My mom is 90 years old and suffers from crippling arthritis. She recently was diagnosed with an infection in her right knee and can not use it at all. We hired On Time to take her to a doctor''s appointment because they were equipped with what we needed to get her down 12 flights of stairs. My mother was very anxious until Mark and Marek showed up. They were absolutely wonderful ! They did such a great job and were so kind to her. They stayed with us the whole time. The ambulance was like new as well as the equipment which made for an easy ride. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them and we would definitely use them again. They are on the expensive side but it was well worth it !

pick up time scheduled for 7:30pm and did not get there till 10:55pm. a 92 year old man being transported to a rehab facility at this time of nite.. terrible. on time transport name should be changed to When We Get There Transport.

Thank you for your care during the transport of my mother on Christmas Day. She felt comfortable and cared for the entire time she was with them during the transport. The fact that these two crew men were professional, friendly and caring and away from their own families on Christmas Day speaks volumes. We will continue to use On Time Transport in the future and will be highly recommended to all.

On Time Transportation provided caring and professional service for my mother in law suffering from Parkinson's. The EMT's and drivers are terrific.

I was transported by On Time in August, 2017 and the service were phenomenal! I was transported from Burlington County, NJ to Philadelphia, PA. Never have I felt more comfortable with my life in the hands of the Transport Team. It was a Nurse and an EMT. They were very polite, knowledgeable and compassionate. They reassured me that I was in good hands, everything is going to be okay and they took care of me. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of great patient care as well as great service. My family member had a medical emergency while we were visiting in Manhattan and OnTime transported him to and back from the hospital. They were amazing. Kind and efficient caregivers made this terrible experience a better one.

On Time Transport provided excellent service when my father was in need of transport to the hospice facility at the time in and around the time he passed. The company and its employees demonstrated extreme sensitivity to our family's needs at a very vulnerable time.

I particularly appreciated how professional and courteous the drivers were when transporting my grandmother to and from specialist appointments. They made my grandmother feel comfortable and safe as she was fearful of driving by herself with individuals she had never met. Thank you for caring for her!

I've used OnTime since 2014 and they've always been the best and my last trip on 2/14/19 was no exception. My driver (Ty?) showed up 'on time' and actually waited for me to take me home after the appointment.
The vehicle was roomy & easy to get in/out of - I actually felt kind of spoiled. Thanks OnTime

Really great experience with this company and it s staff! I arrange transports for a facility and patients with certain insurances cannot be transported with our contracted provider. My go to company for these patients is Ontime. It s super easy to arrange trips. The phone staff (especially Dionne who I have spoken with the most, Tom, Camilla, and more) are all extremely polite and accommodating. The crew is usually on schedule with my pick up times and they are friendly to everyone. I m happy to schedule with this company and I fully trust them with our patients. Thanks ontime!

It was very difficult to find a transport company to take my mother to her doctors appointment. I was lucky enough to find this company on an internet search. The service was amazing! Both drivers were extremely polite & helpful. My mother arrived on time for her appointment and we only had to wait 10 minutes to be picked up for the return trip. They even provided her with a wheelchair! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They took a real weight off of my mind.

I have been working with On Time Transport for the past year and have enjoyed every second. All of the staff, whether they are in the office or out in ambulances, are very helpful and respectful. Being an EMT and being able to help people is a wonderful job, but working with such amazing coworkers makes it even better! All of the equipment that is used in the ambulances is of the best quality. On Time Transport is a wonderful company to work for.

Fred & Todd took my 93 y.o. mother from Toms River, NJ to Rockville Center, NY. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!! The trip took forever because of traffic, but they never seemed annoyed. What a difficult job, and how lucky our family was to get these two men to help us through the transition. Thank you both!!

This transport service is incredible. I've used them many time over the past few years. They are ALWAYS on time, if not early. The drivers are always pleasant. They help you in and out of ambulet and are very safety conscious. Most dependable company I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

They Suck..been waiting for 3 hrs..said 630pm..it's now 930

Showed up to take my mother from a rehab facility to a doctor's office 45 minutes late. Doctor's office graciously fit us in, but On Time said they would be back to pick her up in 45 minutes...two hours later we are still waiting. Cannot recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Not only are they extremely expensive - they are not "On Time". My mother had a 7:30am pick up for an 8:15am appt- driver was late and thus my mother was late for her appointment. When I made the appointment, they told me the driver would wait for my mother to finish her appointment (a service I paid for), the driver left the site to "do something else" and when my mother was finished, she had to wait 20 minutes for a pick up! I was very disappointed with this service and would not use or recommend them to anyone.

