One of my favorite pizza place. The best Detroit Deep Dish Pizza

Pizza ordered was delivered burnt.. I dont understand how on earth these guys have delivered that pizza!!!!

This place was great, I was over there yesterday. I called and made an order for pick up. It was really good, my friends and I really enjoyed it. We had the square pepperoni pizza and a regular cheese pizza. Both ended up great and I will go there again, highly recommended. Thank you guys!

This is the second time they have messed up our order we always do deep dish duo once we ordered it for the kids an had a wedding to go to and they forgot to put pepperoni and today I was really craving the deep dish duo cause I am pregnant and got it with pepperoni and bacon plus turbo crust, they forgot my turbo crust which I really wanted called them and they said we can remake it, told them I can t come cause I am due any day and my husband went to work and they said sorry, (they could have delivered it since it was there mistake) then my husband called me 10 min later and said he was on his way back and I told him what happened and he said he will pick up a new one on his way called them and they said okay bring the other one back and we can remake it, like really I am gonna have my husband come back home and pickup the pizza and drop it and then come home again, time to switch locations I only went to that location cause they made the best pizza even thou there 7 miles away from us, not anymore and we get pizza at least 2 times a week cause it s the kids favorite now we need to find a new place.

Quick and Courteous Service. The pizza was excellent.

Store owner seemed agitated and short, guy named Alec was standing around while my pizza was in the heater box. Came in during the morning hours around 12-1 and had the worst experience. Won t be coming back would rather eat little crappers than this jets

Just a horrible place... Feels like Stevie Wonder is running it. I don t wanna go into more detail... I just wish zero stars was an option.

I try not to go to this location, I love Jets Pizza but after ordering from this location a couple of times I was really upset. The last time the pizza tasted and smelled bad. I threw it out. Super gross for the quality you expect from Jets - I now go to the Rochester Rd location or Clawson! Much better! Honestly its been a while since ive been here so things may be better here - but it left a really bad taste in my mouth :(

Never had such a horrible pizza :( The quality of the dough used is so cheap and feels like a rubber and one should never eat from this place to save their health !!

Terrible. Over an hour past the expected delivery time and when I called they informed me very rudely that my pizza hadn t even been made. Do yourselves a favor and go to one of the many better Sterling Heights Jets pizza locations, this one is a dump.

Your pizza is great!!! Do Not Use Canned mushrooms!!! Canned Mushrooms are rubbery and tough and the end up ruining the pizza! I normally would give you 5 stars, but today I will give just one today. I was looking forward in having that mushroom flavor. Not going to happen with canned!

When making a delivery order, the jackass read aloud my whole card info. Not smart! Pay cash or move on

Terrible..Don't order here..put in a order for delivery and it never came in after 1.5 hrs..when i called back to check they never appologized for it..never again..do yourself a solid and don't order here

Sitting in the car watching them make my pizza. The guy making it was pulled to the front. He had gloves on. He went and handled a credit card and the register using the same gloves he went back to make my pizza with. I watched to se if he would take them off. He didn t. So disgusted. Won t be returning to this location.

I ordered their special online shows cheese and pepperoni. It did not allow to change. When received it had only cheese due to a internet error. The manager was wonderful since I did not eat it she prepared another one with pepperoni and cheese. It was awesome plenty of cheese and pepperoni and taste better than other stores. I had a Lunch and Learn event at GDLS in Sterling Heights planned. The problem was that I was attending another event that conflicted with the Lunch and Learn. I called the Jett's on Dequindre Road and spoke with Alec who helped me sort everything out. He simply took the order and allowed me to pay ahead of the event the day before. I had time at the event I was attending to follow-up to make sure everything went smoothly. Needless to say they were on it. And that's without Alec being there. Phil, the guy who delivered the pizza, salad, and pop for the Lunch and Learn ran into slight hiccup with where to deliver the food. Essentially, he was delivering to secured facility and had to make sure he got it right. What I liked is that he called me on my mobile phone to determine where to deliver the items. I truly appreciated that simple courtesy. Since I had been to GDLS before I was able help out and he still delivered the food on time! Way to go Jet's! I hope Alec and Phil are patted on back with a bonus or something for going over and above. Again, thank you and peace!

