My elderly brother in law has polio and is in a wheelchair. Over the years, we have used many, many paratransit services and all too often, they treat the customers like chattel. Recently, we used On Time and their driver was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable (and right on time!), I just had to write this review. From the dispatcher to the driver, the service couldn t have been better.
