My mom is 90 years old and suffers from crippling arthritis. She recently was diagnosed with an infection in her right knee and can not use it at all. We hired On Time to take her to a doctor''s appointment because they were equipped with what we needed to get her down 12 flights of stairs. My mother was very anxious until Mark and Marek showed up. They were absolutely wonderful ! They did such a great job and were so kind to her. They stayed with us the whole time. The ambulance was like new as well as the equipment which made for an easy ride. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them and we would definitely use them again. They are on the expensive side but it was well worth it !