Called and placed my order for one large pizza at 7:43pm tonight. They told me about 20 minutes, and I clocked out for my 30 minute lunch at 7:50. The Jets is right across the street from my job so I got there around 8:00pm. When I told them my name and phone number the kid looked nervous because apparently he couldn t even find my order in the computer at first, and then I sat there for 25 more minutes waiting for my pizza, and got back to my job with 1 minute left on my break so I didn t even get to eat lol. I looked at the receipt and they put in my order at 8:06 when I ordered it 23 minutes prior to that. 2 stars because it tasted good but guys, GET IT TOGETHER, there was like 10 people working. There s no way I should ve waited 40 mins for one pizza that I was PICKING UP.

A great place to work at and is flexible with scheduling, especially if you are a college student. I worked at this location for 7 years and management has always been so kind to me, as well as other employees. They have the BEST pizza too! They always ensure highest quality for their customers. This is the only location I go to for pizza, even until now!

We placed a huge order for our company lunch and everything was hot and fresh. The driver help set up the food and plates. So friendly and was so grateful for his tip.

This is the worst Jet's Pizza I have ever tried, the quality and quantity very cheap, ordered a large pizza with Chicken topping which I got charged $ 3.85 extra for it but they had very few pieces, the base cheese was almost no cheese no taste at all, the dough was not baked well I can see and hold the dough with my hand.. I paid $ 15.00 + to eat tasteless pizza , we are 3 people couldn't eat it and had to through it in the garbage .. this place is very poor quality and quantity and will never go back there again .

I get pizza here when I'm looking for something inexpensive and quick after work. Have not had a bad experience but I keep my expectations in line with what I'm paying. I go elsewhere to meet up for pizza with friends or when I feel particularly discerning. Recommended if you expectations are similar.

We order there regularly and as picky as my spouse is we have never had a pizza that wasn't exactly how we ordered it. Would suggest this jets to anyone

Ordered for delivery, an hour wait. No big deal for the wait, but driver came up to the door and barley knocked so light, the dogs didn t even hear him. I called out for him, gave $20 for the amount of $14 owed I told him to keep 3 and her completely glazed over and handed me back a 5 and a 1 back anyways. Opened the pizza and it was wrong, just a plain round cheese pizza. Immediately got on the phone thinking he simply gave us the wrong one and I was put on hold for the manager to process the return order and was put on hold for 15 minutes waiting for this manager where 3 different employees had answered the phone. The last one advised the manager was standing right next to him and would just hand the phone over. Waiting another 5 minutes with the hold tone and finally decided to hang up and put this review out in the world. As a Jets pizza fan, disappointed but ok with from now on going to a different location

3 may be generous based on my last couple of visits here. Both times, the quality of the pizza was very poor which was surprising because they had been consistent for a while before this. They have had their ups and downs over the years - mostly due to a lack of consistency. The inconsistency appears to have reared its ugly head again. Recently, I have ordered extra sauce because they have been a bit light handed with it. Instead, I got even less sauce - almost bone dry. Also, they are regularly overcooking the pizza to the point where it is nearly burned. What kept this at a 3 star review instead of a 2 star review is the hope that this is an aberration and they will get this straightened out. Also, their customer service has been pretty decent through this period.

Got food delivered to my job and the order was 16.67 and I had my twenty and my change to give driver a tip after and driver just took the whole thing without giving me change back to tip driver..will not be ordering again from here.

My go to for pizza. I order deep dish and have it cooked well done so the pepperoni is a little burnt. Delicious ~ they also have the best ranch ~ perfect for pizza or jet bread. Lifelong customer.

Somehow pizza from this location is not that tasty as other locations!

The people working at this location are Awesome, very friendly and my pizza is always on time. Quality is always number one! Highly recommended for this location.

They were super nice upon pick up. Could not expect anything better from a jets. Plus the food was AMAZING.

They're okay but they seriously need to learn how to cut their pizza. I ordered a large round and they had two big slices, and a bunch of small ones, it was so ugly and it wasn't even at all. The sauce wasn't spread evenly either.

Always been a fan of Jets, , just get it last when you have to be gluten and dairy free. Highly disappointing that I have to live my life that way. I get much less Jet's Pizza no:-(
