I have unfortunately had to experience working with a few ambulance/medical transport companies for my loved one.There are three things that are important in choosing a medical transport service: Safety, Care and Concern, and Billing (which includes thorough billing knowledge, as it can be quite confusing to say the least). On Time Transport was recommended to me by another health care professional that HIGHLY recommended this company. I can honestly say they are the best by far!! They are all of the above! Chas Volovitch-Billing Specialist not only explained the billing portion but went the extra mile in helping me with my situation!