I have unfortunately had to experience working with a few ambulance/medical transport companies for my loved one.There are three things that are important in choosing a medical transport service: Safety, Care and Concern, and Billing (which includes thorough billing knowledge, as it can be quite confusing to say the least). On Time Transport was recommended to me by another health care professional that HIGHLY recommended this company. I can honestly say they are the best by far!! They are all of the above! Chas Volovitch-Billing Specialist not only explained the billing portion but went the extra mile in helping me with my situation! The drivers were courteous and showed great care and concern for my loved one. Many thanks and gratitude to you Chas and all the On Time Staff!!!

Very unreliable company. A 6 pm transport occurred at 815. Adding stress to an already stressed out 85 year old woman.Company had no trouble calling me at 615 asking for payment...No apology,no explanation.

My elderly brother in law has polio and is in a wheelchair. Over the years, we have used many, many paratransit services and all too often, they treat the customers like chattel. Recently, we used On Time and their driver was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable (and right on time!), I just had to write this review. From the dispatcher to the driver, the service couldn t have been better.

The drivers are very kind and compassionate - and as a daughter of a man that needs 5 times a week dialysis, this means more to me than anything else. To have peace of mind that my Dad is in caring hands helps me get through this process a little easier.

The crew that came at 3:30 in the morning to transport my dad home from the ER was amazing! They provided a safe, polite, gentle, professional and caring transport for him. My family appreciated how pleasant they were and how well he was treated. Thank you so much!

Wonderful people they always go out of their way to accommodate the customer, whether it be on the telephone or for actual transport.
I love working with On Time they give you the truth about situations when they arise and don't try to point the finger at others. The people there are very personable, I like the fact that with all of the calls they take on a daily basis, they recognize my voice and know my name.

On Time transported small groups of SMHS students in vans. The vans were clean and comfortable, making a great impression on the students. The drivers were early both ways on each trip, completely prepared on directions, and pleasant in dealing with me and the students.

France Laguerre was very professional and attentive to the patient needs and level of comfort. He was very patient and kind in interacting with patient and family. Family highly recommends France to be the transporter for future Holiday transportation for Mr. Smith.

On Time provided us a quote. We immediately took their quote and shopped around. We were provided a quote that was $275 less than On Time. Due to the fact that our relative needed to get at their destination that day On Time held us hostage and we had to pay the gauging amount. Next, we just went through our relatives mail and On Time ants another $85 dollars. What a RIPOFF.

I have worked at On Time for the past 2 years as an intern. On Time has given me the opportunity to grow and learn as a student and professional with invaluable real life experience. On Time Ambulance was beyond wonderful in transporting my brother from Elmhust, Queens to Edison, NJ the day before Thanksgiving. With a day so heavily traveled, the care and compassion they showed in bringing him to a hospice facility was immeasurable. I don t have enough words to express my gratitude for the efforts on behalf of my family.

Extraordinary service from Susan D. who orchestrated perfectly, the pick up of my sister from Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx to her drop off at my home in Central Jersey. 5 stars do not even began to represent Susan's outstanding service & the kind and caring support she extended to my family. We used this service to transport my aunt after her major surgery. They couldn't have made it easier or more comfortable for her at a time when she was in severe pain, not to mention the employees were kind and caring.

Well, let's see.... I have enjoyed the past two-three years I have been working with On Time. The dispatchers are fantastic, very informative if I have a problem or don't understand something regarding who, what and how. The drivers are very respectful and courteous. On Time Transport has been the contracted transportation company for patients at my facility going to and from medical appointments, and for discharges, for over five years. Arranging trips is easy and quick via telephone. The schedulers (notably Dionne, Maria and Joshania) are extremely polite, friendly, and always do their best to acommodate special needs and specific requests. Crews are professional and typically on schedule. Our facility can count on On Time Transport time and time again.

Awesome, as the company did not send them off on another assignment, leaving us to wait for transport back home, like other companies we have used in the past.
