Knight for 5 buses for our Military Reunion. Couldn't ask for better service and quality. The drivers were very polite to us old folks :)

Canceled 2 days before our event. We are trying to communicate with to find out why they canceled and they won't answer their phones. While we were planning our trip they were rude the entire time. Do not use this company.

Really fabulous company! The woman I talked to was super sweet and getting everything planned was a breeze. The driver was very attentive and professional.

Want A horrible experience! you found it the most rundown busses and drivers possible! I hope this to be the last time our business uses this so called company. 2hrs late and bus broke down tv and stereo broken and rundown or maybe we needed some instructions on how to use it either way couldn't get it on.

White Knight came and picked me up, in one of their limos, from the lake when I had to entertain a very important client. They were there quickly and were very professional.

Used the stretch the Escalade limo for our wedding and it was fantastic...

White Knight was great and the bus arrived early
offering us the option to get on early as well. There was plenty of room and the driver went wherever we wanted. Highly suggest them!

At first everything seemed great my group had booked our busses months in advanced but then 2 days before our trip we received a call from a women named Karen who was extremely rude in telling us that they were canceling our busses and she refused explain to us why they were doing it. This company is the exact opposite of a professional company. Also they required us to pay for rooms for the bus driver which they are refusing to reimburse us for. Absolutely one of the worst bus services around, I would recommend looking at any other company than this company, UNLESS YOUR LOOKING TO GET SCREWED OVER.

The most unreliable company I have ever been in business with. Couldn't get a hold of them on the phone and when I tried to schedule something, they cancelled on me last second.

Poor customer service. Was on a party bus that broke down and had to wait the majority of the rented time for a regular charter bus to pick us up, making us late to our destination. Would not recommend to anyone seeking such services.

Party bus broke down and after a lengthy wait we were transferred to a normal shuttle bus. Then the refund my friend was promised took several weeks to finally show up. Sketchy business practice all around. I definitely don t recommend.

We had a trip for 160 people planned for this weekend (Nov. 4-6) that we booked in May. White Knight cancelled out trip 3 days prior to departure, stating they didn't have enough buses. I would not book with this company if you want to be assured that you actually have buses.

Absolutely horrific experience. Cancelled on our large group 48 hours before we embarked on the trip leaving no room for replacement nor did they even provide a valid explanation for their lack of reasoning behind cancelling. I would rather take an 8 hour uber driven by Satan himself than ever step foot on one of their busses.

If you could leave a review with 0 stars, I would do that because they left me with a 0% chance of arriving to my destination for my trip that I had been planning for for 8 months now when they canceled on me 2 days before my big trip. Just returned from a 5 day trip to Door County, WI The bus was clean and comfortable but what really made the trip beside the scenery was our driver. Very professional and knowledgeable on taking care of his passengers. If you are considering using White Knight for your next bus trip, be sure to ask for Tom for your driver.

As a member of Marching Mizzou, for four years White Knight toted us to and from away games and pep gigs. We always arrived safely and promptly and White Knight always made the effort to come to our aid in the event that the Marching Mizzou bus curse would rear its ugly head (as it tends to do). They replaced busses that broke down and that lost air conditioning, typically without losing much time waiting for another bus to pick us up. The drivers are always personable and fun to talk to and are total professionals on the road. I never once felt uncomfortable or worried for my safety while riding with them, whether it was to and from out-of-state events, or a two hour jaunt down I-70 for a gig in St. Louis or Kansas City.

I was referred to this very reputable business by some friends and I was extremely satisfied with how everything went. I would like to specifically thank Karen for all of her hard work and help! We will definitely use this company again in the future!

White Knight backed out last minute causing a big problem with our travel plans. It was unexpected and seems like they are not a reliable service.

This company essentially has a monopoly on the service around here and feels that they can do whatever they want because of that. A large group of us had 3 busses rented out for a trip, contract and reservation had been verified for weeks in advance. Two days ahead of time they cancelled on us leaving us with no other way to make the trip and not leaving us enough time to find a replacement. Not the first time it's happened, absolutely go elsewhere (St. Louis companies) if you need a reliable source of transportation.
